We booked zoomcar and later next day while driving we found that there was an issue with car so we called customer care and complained about the same.
We paid 6324₹ while booking and we got only 2797₹ . We hardly used car and they are not refunding our money . More than half of the amount is being taken by them . Even after checking with their customer team we dint get proper refund. Please do the needful.

      This is with reference to booking id JPS69PK6U, I will like to bring to your notice gross deficiency in service conducted by your Company, which has caused mental, physical and financial loss to me and my family. The said act of yours has jeopardized the security of my family .

      A booking was done via your app on 4th December 2021 for availing your services from 17th December 2021 till 29th December 2021 by hiring a self driven car from Delhi and back to delhi .

      On 17th December 2021, it was informed by your customer service centre the vehicle booked is not available and they will be providing a replacement car and we accepted the same.

      The vehicle XUV 500 with registered number DL1NA3397 was delivered to us on 17th December 2021 on Delhi railway station.

      On 23rd December 2021, around 1 pm said car broke down in Jaipur and we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere. We tried contacting your customer care but there was no response from the company, hence leaving me and my family in unknow city, putting my family which included child and women in lots of danger. Even after waiting for hours when there was no response, I parked the vehicle in safe place and took a cab back to hotel and duly informed the Company via mail . In response company official contacted around 8pm at night saying the vehicle will be collected tomorrow .

      The said vehicle was collected by the Company person on 24th December 2021 and we were neither given any replacement nor there was any communication from your company .

      The Company completed the booking midway without any intimation a and closed all communication with me and left us stranded in Jaipur as now we have no mode of communication to complete our remaining journey back to our final destination, Delhi . All efforts to contact your customer care was in vain and company refunded Rs 1260 for extra fuel left in the tank and which was filled by us when we started the journey.

      The way the said booking has been closed without intimation, consent and with 5 days of booking left which is already paid is deficiency in service by your company and has caused not only financial losses but also has compromised security of my family . Even after closing the booking in such way, no efforts was made by your company to refund the amount which is already paid for the remaining journey by me and you are happily keeping the same money without providing the services, which is a degrading act by Company of such repute.

      Your company has is not responding any mails send to you regarding the booking . When the booking was completed, there were still 5 days left for the booking and hence we demand the below mentioned amount from you

      a. Refund of charges paid for 23rd (date when car broke down), 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th ie 5 days.

      b. Refund for 600 km left out of 2470 km we were charged for.

      c. Road tax paid for the car which you are utilising now.

      d. Double toll tax paid due to your faulty fast tag. All transport charges which we had to incur due to inadvertent cancellation of fully booked trip. I had to book another Zoom car by my wife Swati Kumari's id JPS6902F6 with booking id number as your system was saying bookings are overlapping & won't allow me to book using my id.

      e. Additional 20 ltr fuel left in the car when you just took over the car without intimating that ride will be completed & vehicle will not be handed over to us after repair.

      f. Monetary Compensation for all mental and physical harassment caused to my family.

      In case there is no response to my notice, I will be constrained to take a legal action against your company for the deficiency in service.

        I have booked car on 31st december for 11pm so money got debited then i got a message that car allocated is cancelled i will get my refund by jan 4.Till today i didnt get my refund.I hope i will get my refund of 1278 rs as soon as possible by end of month.

          Hi Team,

          This is regarding my booking on 15th January 2022, Kwid Automatic

          Booking ID: JPS69E7VY

          While handing over the car the kms was 27748 and while returning it was 27816. The fuel was showing 3 bars. We filled petrol for Rs.588/- still the bar didn’t come up to 3. We drove the car for only 70kms so fuel consumption should not be more then 4 litre.

          Our booking was till 1 PM. we handed over the car at 12.50PM. Still we were charged for late handover.

          After multiple complaints they removed the late handover fee. But still asked to pay the refuelling charges almost 400.

            I used the Zoom Car service for my last travel experience. I was delivered with a Renault Kwid car with booking Id : JPS69EIFB. The ride was 94Km free. Post ending the trip I received an outstanding amount of Rs.990 to pay. Can you please explain this to me? My start odometer reading is 24186 and it was 24257 while ending the trip. So a total of 71 Kms is what I drove that day. As Kwid is a small vehicle it should give an approximate mileage of 20Kms/Litre. Even if I am ready to take mileage as 15Kms/Litre and round the total Kms to 75Kms, total fuel spent should be 75/15=5Litres. Are you charging Rs.990 for 5L of petrol ? Unfortunately I am not able to make my mind up with this calculation. Please help me in understanding the equation behind it.

                I have taken zoomcar from (3-5) dec21
                After completing my trip I supposed to do eND checklist, , where application not worked at that time. I asked zoomcar executive to take reading and update the same, even executive said same and pickup the car .

                After 42 days zoomcar customer care people called and asked for meter reading photo which I deleted and I don't have.
                Now they updated different reading and asking for amount to pay.

                I called zoomcar customer multiple times on 6 the Dec and informed all the details. after 42 days called and increasing the reading and asking for amount, how reduclues is this .

                    I have booked zoomcar in delhi for 4days ID is JPS69AML1.while travelling to manali car was breakdown at 10pm due to clutch plates failure at middle of ghat road. I called for support they didn't gave any assistance and suggest to me pls do repair and we will refund your money and extra time which was wasted during breakdown. We accept it whole night spend in car and done the repair at morning 14hrs wasted. After completion of repair they will not respond anything. They didn't give extra time and repair cost also not given. After completion of booking I'm unable to contact customer care. Really wellplanned trip was spoiled due to zoomcar and advance booking hotels and everything money wasted. Upto now my refund was not done.I had all video recording during repair and calls which I did to customer care.

                      Normally I don’t use any rental cars, I have two cars at home. But, this day I had no choice but to opt for a rental service. I chose zoomcar and booked a vitara brezza Petrol. ID: JPS691L3V.
                      When I started the trip I started on 20th Nov 2021, 10:30 at 4006kms with 10% fuel, and I ended the trip on 23rd Nov, 6pm at 4457kms with 80% fuel in the tank. Petrol price was 113₹ when I filled. The company is not accessible, the customer care is the worst. And two months they have still not bothered to refund my fuel. Horrible service. I do not recommend. I have attached the photos for proof.

                        I was never provided a refund for my Booking which i had cancelled.

                        My Booking Id was JPS6NYH1Y, done on 29th May 2020.

                        I cant even call the customer care lines as my calls are not being directed to the Customer Care.

                          Hi zoomcar team,

                          I booked a KUV on 12th Jan, 12am to go to burning ghat for my grandmother's demise.

                          I waited and roamed around the pick up point for 1.5 hours in the midnight, but never got the car.

                          I got a message saying my trip has started.
                          Now I got a message that 5090/- is pending as that trip went on for almost 2 days though I never got the car.

                          I am seriously thinking about going to a lawyer and sueing zoomcar for the mental trauma and security threat it has caused us for the past couple of stress, else will go to cyber cell and explore police actions.

                          Kindly refer to all the recorded calls related to the booking and you will understand what I am saying.

                            I had my booking of zoomcar on 11th January 2022 Tuesday a Celirio AT . My booking was at 3:30 pm and when I go there the car was not available at the location . So since the ar was not available I was asked to wait . And it took them two hours to allot another car and hence I promised a refund of rs. 200 by one of the zoomcar executives for the lost 2hours of the booking. The next was allotted at 5:30 pm. It was said that the refund would be processed at sent in 24 to 48hours . And it has been 3 days past since the booking and I still haven't received my refund. Kindly report back ASAP

                                I made a booking this morning and uploaded all my documents (Driving license, Passport & other), but my DL was rejected. When I called the company to find out why the DL was rejected, I was told that they do not accept the DL issued from Haryana, because they think that all people from Haryana are 'Thief'.

                                This is sheer nonsense, and I wasted my time calling them multiple times, and customer service has no reply to any of my questions. Really bad to see that how #ZOOMCAR is generalizing and stereotyping.
                                I request to take strict action against ZOOM car for this, and zoom car should give full explanation to us why this happened.

                                    Booked tata Hexa well in advanced, in my last trip to Visakhapatnam. On the day of booking they say car is not available. My entire travel plan was getting disturbed. They offered a smaller car, I had to accept as no other option.
                                    Zoomcar teleofficer said they are going to refund the difference of price.

                                    The Creta they provided was horribly maintained, dise mirrors damaged, bumper damaged, seat damaged, one headlight dipper not working, Stepney had two punctures...
                                    Neither the refunded the difference money, nor compensation on my troubles...

                                    Please suggest how to raise a legal complaint..

                                      I booked a zoom car on the 06th Of January 2022 from 2.30pm till 2.30am and when the car was delivered to me it had 20% fuel in it.

                                      As per my scheduled booking I handed over the car to the zoom car pickup guy 1 hour prior to my booking end time and when I handover the car to him the fuel was exactly 20% and a picture of th odometer was been clicked by the pickup guy himself. However, even after being so particular about everything when the zoom car guy took the car and when I checked my app it showed me "Refueling charges of Rs.315".

                                      I was damn upset when I saw this and I immediately contacted to the cust care of Zoom car and logged a complaint about th same and they said the charges would be reversed within 24 to 48 hrs but till date it hasn't been fixed and now when i'm trying to contact them back it doesn't even allow me to contact to the customer service because I do not have an open booking!

                                      I'm surprised what kind of a customer service is this? It means you will only help the customer till the time he has an open booking with you otherwise you don't even bother about the customer satisfaction.

                                      I hope after reading my entire email you can understand my peak of frustration and i'd request someone to please look into this on priority to fix this asap.
