I am fed up of writing so many messages to Zoomcar on help section from the mobile and desktop app. I have made a booking on Zoom car on 15 Dec, 8.00 AM to 11.00PM with a booking ID: JPS695TD5.

My booked car has been changed along with the pickup location on the pickup day. I was promised extra 10 kms and some credits due to the change in pickup location which is very far for me. later, I was charged for the extra 1 km or so.

I couldn't unlock the car from mobile app, I had to wait in the hot sun until one of your executives had to unlock from their side. Same horrible experience when I dropped the car.

I have filled petrol two times as the car was blinking on no fuel indicator. I filled for Rs.800 the first time, but got a call from zoom in the middle saying car is running out of fuel, I filled Rs.900 again. I have also booked zoom car earlier, I uploaded bills and waiting for the refund, It's been more than 3 weeks there is no status on refund. It shows only 996 refund on the app, when I was entitled for 1700.

I tried calling and asking for help on the app so many times. To my utter disappointment, The ZoomCar customer care call doesn't connect without a live booking. There is no update on email what so ever. I am so disappointed and frustrated. Half baked services like these are frustrating and burden to users.

    I had not logout due to network issue in my device while dropping the vehicle I do accept that I have to pay only for 84 KLM driven extra I had took vehicle by 9th september 8:30 and dropped by 10th 10:47 morning if any doubt about my words can also clarify with camera footage of the Same date from rajajinagar hub near suguna hospital I have even informed to the hub executive to escalate this issue and with many of your customer service executive but very poor results from them Hope I will get proper solution from your end ASAP

      I have booked Maruti Suzuki Swift Automatic for 21st December 2021. The brakes were faulty and we were only able to ride 100-200 meters from the pick-up location and stopped the vehicle as it was too risky to ride this faulty car. We have immediately reported this to customer care and asked them to send a replacement vehicle or engineer so it can be taken care of. After waiting from 10:00 am till 1:30 pm, no one has come to rescue/help us. We spoke to the customer care agent and as we were getting late, he asked us to park the car nearby and he will lock the car. He assured us that the refund will be credited to my account within 5 days. It's been 15 days approximately and I haven't got any refunds.

      Moreover, we asked them to terminate the ride immediately from their side, as they haven't provided any support/engineer or mechanic who can assist us, but they ended the ride after 3-4 days. And put the status as Rs 0 refund. We have all the call recordings with us.
      Please look into the issue at the earliest.

        I did a booking today on zoomcar and the amount for the booking has been debitedfrom my account but i didn't get any confirmation from zoom car, also my z points from zoomcar. Was redeemed.. No customer service response, got no help from the zoom car employees at the parking site... I'm attaching the screen shots below...

          For a booking (details attached) I was incorrectly overcharged for fuel consumption. The entire trip i took was was a 50km in a pretty new Renault Duster and the charges I am asked to pay is 1.72k just for fuel. It is to note that the car was returned with the same fuel meter reading and I still was willing to pay a 300 for fuel charge despite the car being dropped back with the same fuel reading. But they have been making a number of fee reversals for several days after the booking was done and I had no idea these things were happening in the app. (No notifications from the app except their ads)

          Tried reaching zoomcar support via call and and used the help option in the app SEVERAL times and seeing no action or even an acknowledgement. All details regarding booking and the fuel meter readings are attached.

            My booking was cancelled by zoomcar on 27th Nov. I am still awaiting my refund. No one from zoomcar responfa to mail or phone call.

              I have opted Zoomcar service I kept my car in zoom, Believe me the worst service support I got, car got damaged, head light got replaced, even after one perticur booking customer did not return my he used my car for more than 3 days and zoom people could not track my back, after I 100s of calls to CC I received my car with battery issue which I had to replace it, now when I have placed request for termination I'm waiting for 2 weeks to get update, my another car meet with accident in Andhra pradesh while in booking and after calling 100s of time to CC now they keep the car with then and they are saying it will take more than 2 months to repair, even they are using my insurance policy only for repair...

                On 2nd Jan 2022 I had a booking (booking details attached) with Zoomcar (Kwid) for 60 kms after my ride I have used only 42 kms. For which I have proofs attached. But I am charged 990 rs for 42 km ride which is totally unfair.

                On reaching the customer care they just explain that this charge was calculated based on the petrol availability in fuel tank. I am not sure of 2 things here why should I go with your fuel tank level, should I have a scale to measure the full tank level before and after every trip or even if we go with the gauge reading in speedometer who can assure me that the fuel was on the maximum level of the 3rd point or min level of the 3rd point before ride, Then why should I pay for the whole point in fuel gauge after riding only 42 kms. Even in that case if we consider the gauge is true then does it mean that the vehicle gives only 4 kms as mileage (only then for 42kms 990 rs can be charged). In that case I prefer luxury cars has better mileage.

                Also while reaching to the trichy branch regarding this issue they didn't pick the call after 4 times. Even in those 4 times they just told they will look into the issue. No other response.

                Not more that 300rs can be charged for 42kms of fuel. Kindly review the refueling charges with right amount. So that I can pay this. Please acknowledge if you receive this mail.

                  I have booked this car on 02 Jan, 2022. They have given me an 10 year old car which was having so many issues that noone can drive it. It has no working headlamps, mirrors and horn. It’s break pads was having rust, the tires were so old and having cracks. I got it repaired and spent 5000 INR .

                  Atlast i gave back car at 90% fuel level as i didnot even go much farther as this all has spoiled my mood.

                  Zoomcar hasnot refunded me the refuel amount of almost 6000 INR neither they have refunded me for repairs.

                  This is intolerable experience as a regular zoomcar user.

                  Even they didn’t pay me back refund of previous booking and made me pay outstanding amount to start the new trip.

                      I made a booking with ZOOM Car for a VERNA MT DIESEL car. I completed the full payment (Rs 5157) on 25th December-2021 for the booking period of 1-January-2022 to 2-January-2022. Zoom car accepted the booking and did not inform me about anything that they might not be able to deliver the car.
                      This is the Booking Details:
                      Pick up time: Sat, Jan 1 2022, 8:00 AM
                      Drop off time: Sun, Jan 2 2022, 7:30 PM
                      Pick up location: BALLY HALT RAIL STATION, M82R+W58, Bally, Howrah, West Bengal 711201, India, Kolkata
                      Confirmation number: JPS690BCI

                      As per the booking details, they must assign delivery partner who would deliver the car at Pick-up location before 1 hour of schedule pick up i.e. Sat, Jan 1, 8:00 AM. However, there was no delivery partner assigned until 7:45 AM and there was no communication from Zoom Car regarding the same. Login to my Zoom Car Mobile App Account on that morning, I saw that my booked Car has been changed to “Brezza MT Diesel”. I agree that there I got a call from Zoom Car on 30th December-2021 regarding this potential change. However, I never gave final approval of this change. So, they changed the car without any of my permission.

                      Looking at the delay in assigning delivery partner, I called Zoom car customer service number ([protected]) at 7:45 AM (Sat, Jan 1 2022) to understand the status. Unformatunetly customer service unable to provide any legitimate status of the delivery. Though they reconfirm at 7:50 AM (Jan 1, 2022) over same telephonic conversation that booking was confirm for Sat, Jan 1 2022, 8:00 AM and they should deliver the car at pick up location.
                      I made a 2nd call to Zoom Car customer service number ([protected]) at 8 AM Morning on Sat, Jan 1 2022 to understand the status of the delivery. I was in hurry to start my trip as by 8 AM as Zoom Car must already deliver the car by that time. However there was no communication until 8 AM (Sat, Jan 1 2022) regarding this delay. Unfortunately, there was no update on the reason of delay in delivery and customer service told me to wait for some time.
                      Without getting any callback until 8:20 AM, I made 3rd call to Zoom Car customer service number ([protected]). That time they confirm that they cannot deliver any car for the trip.
                      I made a full plan of my important trip after making the full payment to Zoom Car on 25th December 2021. There was no communication from Zoom Car that they would not be able to deliver the car. If Zoom Car did not accept the booking/payment I must arrange an alternate plan. Even on Sat, Jan 1 2022 morning they re-confirm that the booking is full and final and they must deliver the car. They also confirm that in worst case delivery can be delayed for few minutes. Though, in next 45 minutes of conversation they told they would not deliver the car. I had to cancel the plan because of the problem created by Zoom Car.

                      Now as a resolution of this problem I am looking for Rs. 20, 000 as compensation in my bank account along with full refund of booking amount. I called multiple times to customer service number ([protected]) and drop multiple mails to customer service email ID ([protected]@zoomcar.com). Zoom car is not accepting my call and not responding to my mail.

                        I have booked Scorpio 7 Seater car from zoomcars, but later executive called and provided alternatives, which I accepted and the same thing happened 4 more times from my booking date which is 4th jan, today they called before one day of delivery they called and said the car which was alloted to you is unavailable.

                        am really fedup with the services offered from zoom car and poor customer service assistance, they dont have enough cars and they keep rolling different cars to customers, this must be my last trip from zoomcar

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          Currently, you should have 2 cases opened: First for a refund of 443 Rs. towards my latest booking which couldn't be completed due to the rejection of my profile and second for 999 Rs. towards Supermiler Elite membership since there is no use of membership if you can't approve my Driving License. I have already raised this concern so many times with your customer care team but it looks like it's not working out. When I talked to them last time 3 days ago (on 31st December), they confirmed both the refunds have been initiated and you should get them soon but till now I didn't receive any mail/message/notification from Zoomcar side.

                          Could you please take this on priority and let me know what's happening. When will I receive my refund? Your early resolution is highly appreciated.

                            Hi,

                            I would like to request for a help in my last booking done from Zoomcar Mysore for Baleno Car(KA03AF6207) for booking of 4 days.
                            The car gave me serious troubles during the trip:
                            1) It did not have center mirror and there was severe damage is bonut of co passenger side and whole car was dirty
                            2)It stopped in the middle of mountains and was not starting for an hour which I suspected a battery issue but turned out to be loose power cable of the fuel pump below rear seat.
                            3) While coming back from mountains journey a severe disaster happened when Car BREAK FAILED and car became uncontrollable putting life at risk of two families sitting inside . Somehow I managed to stop it with handbrakes by the time it hit two cars parked in the left while saving it from a speeding bus in the right.
                            The locals took 4000 rs as compensation after huge discussions.
                            4)I got some mechanic somehow who checked and complete break pads are gone and then he replaced them. He also checked Car thoroughly and explained there is loose fuel power plug, even oil is leaking in front and car condition is severly bad
                            5) Somehow I brought down the car from OOTY to Mysore and reached Zoomcar site in early morning. No one at the site listened to my issues and said only one line talk to customer care we can't do anything. I had been trying to reach customer care in whole trip but they either not picked the call for hours or said someone will get back and talk to you in 15-30 mins which took hours for call to come back.
                            6) I asked customer care I need replacement Car for my remaining 2 days of trip so I can go to my next destination but no one helped me and said they can't give any car.
                            My whole trip got destroyed by Zoomcar and now next level of harrasment is even though I took insurance and paid 649 Rs. Charges with booking, the Zoomcar guy who falsely added other damages in my booking and now Zoomcar is charging me 1500 Rs. For damages instead of giving me compensation for:
                            1) Break fail, putting lives at risk
                            2)Trip left in half way because of no resolution or no car replacement.
                            3) Severly bad attitude of ZoomCar site office guys and no help from customer care throughout.

                            Please help me, this is not at all expected from one of the major country car rental company.

                              My booking ID is JPS695AVY. I picked up the car at 23, 770 km and dropped it off at 24, 102km which is well within the 425km limit that I had taken. But i have been charged Rs. 7, 772 for excess KM fee which is completely ridiculous. Moreover, I returned the car with 70% fuel whereas I received it at 50%. I haven't received my fuel refund too. I had sent several emails through Zoom app but haven't received any response.

                                Zoomcar could not provide me with my booked vehicle on 25 Dec at Kolkata (Booking id JPS69YGK6).
                                I was informed only after my scheduled pick up time, after reaching Kolkata Airport. I was asked to contact customer service, but they did not even give a promised call back despite me calling them four times during the same day.
                                It caused me huge inconvenience and inhuman harassment with my family including an old parent.
                                25th Dec evening while cancelling the booking, over the call, their executive promised me Rs. 10, 000 Driving credit as compensation for the harassment caused to me.
                                Though he promised to credit the DC within 24 hours, it has still not reached me after 10 days.

                                  I recently had a booking with zoomcar. After completing the trip and locking the car I realised the very next day that I forgot my earphones in the car. I called zoomcar customer care and the executive promised me that they'll unlock once I reach there. I reached there the next day night and called customer care, I couldn't connect to an executive as there are no live bookings for my number. I put customer support mails to zoomcar but no response on my earphones. This is not the right way to deal with customers in lost and found. I was already irritated because of the service and condition of the car. This adds on top of it.

                                    This is to inform you that we have booked a maruti Swift At diesel on 1st January 2022 from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, my booking I'd was JPS69D65A. The booking was made in the name of kayur jain, I have paid Rs 3681 and requested for a home delivery but at the time on making delivery when we called car executive, he refused without mentioning the cause and he didn't send the car to our location.
                                    The contact details of car executive is as follows - [protected].Even after calling several times, he didn't answered the call.
                                    I had word with your customer care executive and as per your database status showed for the ride is No show but that's not the case.

                                        We booked a car on 31/12/2021 from 13:00 for 2 days i.e., till 01/01/2022. The app gave us a location of CDM Technologies and Solutions Pvt Ltd, Block A, Vishwakarma Colony, Pul Pehlad Pur, New Delhi and we went there and to our surprise we didn't find the car and moreover the customer service was not picking up our call. We waited there for 1.5 hours and after trying to contact the customer care more than 30 times, they picked up and apologised and told us that the car was not available there and we should go to House number 844, Sector 15A, Faridabad, Haryana to pick up another car. We thought that it was a onetime mistake and we gladly accepted their apology and went to the given location. Upon going there, the house owner told us that they didn't enlist any car for Zoomcar. We immediately contacted customer care and this time too they did't pick up at the first try, they picked up after nearly 15 tries. They apologised to us once again and gave us another location, which was 1.5 hours away from Faridabad. At this point we got really angry but the customer care executive didn't help us at all. We again went to the third location and there too we didn't find any car. At this point we lost all our hopes and just left. We paid nearly ₹5000 for the car but we didn't get the car. All our plans got delayed just because of their careless behaviour. So, I would like Zoomcar to kindly refund the said amount to our original payment method.
