I had booked a zoom car on 9th at 8:30

The car arrived in the dirtiest condtion possible .then there was issue with the uploading with the documents which caused delay..also the documents were ot approved..and caused further delay and we have not received any call from zoom car relating to this goo[censored]p ..

It was a horrible first hand experience with zoom cars

Pls refund the amount

              I have subscribed for 4 vehicles with ZAP - Zoomcar.

              1) Swift Amt - KA03AF4454
              2) Ford Figo - KA02AG6108
              3) Tata Hexa - KA03AF1780
              4) Hyundai Verna - KA03AF5376

              All my subscription amounts along with the Zap rental earnings has been with held by the Zoomcar.

              Neither the vehicles are not provided after Corona Lockdown nor the refunds.

              Kindly look into this and arrange for a solution.

                I booked my car today 1:30 to 7:30 maruti swift mt petrol UP81CJ0184

                And when i reached at location, they said me that the car has already gone and i didn’t receive my car and i wait for 1-1:30 hours for my car but I didn’t get my car
                And my money has already debited from my account
                So, i hope you will understand my problem and will initiate my refund as soon as possible otherwise i will take a strict action against you.

                  On 2020 March I made 4 bookings on Zoomcar. But due to the Pandemic I had to cancel all 4 of my booking (That too well advance so that no cancellation fee is charged). After several reminders I got the refund of 2 of my bookings. But still below 2 booking refund I haven't got:

                  For the above 2 booking I have raised too many queries (Atleast 8-10 )in Zoomcar Support through the App but didn't got a single response mail or call back. Whenever I call customer support it shows engage.
                  I don't know how to get my 18000+ Amount back.
                  Didn't expected this kind of experience from a reputed company like Zoomcar. Very much disgusting.

                    I booked a Toyota Glanza car on Feb 6, 2022 through zoomcar app ( Booking Id- JPS69TNGH) and opted for home delivery. I paid the full amount during the booking including the delivery service charge. But the car was not delivered to me at home and despite calling customer care number for 2 hours, no one answered. I have mailed the customer support thrice and no one has responded yet. I want the money I paid back (₹1, 329). After 2 days today they have sent me just ₹84 and charged the rest amount as cancelation charges. I never canceled the trip.

                      Today I have made a booking by paying the full amount required in advance before I receive the vehicle and the amount got deducted from my account. Later when I was trying to check the status I couldn't see that my ride's booked. I got to know that my profile verification is yet to be done and u tried to complete it ASAP before my ride starts on that same day itself. But the profile verification was not done by my ride time and I am still unable to cancel or view the ride details. I have been trying to contact the customer care but the attempts were useless. Seeking for the immediate response and the solution for the ride which was wasted.

                        Myself prabakaran i am being zoom car service last 3 years still the date i am enjoy the services. My last trip start on the date 05.02.22 to 06.02.22 My total km driven in 630 km only
                        As per the zoomcar policy its will be kilometer but here the kilometer against the policy so here would like to help me out the issue comeback the Correct traffic which has been when for the trip ts easy for pay the bills .Kindly do needful smoother and clearance . Please share me how many km driven my trip its help for further process

                          Hi,
                          I have a made a zoomcar booking for 26th Dec 2021 in Mangalore. But when we went to collect the car, we were told car is not available. Even after repetitive calls and discussions with Zoomcar executives we were still not able to get a car. So, our booking was cancelled, however, the refund amount is still not yet credited. It is 7th Feb, 2022 now.
                          We have tried to reach them through calls and emails but no reply from them.
                          My booking ID is JPS6954SB
                          Booking from 26th Dec 2021 to 29th Dec 2021
                          Car: Mahindra XUV AT
                          Total amount for booking: Rs.10933

                          As per company's policy, money has to be refunded within 30 working days but still there is no resolution.
                          Can you please help me with this?

                            I booked a car for Feb 6th and paid full price on booking. My booking id is JPS69TFBF. At last minute they said car is no longer available and I will get a call back in 15 minutes to make alternate arrangements. But I did not get a call back for a day now even after multiple calls to customer care.

                            I just need my refund of Rs 1709 processed as I did not use Zoomcar services yet they have billed me and I have paid the price.

                              I Booked a car with you with booking reference id JPS69TF3L for tata safari storme diesel from 09 am to 11:30 pm for 6th february 2022.

                              I Uploaded my dl but unfortunately was not verified by your team for so long because of which i had to adopt another option .

                              I Tried calling your helpline for a long time but nobody picked my phone .

                              As i Paid 3277 to you and could not use the service because of a problem at your team end so would like you to kindly return my booking amount.

                                Hi,
                                I've not been given a car for the booking I've made. I need my full refund. When I called the customer care they told servers are down and will update the status after 10 mins after my booking started. However the in charge guy called me and told there's another car Toyota Glanza which can be taken in place of Tata Tiago that I've booked. Later when I went to the pickup the car arrived after 20 minutes. Now, there's a twist, the in charge guy told me that my account is not verified and hence he's unable to deliver the car. So he asked me to contact customer care which I called for 2 to 3 times and after waiting for 30 minutes no response.

                                I find the the customer service is pathetic. If my account was not verified why should you guys confirm the booking at the first place and then all the mess. The fun part is, I have made the payment and stuck with your pathetic service in a loop.

                                I would like to have full refund, since I was not delivered a car.

                                I've attached the details of call logs and the message I've received for booking at 4.35pm while my booking started at 3.00pm.

                                  I've been using the zoom car app since many months now & i've proved myself a genuine customer to them everytime when i booked the car.

                                  But today I was damn upset hence I gave this bad remark to them through this review here because the process to reach the zoom car customer service is next to imposible. You can only contact their customer service if you have an active booking otherwise you can't call them, all you have to do is send an email to them where they won't even respond ever.

                                  So the major reason which forced me to give this feedback to them is because as a good customer of zoom car I refered this app to 2 of my friends in the month of Jan 2022 & they successfully completed their trips against which I got the Z-Points for both the referrals.

                                  However, when today (i.e 06th Feb 2022) I was trying to book the car for myself for the 07th Feb 2022 at that time after choosing the car when I also selected the option to use my Z-Points due to which it showed me a discounted fare & then i moved forward to pay that amount inorder to complete my booking but it couldn't let me go till the payment page with that discounted fare and it kept on giving me an error saying "Our best minds are working on it. You may retry now or check back soon!".

                                  Very first when I saw this error at that time I thought the app may be in some maintenance mode so I will try after sometime but even after few hours the problem was still the same and then I kept on struggling with this for almost an hour continuosly but it didn't let me complete my booking with that discounted fare.

                                  Afterwards I thought of checking the zoom app in my younger brother's phone hence I installed a fresh app on his phone & registered with his details then tried to book the car for the same date & period and you know what this time I was able to proceed to book the car till the payment page without any hassel.

                                  So after this what should be my conclusion? Obviously it clear means that they just give this tempting referral deals to get new customers but whatever referral points we get afterwards, we can't use it to book a car in a discounted fare. Because of this fake error issues what the zoom car app shows it has ruined my entire plan that I had for the 07th Jan 2022.

                                  I've recorded a video of the fake error showing in my phone's zoom car app & in parallel a video of booking a car successfully through my brother's phone with his zoom car app so that I can take this case legally further with proofs and I will also viral this on social media platforms so that zoom car team should understand seriousness of this issues and after this hopefully they creates a easy to reach customer service team.

                                    At last they told me that end trip pic has been lost by the pickup guy so that they can't process the refund.
                                    I want help on this query, please help me with resolution.

The location address shared with me is - Nethaji colony 6th cross street, CMWSSB division 177 Velachery. The google map also leads me there but there was no sign of the vehicle. I tried contacting customer care multiple times but unattended. I haven’t seen the car. This was my first booking at Zoom and it became a worst experience. I would request you to check what went wrong from your side and arrange a refund of my amount.
