    I am writing this complain here as I was informed by the zoom customer care team that this is no email ID for filing a complaint.

    I have booked the Kwid Automatic car from zoom car and paid approx 31, 500 for appox. 9 days. We have been charged appox. 10, 000 extra for the season rush (as I could see the normal rental was appox. 20-22 thousand) and last min booking. However, the car provided was not as per expectation. It was very disappointing.

    This was my first zoom car experience and I would like to share the harrassment, mental torture and worst experience of my life which definately ruined my holidays.

    - I have booked the car for 24th Dec at 10:30pm, I checked the app in the morning and it shows car not available. Thereby, I called zoom car customer care team and they confirmed that car will be ready and you can leave for pickup centre i.e. Taramani Railway station Chennai
    - I didn't had the exact pickup location in the app so I have used the Google map and there was no zoom car centre at the Google location
    - Now, I was standing at the middle of the road with 3 luggage
    - I called zoom car customer care again and seek for the pickup location and customer care team asked me to wait for 5 min as Car is not available, I explained the situation and asked him to transfer the call to either Senior or personal responsible for delivery but he didn't. I refused to disconnect the call unless my problem got resolved then he asked me to hold the line then he disconnected.
    - I called zoom car customer care team again and again and everyone was asking me to wait for 5 min and they arranging for a call back.
    - I was standing in the middle of the road for almost 30-40 min but I didn't get any resolution and later they asked me to pick a manual car but when I insist for automatic car they said you can pick up the automatic car from Vellacherry which was another half an hour from the location. Zoom car customer care team confirmed that I will be reimbursed for the cab expenses
    - I went to car location and then I was unable to open the car through the app. I again called customer car to help me out for the same
    - Please note that zoom car claim to be a company a "premium" car rental company, I was expecting a good clean and smooth car but I got something different than my expectation. Following are key things found in the car and it was beyond my expectations:
    a. Car was not cleaned at all
    b. Car seats had stains and there was dust all over the place
    c. It was smelling a lot
    d. Someone's face mask was hanging at the frond seat
    e. Car didn't seemed like a sanitised car
    f. Car pick up and break was not upto the mark
    g. Car engine was not smooth at all

    I had to take another vehicle at pondicherry because car was not upto the mark which cost me additional 12k approx.
    I have been charged INR 31k for this harrassment and because of this I was late for my Christmas Eve for which I paid 10k per night approx. Zoom car experience cost me mental trauma for which I have paid 50k approx.

    Also, the fast tag was not working so had to pay the double tax amount, though the zoom car customer care team upon inquiry of the same mentioned that they would reimburse half of the taxes paid.

    One more thing to mention here that I have used the car for only drive from Chennai to pondicherry and back because the car was really not good and was very disappointing.

    Now, I would want to understand from you that how would you compensate me for such trauma. Zoom car didn't deliver it's promise at any single point and charged for this bizzare experience.

    I would like to receive a compensation for such harassment and inconvenience.

      My drop-off time for the car was 10 am so by that time i was ready to give back the car but the pickup executive was late by 2 hours and so the late fine is charged in my account. Hope to see the charges being waived off. Booking Id - JPS69D7TD

        Dear zoom car.

        Yesterday I booked your vehicle in a very urgency as my wife was pregnant and we were going to hospital for scissor operation. But after booking I spent my 30 min nearby the car to search because car was covered and no one was available nearby. On sudden once I found the car but then no any handover person was available and them I was getting call from customer care to update my profile. Once the profile documents has been updated and a tab button (unlock the car and start trip) by mistake that key pressed. And then I tried to contact with your customer care but no body took bothered to pick the call. Hence at last due to emergency I went back and waited to raise complaint afterward. So yesterday I raised mail and also called to csr and passed the issue to them.

        Now today I am getting a text where zoom car is returning only 109 rupees as a refund.
        It means openly you guys are cheating to customers.
        Let me tell why I suppose to pay you single rupees.
        I have not even touched the vehicle then you are deducted this amount. Do you ever tried to track any data.
        Have you used your nevigation.
        Have you tried to listen any query from my number. From yesterday to till now.
        Have you tried to check mail for the raised complaint.
        Have you bothered to call me back for understanding the issue which you haven't understood via mail Or call.

        Now if you are not going to take prompt action against this complaint then provide me your superior mail id or contact number. Otherwise I suppose to take legal action against you.
        I am having all the data with me booking the car to till my wives operations where you can see the urgency.
        But I hope I will get help in this matter by today.

          Hi, Zoomcar canceled my booking no JPS690010 at very last minute leaving me in a complete mess. Despite me calling and chasing the customer care asking about the status of the car I was only given a false promises that I will receive a call back but no one bothered to call even at once. I was kept in a queue for over 10 mins every time I called the customer care with no resolution. I was denied a manager call, all this wasted my time, my plans with family and an important life event which unfortunately we had to cancel because of all this mess created by Zoomcar. I want zoomcar to review their process and return not just my booking amount but of 3 times of it to compensate my loss. They not just denied my booking but also denied for any alternative car. They have my booking amount for over 10 days which I feel they don't have a right to keep and treat the customer so badly and putting them in a mess

          Hi, despite of me calling the call center several time they have not given me any resolution. In fact, the booking showing live on the app, when the car was never picked up by me neither was given to me. Zoom car constantly sending me msgs to return the car with the full fuel, asking me to paythe toll charges and heights is that automated iVR call at 2 o clock in the middle of the night to return the car. This all has given me a sleep less night, mentally am disturbed and want this to be looked into immediately for resolution pls. Have attached the screenshot of late night phone call chase. Pls look at the timings

            The customer service is a big scam in zoomcar because they dont responding to the custome who do not have a active booking that way they can escape to pay the refund money .
            I have booked a car Including fuel for cost of 5101 and I got a discount of 700 so total cost is 4401 but i did not have the fuel in the vehicle at the time of pick up so i had fill the fule of rupees 2000 and excess km fees is 1746 so i have made the total payment of rupees 6147 and but the total cost is 4147 and i have uploaded the fuel bill copy so that they refund my fuel bill but they are not responding to any customer .

              The booking was confirmed (at 19:45 on December 30 2021) for a 20:30 pickup on 30th December 2021 and the payment had been completed. I reached the pickup point given to us at 21:30 due to the traffic and the car was not there. One of your executives filed a complaint from my end and a call from the customer service was received, which was ultimately of no use, after 3 hours (at around 12am) of constant search and testing my patience, I was given the number of the owner who said that he had gotten no booking from your end. After 11.30pm, the customer care stopped responding to my calls, and no car was arranged for me. I have been trying your customer service number since the 31st morning but have no response. It is only fair that I get a fu refund of my booking amount which was ₹4284. Hoping that you will look into this matter ASAP.

                First, rs 500 was deducted for fastag without any confirmation from my paytm

                Second, Rs 40+40=80 was paid by us for toll - one using paytm and one using cash (I have receipt). So why should I pay to zoom again?

                Hence I request a refund of Rs 500+40+30=rs 580.
                Please help on priority.

                  We have booked Zoom car for 19th Dec 2021 pickup time 7:30am (droped by Zoom driver) and returned the car on 22nd Dec 2021 drop time 4pm (picked up by zoom driver), way before the scheduled drop time. But the Zoom car guys did not close the booking in their app/website until 1am though they have picked up the car around 5pm. SO NOW EVERYDAY I RECEIVE A MAIL FROM ZoomCar SAYING [[[(Payment pending for Zoomcar Booking: JPS695XE5)]]] THAT THERE IS PAYMENT PENDING OF INR 1120.

                  CAN YOU PLEASE RESOLVE THIS

                    Today we had booked the car pick up from banglore airport, said car being Maruti Ciaz. Expecting a sedan car to be in a good condition but to our nightmare we received a completely unfit car with damaged parts and scratches and even missing parts. And also the pick up of the car is horrible and the AC cooling is sub standard. Inspite of all these problems the person who delivered the car said that they don't have any other car to provide. But as and when we commenced our journey the internal issues started to be shown. We have been calling the customer care for 6 hours and asking for a replacement but they constantly say we will receive a call back and we haven't yet been called back. My cell battery is draining and yet I haven't received any kind of revert. Very very very poor service infact Mychoice cars have better customer service then yours. Truly disappointed that being in a service industry there is no value of customer. We are here for a holiday and this is turning out into a headache and nightmare. This is not what is expected from zoom car and i will make sure I will escalate this matter further to higher management.

                      I'd done a Booking for 30th December under booking id JPS69DYXH and paid rs 2600 in advance. When I went to pick up the car, the car was not at the specified location .I've searched for 2 hours and it's nowhere to be found. I tried to call the customer care and they are not responding at all. Worst experience ever

                        Hi Team,

                        I have booked a Maruti Ertiga Hybrid car at pune (Railway Station) with below timings but the post booking i see the timings are wrongly shown.

                        Correct Timings : 1st Jan'22 9:30 AM - 3rd Jan'22 8:30 PM

                        Please check this and address this ASAP as I need to plan my other stuff once you correct my timings.

                        For your proof, I have taken a snippet of the browser (taken at the time of booking)which shows the timings which i wanted to book.

                        Please find the attachment of your booking confirmation page.

                        I have done numerous calls & mails to customer care and they said it will 24hrs to address this issue but its been more than 24hrs no response and yday they said one person from zoomcar will cal me but no call yet..

                        If this is not addressed at earliest.. i will be highly impacted in terms of financials & mental stress.

                            Booking JPS6954X. First got allotted Tiago Diesel KL07 CQ 2395 in which I immediately filled Rs.2200 fuel. After driving just 20 KM drive this car broke down and was given another same make Tiago Diesel car KL07 CQ 1675. How do I get refund of Rs.2200 for the fuel that I had filled in the first car which broke down? Not able to contact any customer care number. My account has got settled and there is no refund.

                              Sub.- I didn't get the reimbursement till date .

                              I had booked a car from silliguri, West Bengal (booking id:- JPS695PQB) on 13/12/2021.

                              I had many complaints
                              1. The car got brokedown at Vikramshila bridge Bhagalpur 812005 at 11:40pm approx. That car was not started because the battery was dead with the help of locals and policemen they toe the car across the bridge, I had to pay Rs500/-

                              2. After that at 2-3am I had to contact Suzuki customer support because your support system was not functioning and not been able to contact you, all your numbers are invalid.i had paid Rs1800 /- for toeing the car to nearest warehouse

                              3 . I had to stay in that car until it got repaired so from 11:40pm 13/12/2021 to 3-3:30pm 14/12/2021 total hrs of wastage and discomfort ( 17-18hrs ) and pressure and discomfort as well

                              4 . I had paid the toll with cash because your fasttag was not working

                              5 . The mechanic told me to change the battery because it's dead so, I had to pay Rs6900 approx .

                              6. I had to extend my trip for about 12 hrs and I had to pay around Rs5000, for just 12hrs and you wasted my 17-18hrs for that I need compensation.

                              7. Again the car not starting so, I had to call the mechanic dur to some technical issues I had paid Rs5500/-

                              8. Till date I didn't get any customer support, I had emailed you like 4-5 times still no reply and customer care no. Is still invalid .

                              I had uploaded the bills already about a week ago, no reply.

                              Kindly look at it.

                                I am a regular user and made multiple bookings, but Zoomcar issued an incorrect outstanding on my completed trip, but the customer care couldn’t explain why that outstanding amount was added, they said it was a system mistake and I have to wait for 48 hrs to get it resolved. But I had to travel on the next day, so With my other mobile number I installed the app and booked the car, then verification team called and told me that they cannot...

                                I have booked zoom car for 306 kms and l have not exceeded the kms limit but they have charged extra money for excess kilometres. Please look into the trip start and trip end odometer pictures

                                  Cheated on Paytm refund and petrol

                                  My booking ID is JPS695PV6.

                                  I had a booking for car no. 2005 Volkswagen polo from 17th Dec to 19th Dec.

                                  There was an amount of 500 rs blocked for fast tag via paytm wallet. That amount has not released yet. I have complaint twice via customer care and no one bothers to respond

                                  Also when I was given the car the fuel was zero. It was showing no points (fuel indicator) ....

                                  I am trying to contact zoomcar since last 10-12 days regarding my kyc
                                  My 2 weeks payout has been affected till now
                                  And zoomcar still dont have any resolution
                                  I am a member of zoomcar host programme
                                  And I think zoomcar has now started to scam as they are not on Emails and on calla they just give an excuse
                                  Last weeks payout 7451₹ has not received yet and now this ia 2nd week

                                  when i contact customer care they tell me that they dont see my clear name on my cheque
                                  So i uploaded it again multiple times different photos of cheques but still they say its not yet approved kindly wait for 24-48 hrs

                                  I have already waited for 12 days now
                                  how much more they want to wait?

                                    Couldn't pick up/unlock the car because of error in the App

                                    I made a booking for the weekend starting from Friday 5.30 pm to Sunday 11.30 pm and paid the amount 6691rs. I reached the place at around 6.30 and realised that there was no unlocking link and the ride is already live. Without even unlocking the car, the booking is live without giving me the unlocking link, the app still shows that the car is already unlocked and the ride is still active. Who's fault?
