I have not exceed kms range for my drive . My booking Id is JPS69AAUU.
You have delivered the car at 8am but I have booked at 4am . I have to get refund for late delivery of car . Instead of providing me refund you have charged extra fee for me. Here, I am attaching the start reading of my trip and I think you know the end reading . Start reading is 49968km and end reading is 50060. As per calculations, I have driven 92km. My drive range is 97kms, so i have not exceeded any km range, but you have changed the start reading as 48721 that means there is nearly 1250km difference. Think with common sense, how can a human drive 1339 kms in just 6hrs i.e from morning 8am to 4pm is it possible to drive . Are you providing the zoom cars or aeroplanes to the customers? . Please verify the issue and clear the extra outstanding amount and also provide me the refund. You are cheating the customers. Here I need to get late delivery refund and also refund for 5kms which was left in my total drive.
I have tried calling you many times but you are not responding on your customer care number, at the day when I was complained about issue I got the ivr options to talk with customer executive and then onwards I'm not getting any Ivr options to speak with customer care. This is very rude behaviour . I have each and every proof, if you won't resolve the issue I will go to file a case on your company for sure. I am going to take a strict action about these issue. Zoom car service is total fraud, you are cheating the customers, making the fools .
