    Booking I'd IJPS69DADF MOBILE NO [protected] The car was at my location on the daz it was suppose to and due to a broken ankle, had requested the executive to get the car picked up from m location as it was impossible for me to drop the car at its original drop ..I was told the driver and executive wuld come next da y and pick up. The car and which never happened and they came the next day night..ts purely late from ur end and the executive said he would update the same at the back office so I am not charged for the same and now I've been charged 4509;for late drop .. please look into the matter as sooon as possible and release thr block from my acZ

      Though the booking is completed with no pending dues, zoomcar has still not provided the invoice even after writing to them on mail and speaking to their regional manager from where i booked the zoomcar.

        The vehicle i took on rent with booking id JPS69AA5L was overheating because coolent was not there so zoomcar has not checked vehicle properly before giving to customer, i was stucked in the middle of road then vehicle was not starting so again i have to arrange mechanic to get it start so two times i have repaired the vehicle, coolent was also filed by myself and due to all these delays i have to extend my booking so i need refund all of the amount

          Good day!

          This is Nizarildo de Leon, one of the owner for the zoomcar host. Asking for the payment for almost 2 months of service with the zoomcar. Its been november when i started in the zoomcar my car get a booking but i dont have any payment for the said months. Can i ask for the immediate payment.

            I have not exceed kms range for my drive . My booking Id is JPS69AAUU.
            You have delivered the car at 8am but I have booked at 4am . I have to get refund for late delivery of car . Instead of providing me refund you have charged extra fee for me. Here, I am attaching the start reading of my trip and I think you know the end reading . Start reading is 49968km and end reading is 50060. As per calculations, I have driven 92km. My drive range is 97kms, so i have not exceeded any km range, but you have changed the start reading as 48721 that means there is nearly 1250km difference. Think with common sense, how can a human drive 1339 kms in just 6hrs i.e from morning 8am to 4pm is it possible to drive . Are you providing the zoom cars or aeroplanes to the customers? . Please verify the issue and clear the extra outstanding amount and also provide me the refund. You are cheating the customers. Here I need to get late delivery refund and also refund for 5kms which was left in my total drive.
            I have tried calling you many times but you are not responding on your customer care number, at the day when I was complained about issue I got the ivr options to talk with customer executive and then onwards I'm not getting any Ivr options to speak with customer care. This is very rude behaviour . I have each and every proof, if you won't resolve the issue I will go to file a case on your company for sure. I am going to take a strict action about these issue. Zoom car service is total fraud, you are cheating the customers, making the fools .

                Dear sir
                I have made booking for rental car ( booking ID: JP569A8BR) on zoom car app on 08 Jan 2022, as per booking 66 kms are free in Rs-780.
                When I received car odometer reading was 21370 kms, and when I returned odometer reading was 21418 km, which shows that car run only for 48 kms only, however during the end of billing that have taken in addition to Rs 780, they charged Rs 760 more for excess km running. They are cheating.
                Please resolve this issue.

                  I had booked a car for 1st January 2022 but the car was not delivered to me and there was no response to my several emails. I am not able to call the customer care number as i am getting the response that i have no live booking right now. Even today on 10-Jan-2022 the status of my booking is shown as "upcoming booking". I have not find any solution till date.

                    This is regarding my trip Id JPS69AM53. I had booked the car for 3 days. I was driving the car when I noticed the car was getting pulled in one direction even though I kept the steering straight and steady. Then suddenly in a matter of few seconds the car started wobbling dangerously. I had to stop mid way and almost avoided collision with an oncoming car by few inches, I got down and what I see is that the right front tyre had some issue. I got it checked from a tyre shop and upon inspection it was found that the tyre had 26 punctures, yes 26, this clearly shows that there is no proper maintainaince done by Zoomcar. I was stuck in the middle of the road and hence had get it repaired to continue to my destination. Please call up the garage and confirm the same, he will tell you about the magnitude of the damage the trye had gone through.

                    Below are some of the other issues that I experienced during my trip.

                    1. Brake noise coming from right front tire.
                    2. Car interior was extremely dirty and dusty with belongings still left in the car from the previous ride.
                    3. The spare tire was not usable and had multiple punctures already which was not repaired by me.

                    It is highly irresponsible of Zoomcar even though this car was it's partner car, to provide such a dangerous car aren't there any pre-checks done by handing over the car ? It was a life and death matter for me and my family. I am not going to book again from Zoomcar unless my money is refunded and I am given a reliable car whose servicing is done on time in future.

                    Please do something about this. I called up their toll free number and they told me to upload the bill for repair which is INR 3000, but still I have not been reimbursed. I tried calling them again but now I am not able to connect as their IVR no longer provides the option the speak to a customer care executive. I dropped a mail to them twice but still I didn't get a reply.

                    Such dangerous cars should not be allowed on the roads as it's a risk to the person driving, other cars as well pedestrians on the road.

                      My booking was cancelled at the last moment (when we were at the location to pickup the vehicle) and we were asked to cancel the booking. When we shouted at the customer care they assigned a vehicle which was quite far from that place. When we reached at that place, we had to wait for 2 hrs as they were doing some formalities. Then when I finally examined the vehicle, I found out that the condition was really poor, hand brake was not working wiper was not working. Accelerator was not working properly and the steering wheel was not responsive. There were few fiber parts of the vehicle which were not fixed properly and it could have caused an accident if we wouldn't have done some temporary fix. The vehicle was not clean at all. I spoke to the customer care regarding this. They said we can either cancel the booking or take the vehicle at our own risk. But for us cancelling was not an option as our stay and everything was booked which couldn't be cancelled at the last moment. So we took the risk of taking the vehicle. Now I have seen in the app and also spoke to the customer care, zoomcar had marked a downgrade refund of close to 3K and they were ready to reimburse few bills because of the inconvenience caused to us. But this would be happening only after the trip completion. I spoke to them regarding more refund as clearly the vehicle was not in a drivable state and the condition was so worse that paying such a huge amount for it was not at all worth, but the customer care was so rude and arrogant and they completely denied it. At the end of the trip I returned the vehicle before time in the same state as it was before the trip and did all the formalities on the app. I also uploaded the bills and spoke to the customer care one last time to check whether they would be refunding the promised amount or not for which I got the answer that they would be doing it after ending the trip. But the next morning instead of refunding the money, they had imposed some unnecessary charges on me without taking any confirmation or giving any explanation and now the customer care is not reachable.

                        I have been following up on my complaint since the past 2 weeks but unfortunately no resolution is yet provided by the Zoomcar. Hence I decided to write here.

                        For my recent booking with Zoomcar (booking ID JPS69S2LF), I was initially invoiced an amount of Rs. 1836/- incorrectly for additional fuel, late fees and Fastag toll charges. Fighting over 10 days, Zoomcar has reversed these ingenuine charges except the Fastag Fees.

                        I am incorrectly charged with the Fastag Toll Fee of Rs. 870/-. Please note that before the start of the trip I linked up my Paytm account to the Fastag and paid all Rs. 870/- from my end. Why is this billed again then? If required I can provide the paytm transaction summary to support my argument.

                        Current invoice indicates outstanding amount of Rs. 655/-. However, based on the fact that I paid Fastag amount already, I should get the refund of Rs. 215/-.

                        The whole process of getting the invoice issue resolved was too much exhausting and consumed loads of efforts.
                        Zoomcar should stop harassing their customers. The pain of seeking resolutions on such items is not at all acceptable. This is not for what I signed up for Zoomcar services.

                          There was no car at the mentioned location, attaching images of it. Also the ride was never started with OTP or in any way (as there was no car to begin with) You can check pickup location in mobile is AnayaBliss and when I reached that location, it wasn't there. Please refund the booking amount

                              I booked zoomcar from 25th to 30th Dec2021, Car broke down on 26th Evening 5 pm, I contacted customer care to which they said that I 'll get a call back, I got the call back by 3 am in night, "get some hotel and try to get the car repaired by a local mechanic, but before repair confirm with us", after that I contacted thr local mechanic, he asked me 4000 Rs and 2 days time since he didn't had renault car parts and he had to bring them from 200 km far, I contacted zoomcar, after 10 calls and nearly 6 hours of trying, they customer care guys told me, "lock the key inside car and arrange your way out of there", trip ruined, I came back, this was on 27th Dec, their customer car guy told me that I'll get my balance as refund from 26th Dec to 30 dec, yesterday I got a bill on app wanting me to pay them 1 Lakh, with no clear bifurcation of how, here my points, as I am planning to go to the court, if my refund is not paid, forget me paying them
                              1. Car given to me was a private number car, not a black yellow plate one

                              2. I have proof of car being brokedown due to bad maintenance (somebody fixed oil sump with Mseal, which leaked and car stopped, I have photos, videos and mechanic's witness along with texi driver, they all are happy to give their statement as people in mountains realy do care for people

                              3. How come there is fine if I had paid additional damage protection plan while booking

                              4. What happed to maximum liability of 10000

                              5. How come a remote car mechanic was willing to fix it for 4000 but u guys got it fixed for 1 Lakh

                              This is clearly looting, where they want to get car renewed on customers money

                              Such a shame
                              Lets see you in court guys, I am gonna file a harrasment case on many fronts

                              You guys are not even contactable, you send emails from no reply id, you phone numbers can't be connected if there is no live booking

                                  I had booked the Zoom Car (Hyundai Eon -MH-43 AR 6967) on 31 Dec, 2021 with the booking ID- JPS69DWE2 . They had given me a car which was getting overheated (engine) after driving for some time due to which even the AC stopped working. This was informed to the executive who had handed over the car to me.

                                  Based on the instructions from the executive I took the car to a near by garage in Panvel. After inspecting the car the mechanic informed that the radiator fan was not functioning due to which the car engine had got overheated. This was informed to the executive as well as to the customer care.

                                  Even after the complaint was registered at the customer care nobody bothered to call back to solve the issue even though i had specifically told them that I was standing at the garage with my family.

                                  After numerous attempts (6 times at an interval of 15 min each), finally customer care connected me to a ZOOM CAR technician. I informed the issue of the car to the Zoom Car technician at the other end. He asked me to put the mechanic on line so that he could find the issue and resolve it. Accordingly I made the mechanic talk to the Zoom Car technician. Based on their conversation, the Zoom Car technician advised me to replace the radiator fan and repair the ac with the assurance that whatever be the bill amount would be refunded by ZOOM CAR within 24 hours after handing over of the car.

                                  Trusting ZOOM CAR and the technician's words I got the car repaired, the bill amounting to RS 6900/- plus the fuel amount of Rs 1000/- which had got burnt out due to the car's overheating.

                                  All this had consumed four hours of my time on the 31st of December and my New Year plans with my family became a disaster. The ZOOM CAR team had promised to monetarily compensate for the hours lost.

                                  I had received a mail from ZOOM CAR instructing me to carry out the repair work and upload the repair bills (screenshot of the mail attached).

                                  All the repair bills, fuel bills and the photos of the work carried out were sent to the ZOOM CAR customer care and the technician (Ph: [protected]).

                                  The car was returned back on !/1/2022 at 9pm as per the booking along with the damaged radiator fan.

                                  In spite of me chasing for my refund since the time I returned the car, I have not received any response or refund from ZOOM CAR.

                                  There is no way to reach an executive directly as ZOOM CAR doesn't have any contact number/mail id's of any senior management.

                                  This is intolerable and harrowing experience for a regular ZOOM CAR
                                  user like me.

                                  I am expecting a prompt and earliest refund from ZOOM CAR without having to escalate the matter any further.

                                  I am attaching all the photos relevant to this mail so that the matter can be sorted at the earliest.

                                    You have literally disappointed us a lot with your service. I have never seen such a poor service assistance. We called you thousand times but there was no response from your side and from your team. You kept us waiting for more than 6-7 hours when we were facing a accidental issue . Ans still we waited with patience but after that also there was no response and assistance from your team. Literally no nearest dropping location was also provided by your team that time also you kept us waiting for your response .There was no proper coordination between your team. We spent 12, 000/- on towing the car as directed by your executive and then drop it to the nearest location. We waited for 12-14 hours but no dropping location was provided by your executive.
                                    As we were not provided the nearest location we finally dropped the car from where we initially picked the car that time also no service was provided. Despite all that your team has added extra km charges and extra hour and late charges . We picked up the car while starting the trip with the meter of 27, 747 kms and we dropped the car at 28, 107 kms.
                                    And what you have done is you have mentioned extra ### 4000 kms how is it possible that in a day we will travel 4000 kms and get back the car to you? Does it even makes sense .
                                    And second point is when we already issued a complaint about accident /breakdown i dont know how you have mentioned about the late charges as accident took place in afternoon itself and after that the car was standing there at our location and we couldnt drive it so we towed the car . And also you have added extra fueling charges how is that possible we picked up the car with only 20% fuel and we returned you back with 20% fuel AS SEEN IN THE IMAGES WE HAVE UPLOADED.
