Booking JPS69XF0S Car engine broke was not able to start the car

Address:Hyderabad

March 5th 2022, picked up the car from the location, the car drove for a kilometer and stopped in the middle of the traffic twice.
I somehow was able to push the car to the corner of the road call the owner and showed him the status of the car on whats up video. the car did not start. I had to leave the car there and go to my marriage in a auto rickshaw.
I was promised full refund for a week and suddenly my refund was denied.br...

Refund SCAM by ZOOM CAR

I have booked a zoom car for 21th March 2022 to 23th March 2022, booking ID JPSN77MPP. They could not provide the car and the booking was canceled. Now a month passed the refund is not made by them. Their site says refund pending. The helpline says you don't have any bookings etc. This is ridiculous, stonewalled with all communications...

THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING A SCAM BY TAKING BOOKING AND CANCELING THEM AND NOT REFUNDING...

Hey @ZoomCarIndia, my cancelled ride was on 19th February. The ride was cancelled because the car I made transection for was not the at address and you guys were unable to find a replacement for me. I had wasted more than 3 hours on it and around total sum of 600₹ to reach the location and then go back. I was promised full refund of ₹2278 and yet I haven't received a single paisa from you guys. To top it off, you guys have the worst 'help...

Irrelevant charges

I hired car on 23/03/2022 RENAULT -Triber, from ZOOM CAR PVT LTD Booking Id - JPS69F54Q
1) We received car 3 hours late to the booked slot ! Which caused us further delay in our trip !

2) The car was damaged inside out from every corner, was extremely filthy inside too !

3) The car broke down (silencer) few kms after hiring, which we got repaired from a mechanic on our own expenses, thankfully it didn’t...

Rental car

I booked rental car through zoomcar app and i got confirmation, Booking id: JPSN7OQ2X for Maruti Swift MT Petrol from 10:30 AM, 11 Apr to 11:30 PM, 11 Apr at Vasant Kunj is confirmed.
Today i went to the location to pick the car. Car was there and i verified the car damages and other things. When i move to next option - unlock the car through app, the car doesn't unlocked. I tried it for long time. It wasted my 2hoursand the car didn't...

Refund not given for my booking

JPS690L5X was my booking number. I ordered a Maruti breeze automatic vehicle for 4 days and paid 20, 195 and confirmed the booking. I collected the car at 11 a.m on 23/12/2021 and the when I was about to start my outstation trip at 8 a.m next morning the car was not starting and the display said battery issues. Driving license removal

Hi,

This is to bring into your notice that one of my friend is using my driving license in his zoomcar account. I request you to kindly remove my driving license from his account or delete his account. I called on your customer service number several times but they haven't removed it neither deleted his account. If something went wrong in future i will not be responsible. Zoomcar will be responsible as they didn't called me...

Refund not received for a month

I have booked zoom car for 16th March to 24th march, booking ID JPS6961SY. They could not provide the car and the booking was cancelled. Now a month passed the refund is not made by them. I am an old CUSTOMER of Zoomcar, never faced ANY PROBLEM until now as I had a booking with Zoomcar JPS69NIK8 on 20th March, I started the trip at fuel gauge being at 10%(image attached), I completed the trip at around 7 pm and before ending the trip I refuelled the car to 100% as Zoomcar said it will be refunded anyhow(Have the recordings of Zoomcar person saying the same) so Out of good deed I did that for them, but what followed...

First of all pleas don't trust a zoom care I'm sure they will disappoint you at the end my own experience.
I book d car on home delivery to pickup at 8am they mentioned car not available at 7:30 which was not acceptable form my side because there were no other options for me to start a journey.

2. I booked car on home delivery to pickup at 4 am.
The car was parked totally somewhere which is not known to me.br...

Regarding refund not received

My name is vijay kumar and I recently hired a car on 11/3/2022 with home delivery. But zoomcar couldn’t deliver the car on time. So I canceled my trip. They haven’t refund my money back . I tried to call their customer care but couldn’t reach them. Kindly do help in getting my money back...

1. I had booked for a Baleno automatic but at the time of taking delivery I got a manual transmission in possibly the worst condition in terms of cleanliness. I did not make it an issue.

2. The car that was provided was not a registered rental car, it was private whiteboard vehicle. I did not make it an issue.

3. After completion of the trip handing over the car, the trip never completed by records and the booking...

Regarding Fake Charges

This is regarding the booking ID- JPS69VOUZ. I booked a vehicle for 25th January 2022.

I was conveyed the message that the vehicle booked is not available and requested to reassign another vehicle which was in a farther location from my house than the current location.

I was assured of cab charges for the upward and downward ride to the new location.

I completed the trip and dropped the vehicle...
