Hello Team,

I had been following for month time for correction in my invoice.

I had booked car on 23rd Apr 2022 with ID JPSN7ZR09 at 1:30 PM, I filled 5 lit of petrol & I drove 99 KM.
I returned the car on same day at 10:30 PM before scheduled end time (11:30 PM) at the location from where I picked it. The car was handed over to the owner himself .
But due to network/technical issues I was not able to close the ride at same time. I was trying to close the ride for two days as it was popping up, I was only able to close the ride on 25th April.
Now I am charged for 8520/- Rs more as late fees.

Twice I had also discussed this issue with your representative but no response received.
I also visited your office in Hinjewadi and personally discussed the issue with the representative available as Manager was out of office. Representative promised to resolve this issue but no result.

Fourth time again I had discussion with your representative who responded good and even call the owner of the car for confirmation, where he got confirmation from owner that car was returned before scheduled time without any concern. But still it is not resolved as the app is still showing outstanding of 8520/- Rs.

I also emailed this concern at [protected]@zoomcar.com, but without any response from last 10 days

With this incident I hesitate to book another ride.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue on priority.

    I am Satish Kumar, Hyderabad recently added my vehicle to Zoomcar Host program on 22nd May'22.

    the booking ID:- JPSN7897C the customer taken the car with full tank fuel and given back almost empty fuel, when i called the customer care immediately they said they will pay the amount for the loss. today they are saying that the booking got cancelled. i am really feeling stressed. they dont have proper tracking system too. the customer taken more than 24 hours and saying that he had not taken, if this guy would have done any anti social activity with my car, who takes the responsibility. even i have received a mail that this customer is extending the trip from 24th May'22 4.30 to 6.30PM. first of all i want an acknowledgement for you that JPSN7897c booking is undertaken and that guy srijan has taken the car for more than 24 hours, that also zoomcar could not provide.

    other booking ID:- JPSN7HR5W the customer supposed to return the vehicle on 24th May 11.30pm but till now no clue what happened and no update from your side too.

    i am really worried now, what happens to my car. please treat this as serious concern and priority.

      I have done Booking with zoomcar on March 17th, 2022. At last moment zoomcar customer executive called and informed that no cars are available and after a lot of discussions and arguments they cancelled my booking. Because of the company's irresponsible behaviour, my whole trip planned with my family was ruined at the last moment.
      Their customer support team promised me that they will refund 100% of the vehicle booking amount as it was cancelled due to unavailability of cars from their side and give 10000 zoomcar credits. But unfortunately till date I have not even received my refund amount of 8572 rupees.
      I have written multiple mails to their customer support team but unfortunately they have not replied to any of them. I hope atleast through this complaint i get my money back

        Complaint Docket number with NATIONAL CONSUMER COMPLAINT : 3476641
        I am writing this email regarding the car that has been rented from Zoomcar from 21st April 2022 upto 10th May 2022. I have rented a Scorpio car and received the said car from Delhi, The car that was rented happened to be a different car as promised, Except from the car engine and tyres nothing is functioning properly. Because of this car I had to cancel my return train tickets, also extend my stay periods in hotels. All because I was not able to drive during night time.
        1: The car rented from Zoomcar does not have a lever to open the bonnet of the car, I wanted to open the bonnet of the car as there was no water present in the windshield water tank as while driving the car in a mountain terrain area I need the wipers because of the weather conditions. I called the Zoomcar representative and did not seek help for the same and was advised to get a mechanic as they were not able to provide one from there end, I did consult a mechanic, but unfortunately was not able to open the bonnet.
        2: The buttons on the Steering wheel are broken because of which the led lights underneath the broken buttons are reflecting exactly in the drivers eye, which in turn impairs the drivers vision.
        3:The Power steering of the car is not functional, feels like driving a Old Truck.
        4: There are no sensors for reverse, no lights and the reverse camera is not working.
        Apart from these issues, there are several other issues with the car.
        Because of all the above mentioned issues, I am not able to drive the car during night time as this becomes a major safety concern, as I am on a visit to Kedarnath and Badrinath along with my family, I am traveling in Uttarakhand, the climatic conditions are not favourable in Mountain terrain as it rains anytime and the roads are muddy hence the vision is impaired.
        I had made several calls to Zoomcar regarding the same but was not offered help not even a single time from any of the Zoomcar representative, Would like to specially mention a representative SAM, who knows everything about the issue but did not bother to help me at all, spoke with same representative many times. I have spoken with these representative several times over the period have made around 15 calls and spoke for several hours ruining my vacation.
        I had requested them to extend my trip duration for another 3 days to compensate with the issue that I was facing, I was promised many manager call backs but there was no resolution, at the end I had to pay additional Rs 9200 from my end for extending the trip as Zoomcar did not provide me with a car with basic functions regarding safety.
        I ignored the matter and did not wanted to ruin my trip and waste my leisure time so I paid the money and only used the car during day time.
        As of 9th May 2022, the car broke down completely when I reached a hotel, around 80 km to Badrinath temple.I spoke with a mechanic and was informed the car's self is not working, hence car is not starting at all, This time I called the Zoomcar representative again and asked them for help as the car completely broke down, after speaking with several representative, after about 3 hours I got hold of a manager from the concerned team named SAM, with whome I had previously spoken he refused to help me and told me to drop the car at the same location and continue on my trip and arrange for different means, Also I have already paid for 3 days extra till the trip extention date 13 th May 2022, I asked for my refund as I had already spent unnecessary money on train ticket cancellation and hotel trip extentions, I was told the money would be refunded once the car would be with then and inspected for the issue. I was out of my budget already and just requested Zoomcar to return my refund as I have already paid Rs 9200 for 3 days from 10th May to 13 th May 2022 and moreover I would not be using the car for those 3 days, but nothing was done as usual and I was left helpless with my family with little or no money, in the middle of nowhere near a high way, 80 to 90 km from Badrinath. Because of all this false promises and because of this pathetic service from Zoomcar, me and my family are facing major mental breakdown and trauma. I have wasted a lot of my money and most importantly my precious time because of this non functional Car and the incompetent service provided by Zoomcar. I am looking out for resolution for this foul play done by Zoomcar to me and want a compensation for the same for all the extra money, time and effort lost by me. I want all the money spent with Zoomcar till date which sumps up to Rs 44700, This refund amount includes money spent with Zoomcar for no service given along with the traumatic experience and the amount spent with the mechanic for repairing the car. I have all the evidence regarding the complaint made against Zoomcar by me, If necessary I can provide the payment bills made to Zoomcar, mechanic along with the pics, videos and call recording with Zoomcar representative. I am looking out for a resolution for the same as soon as possible and justice as a sincere tax payer consumer.

        Also after all this what kind of pending amount are you asking from me Zoomcar. I have paid for extentions for rs 9200 for 3 days till 13th May 2022, 9 pm . The car stopped working at Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station, Delhi Parking on 13th at around 4 pm . I called several times for help and was left helpless, I have all the call recording and related evidence, Also Zoomcar needs to reimburse me Rs 5000, Rs 3000 for mechanic charges and Rs 2000 for additional Diesel in the car, I have attached all the relevant documents in the Zoomcar app. kindly Refund the amount of Rs 5000 as soon as possible.

            It has been more than 3 months since my ride got cancelled because the car that supposed to drive was not at the given location and zoomcar was not able to find me an alternate car. They told me they will give me 100% refund and some credits for next bookings. I have received credits but what I really want is my money back. There help and support is worthless.

                Hello.
                I am desperately trying to resolve my refund issue. This has been pending for so long now.
                I made a booking on ZoomCar on 18th of March, 2022 in Goa using my AMEX credit card (Booking confirmation number JPS699EW8). However, Zoomcar cancelled my booking. I was promised that a refund will be made soon. After sometime a refund link was sent to by Cashfree, but the link kept asking for my savings account number, even thouhg I used a credit card for my original booking. But even after putting in my savings account details, the link always gave me error message. This was also communicated to Zoomcar customer care representatives. They also acknowledged that the payment is made to the original payment mode. So they assured me that this problem will be resolved a new link will be created. It was done, however the problem persisted. I contacted Cashree and they say that Zoomcar has to send us the right information. Now I cannot get in touch with Zoomcar customer care as I cannot get past their automation.

                Guide me how to get my refund on my credit card. I even tried lodging complaints on zoom car, but although the site says that I will receive a confirmation email, I have not.
                Please help.

                  I had booked zoomcar for 3 days from Madurai to take my parents (both senior citizens and having ailments) for pilgrimage to Rameshwaram. Booking was done 2 weeks ahead of pickup date, payment completely paid and also recieved confirmation. On day of pick up when I didn't receive details of vehicle, help desk. I had just arrived at Madurai station and its just 30 min to actual pick up time when I made the call. Customer care had no clue about the booking and then after putting me on hold for 5 min they come back saying that the vehicle is not available. To add to it, they said there are no other vehicle also available. Having reached the station and no arrangements in place because of zoomcar I was put in lurch. This incident had caused me great mental (parents and spouse were in distress with no transport option at an known place) and financial pain (had to book private taxi at almost double rate due to last min booking). Zoomcar need to be penalised for causing me this ordeal. My booking ID JPSN7QTFU

                    I had booked my trip 13th my evening 5:30 car was not on location after that called and got its right location called then got it unlocked back

                    I had to leave Pune in the evening, I had a 7-seater car, there was no break in the car, , the music system was not working, and there was a bad smell.

                    I called and kept it on hold for 40 minutes for car change, I called 4 times and put it on hold every time, but still, no solution was found for the car.

                    Took 7500 rupees already I did not even drive less than 15 km and kept it back there, not even giving me my money back, no one is doing it

                    still, my call is on hold for 20 mins

                        Hi on March 20 2022 I book a Zoomcar, when I went to the pickup site the car was not at the site and the owner said previous pickup did not return the car.
                        After a several hours of to and fro discussion with Car finally they decided to cancel the car after confirming with owner I emailed several times as of now I did not received the refund for cancellation. My order Id is JPSN77OF0
                        Its Maruthi Swift.

                          Unprofessional and careless behavior. FASTAG not yet activated since last 2 weeks.

                          I end up paying double the toll while using my vehicle for personal use as the fastag added by Zoomcar was never activated.

                          Any user booking my car gives a lower rating as the fastag doesnt work for them\

                                I have booked zoom car on 14th February
                                Booking was made from 9am to 9pm but the person who was supposed to drive was not having required documents that time
                                As we were running out of time and it was already 1 pm by the time
                                So I have submitted my documents to get the car for my need.
                                But now I want to change the documents and submit other person documents who is using the login ID and pw..
                                If nothing is possible please help me to change the contact number and email ID
                                So only I can have the control to use my account
                                Please kindly do the favour and help me to solve the matter.

                                  I have booked zoomcar on 15 Feb 2022 and complete d my trip on 18 Feb via booking I'd -JPS6943CZ. When I picked car fuel percentage is 20% but when i returned car they were saying fuel was at 80%. I have clearly mention to lady who was on call before starting trip that fuel is at 20% but she has written it as 80%. And charges has been leived for same of 2600

                                    ZOOM CAR host team is unresponsive
                                    Neither their executives answer correctly nor do they get them to talk to higher officials, it has been more than 1 month while talking to Zoom car customer executives.
                                    But not getting any proper response from anyone.
                                    Just 4 days ago I talked to Vanshikha chaudhary and Kajal gautam
                                    Whose ticket id is #919326
                                    I have contacted your customer care center many times before these are the ticket id against my complaint # #919217, # 914686
                                    and all the executives say that you will get a call from our team tomorrow.
                                    but i am not getting any call from your side
                                    they just give me false assurance, instead of help me

                                      My booking id is JPSN7MULC in my applicatiom it is showing it is showing that tge refund is dome in source account but i have not received the amlunt and also on on your customer care numer Mr aman kumar an excutive give me confirmation on call on 14th may 2022 saying that tge amount will be credited within 6hrs but its not done and give me wrong information i want my money urgent ly i have medical emwrgwncy and alao want raie a compalint for aman kumar for wrong information and also talked to Mr Vishal kumar wgo shouted at me and diaconnected the call i want tge solution on my issue and action on both of them or else will escalte all tgis kn social media my registered movile number is [protected] and registered email id is [protected]@yahoo.com and i do not want a reply saying that refund is initiated and all i want my money and also do not tell me 7 working days and id tgat is your policy then where it is written and then what is the meaning of the below screenshot in which it is written something else
