Hi
I am facing issue in payment process on zoomcar application and due to which I am not able to clear my outstanding payment also not able to book any other ride with them. I had lots of email and calls on customer care and they're just telling that link has been sent now you can pay. But in reality the issue is still ON. I had included a video in which i am paying through app & website but we can see that there is a msg "something went wrong".

      PFA the images proving the faulty/rigged floater fuel system where the fuel bar drops rapidly.

      Failed callbacks and fake promises. 3 emails, 7 calls. Supervisor promise all failed. They do nothing. They are rude and fraudulent. Earning crores in fake fuel charges.

      I want compensation.

        Kindly request Indian Economic Ministry to cancel the Zoomcar business licence. They have no right to cheat people.
        Booked a car with them - paid INR 10000 upfront from Card.
        They delivered the car at night time keeping the fuel level - almost to empty.
        Started my trip from Pune to Mumbai, after topping up the fuel tank. To my surprise within few kilometers - the fuel gauge was started showing less than half fuel level.
        investigated and found - major leakage in fuel tank - Informed their call centre - they were very quick to TOW the vehicle promising replacement car will be coming soon - but that was a FLASE promise and trick played by their operations staff to cheat customer. They knew there is a leak in the fuel task, like this they have degraded to such a level that they are playing with customer's life now - such company should be banned for INDIA Operations.
        When asking for refund - they are not responding to any call / email. Such a fraud company operating in INDIA under Ministry of Economics - really surprised that Ministry is not doing any thing. They are looting Indian consumers because they are hiding behind their well trained call centre staff to tell the false things and useless operators.
        Till today after 2 months - they have not refunded my paid money which is amounting to INR 10000/-.

        Request my money back - initiate refund.

        Request Govt. OF INDIA - Ministry of Economics to Cancel such business license and fine them - so that it would be lesson to other business havig same intention to play with Citizens of India. they are thinking it;s Still 20-30 years back India - where they can run business and cheat Indian consumers as they like it. Please STOP this nuisance company.

          This incident happened on 5/29 Sunday, I have booked a self drive rental car in Zoom, as part of booking I have maid full payment of 1817. When booking was confirmed it was shown the booked car was Wagon R and I had to pick it up form Lakkasandra extension, Wilson Garden.

          But, I have got a message just 50 min before the trip that car booked (Wagon R) was unavailable and they have booked Micra from Mantri Garden, Jayanagar

          Again after two minutes I got message that car Micra at Jayanagar is not available and I have to pick the car from same old Wagon R.

          Again after 2 minutes I got a message like booked card is not available and I have to pick i10 Car from BEML layout, kamalanagar. Which is 15 KM away from me, When I say this message I have called customer care center and enquired about all these switches, they have told me the car had from technical problem, and it was told me that they going to reimburse cab bill of Rs. 250 and take cab and pick the car from kamalanagar.

          I was not ok to pick car from that long as we know in Bangalore going 15 KM and coming back it kills 2 hs of our time. But still I went there, since i did not make any alternative arrangement and my family along with my aged parents were waiting to go native.

          Once I reach the destination by riding an hour, I was not able to locate the car, when I called back customer care they had told me that even this new car is not available, It was such a hassle for me, after multiple switch and I confirmed with call center before I start there, after traveling that long I have been told that car is not available. It was very frustrating for me. Where my family with aged parents was keep calling for me and no car was available.

          I have asked customer care representative that I had to talk to next level, she told me that she will connect next level and kept call on hold for 51 minutes but did not connected to next level. Any customer care center can keep call on hold for 51 minutes?

          Due all these hassle I had to book a rental car which cost me additional 2500 due to my urgency. When I asked Zoom car about who will bare all these they said they credit 500 to their Zoom App account which I can use in next trip.

          With all these hassles I don't want to use Zoom car any more in my life time. I don't want any credit to Zoom App.

          I would like to get compensation for traveling 30 KM back and fourth 2 hours of time and my additional expenditure 2500 (spent on immediate rental car book)

          All these happened due to zoom car unprofessionalism.

          Kindly assist me in this issue.

              Hello Team,
              My vehicle TS08HV3394 is misused since last 10 days & after repeated request also car is not yet returned to me . When I check I found car is kept at a residential complex without the key inside. Seems some fraud is happening. Already raised a ticket to zoomcar 973408 but seems they are very casual.

              Will lodge an FIR against zoom tomorrow.
              Please help me in the meantime

                  The car provided was extremely dirty on the outside and also in the interiors. one tyre had 5 punctures and I had to repair it. My travel plans got delayed by 5 hours as there was no one available in the morning to clean the car and to repair the flat tyre.
                  On return I had filled additional petrol.

                  While Zoom car charged me for toll gates instantly, it's been 5 days of follow up(Travel on 21st May, 2022) and none has responded on the refunds till date

                    I have booked my car 15 days before my trip starts a new car with less km driven new and price approx : 7380 rupees.
                    They suddenly changed my car with old damaged car which actual price is approx 5000 rupees. But they have charged me 6400 rupees . And when I ask them for refund one week before my trip start they told me we cannot refund your booking amount as you will have to pay cancellation charge and I will get my money back in 30 working days only in Zoomcar wallet not in my bank account. This is really making Customer suffer . I have called in Zoomcar for 10-15 times in a week but they even not respond. Every one has to understand the value of time of customer.
                    They betrayed me.

                    Very rude behaviour of Zoomcar supervisor. They just told me you are even getting some refund other customers will not even get their car after booking .

                                Hello Team,

                                I had been following for month time for correction in my invoice.

                                I had booked car on 23rd Apr 2022 with ID JPSN7ZR09 at 1:30 PM, I filled 5 lit of petrol & I drove 99 KM.
                                I returned the car on same day at 10:30 PM before scheduled end time (11:30 PM) at the location from where I picked it. The car was handed over to the owner himself .
                                But due to network/technical issues I was not able to close the ride at same time. I was trying to close the ride for two days as it was popping up, I was only able to close the ride on 25th April.
                                Now I am charged for 8520/- Rs more as late fees.

                                Twice I had also discussed this issue with your representative but no response received.
                                I also visited your office in Hinjewadi and personally discussed the issue with the representative available as Manager was out of office. Representative promised to resolve this issue but no result.

                                Fourth time again I had discussion with your representative who responded good and even call the owner of the car for confirmation, where he got confirmation from owner that car was returned before scheduled time without any concern. But still it is not resolved as the app is still showing outstanding of 8520/- Rs.

                                I also emailed this concern at [protected]@zoomcar.com, but without any response from last 10 days

                                With this incident I hesitate to book another ride.

                                Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue on priority.

                                  I am Satish Kumar, Hyderabad recently added my vehicle to Zoomcar Host program on 22nd May'22.

                                  the booking ID:- JPSN7897C the customer taken the car with full tank fuel and given back almost empty fuel, when i called the customer care immediately they said they will pay the amount for the loss. today they are saying that the booking got cancelled. i am really feeling stressed. they dont have proper tracking system too. the customer taken more than 24 hours and saying that he had not taken, if this guy would have done any anti social activity with my car, who takes the responsibility. even i have received a mail that this customer is extending the trip from 24th May'22 4.30 to 6.30PM. first of all i want an acknowledgement for you that JPSN7897c booking is undertaken and that guy srijan has taken the car for more than 24 hours, that also zoomcar could not provide.

                                  other booking ID:- JPSN7HR5W the customer supposed to return the vehicle on 24th May 11.30pm but till now no clue what happened and no update from your side too.

                                  i am really worried now, what happens to my car. please treat this as serious concern and priority.

                                    I have done Booking with zoomcar on March 17th, 2022. At last moment zoomcar customer executive called and informed that no cars are available and after a lot of discussions and arguments they cancelled my booking. Because of the company's irresponsible behaviour, my whole trip planned with my family was ruined at the last moment.
                                    Their customer support team promised me that they will refund 100% of the vehicle booking amount as it was cancelled due to unavailability of cars from their side and give 10000 zoomcar credits. But unfortunately till date I have not even received my refund amount of 8572 rupees.
                                    I have written multiple mails to their customer support team but unfortunately they have not replied to any of them. I hope atleast through this complaint i get my money back

                                      Hi, This is Amit Dadhwal, Customer with Zoomcar Booking I'd: JPSN7KJAG
                                      Complaint Docket number with NATIONAL CONSUMER COMPLAINT : 3476641
                                      I am writing this email regarding the car that has been rented from Zoomcar from 21st April 2022 upto 10th May 2022. I have rented a Scorpio car and received the said car from Delhi, The car that was rented happened to be a different car as promised, Except from the car engine and tyres nothing is functioning properly. Because of this car I had to cancel my return train tickets, also extend my stay periods in hotels. All because I was not able to drive during night time.
                                      1: The car rented from Zoomcar does not have a lever to open the bonnet of the car, I wanted to open the bonnet of the car as there was no water present in the windshield water tank as while driving the car in a mountain terrain area I need the wipers because of the weather conditions. I called the Zoomcar representative and did not seek help for the same and was advised to get a mechanic as they were not able to provide one from there end, I did consult a mechanic, but unfortunately was not able to open the bonnet.
                                      2: The buttons on the Steering wheel are broken because of which the led lights underneath the broken buttons are reflecting exactly in the drivers eye, which in turn impairs the drivers vision.
                                      3:The Power steering of the car is not functional, feels like driving a Old Truck.
                                      4: There are no sensors for reverse, no lights and the reverse camera is not working.
                                      Apart from these issues, there are several other issues with the car.
                                      Because of all the above mentioned issues, I am not able to drive the car during night time as this becomes a major safety concern, as I am on a visit to Kedarnath and Badrinath along with my family, I am traveling in Uttarakhand, the climatic conditions are not favourable in Mountain terrain as it rains anytime and the roads are muddy hence the vision is impaired.
                                      I had made several calls to Zoomcar regarding the same but was not offered help not even a single time from any of the Zoomcar representative, Would like to specially mention a representative SAM, who knows everything about the issue but did not bother to help me at all, spoke with same representative many times. I have spoken with these representative several times over the period have made around 15 calls and spoke for several hours ruining my vacation.
                                      I had requested them to extend my trip duration for another 3 days to compensate with the issue that I was facing, I was promised many manager call backs but there was no resolution, at the end I had to pay additional Rs 9200 from my end for extending the trip as Zoomcar did not provide me with a car with basic functions regarding safety.
                                      I ignored the matter and did not wanted to ruin my trip and waste my leisure time so I paid the money and only used the car during day time.
                                      As of 9th May 2022, the car broke down completely when I reached a hotel, around 80 km to Badrinath temple.I spoke with a mechanic and was informed the car's self is not working, hence car is not starting at all, This time I called the Zoomcar representative again and asked them for help as the car completely broke down, after speaking with several representative, after about 3 hours I got hold of a manager from the concerned team named SAM, with whome I had previously spoken he refused to help me and told me to drop the car at the same location and continue on my trip and arrange for different means, Also I have already paid for 3 days extra till the trip extention date 13 th May 2022, I asked for my refund as I had already spent unnecessary money on train ticket cancellation and hotel trip extentions, I was told the money would be refunded once the car would be with then and inspected for the issue. I was out of my budget already and just requested Zoomcar to return my refund as I have already paid Rs 9200 for 3 days from 10th May to 13 th May 2022 and moreover I would not be using the car for those 3 days, but nothing was done as usual and I was left helpless with my family with little or no money, in the middle of nowhere near a high way, 80 to 90 km from Badrinath. Because of all this false promises and because of this pathetic service from Zoomcar, me and my family are facing major mental breakdown and trauma. I have wasted a lot of my money and most importantly my precious time because of this non functional Car and the incompetent service provided by Zoomcar. I am looking out for resolution for this foul play done by Zoomcar to me and want a compensation for the same for all the extra money, time and effort lost by me. I want all the money spent with Zoomcar till date which sumps up to Rs 44700, This refund amount includes money spent with Zoomcar for no service given along with the traumatic experience and the amount spent with the mechanic for repairing the car. I have all the evidence regarding the complaint made against Zoomcar by me, If necessary I can provide the payment bills made to Zoomcar, mechanic along with the pics, videos and call recording with Zoomcar representative. I am looking out for a resolution for the same as soon as possible and justice as a sincere tax payer consumer.

                                      Also after all this what kind of pending amount are you asking from me Zoomcar. I have paid for extentions for rs 9200 for 3 days till 13th May 2022, 9 pm . The car stopped working at Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station, Delhi Parking on 13th at around 4 pm . I called several times for help and was left helpless, I have all the call recording and related evidence, Also Zoomcar needs to reimburse me Rs 5000, Rs 3000 for mechanic charges and Rs 2000 for additional Diesel in the car, I have attached all the relevant documents in the Zoomcar app. kindly Refund the amount of Rs 5000 as soon as possible.
