    I booked zoomcar on Nov 12 according to their policy they have to give refund back within 30 days .But its been 3 months and i didn't received my refund .

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Car Rental

        I made a booking car in Dec 2020 and booking and trip got completed successfully. After that paid advance refund 2499 Rupees got initiated. But till the date refund is not done.

        I tried to reach in all mediums but no response.

        Kindly take it seriously.

        It occurred on: 13/12/2020

        clear the refund.

        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

          Hi
          its been 6 months i didn't received my refund amount Rs. 5687 (booking ID's: JPS6NDVXW, JPS6NY89F). after several followups via mail still i am waiting for the refund to credit in my account. i am completely clueless how come they are getting business even after after cheated thousands of customers. And the worst thing is none of the contact numbers are working.

            ZoomCar booking with ID: JPS6N2ZMZ was done and completed duly on 31/10/2020. Final settlement of Rs. 5200/- was supposed to be returned in 30 working days and it is around 4 months and no communication has been initiated from the Zoomcar side

              It has been more that 3 months since I cancelled the booking. Earlier when I was able to connect to costumer agent via phone, they told me to wait for 90 working days. And even after that when refund was not initiate, they told me to wait for another week. But it has been a month since I am trying to call the customer care number, but am not getting option to talk to any agent. There is no way to reach anyone. Following is the booking id : JPS6NT6MS

                I have booked multiple bookings in between july and November with Zoomcar and none of the amount is refunded to my account so far.
                Every time they promise to reutrn but nothing is made so far.

                  I have cancelled my booking on 29 July, 2020. The pending amount stands at 8437 rupees. After multiple follow ups on calls, social media till date I have still not recieved the refund amount. During these months, I paid an additional 1000 rupees as legal charges to a legal firm and have sent a legal notice to the company but they have never responded on the legal notice neither they have refunded the money.

                    I had completed my trip on 04 Jan, 2021
                    On Mahindra Scorpio.

                      It's almost now 10 months now, no refund yet. Cancelled the booking on 6th April. Everytime you are asking me have patience. I really disappointed with your service.

                      Still it is showing refund processed but amount not credited. Amount is 12000+.
                      It seems, you are waiting for me take legal actions.

                        Booked Zoom car to travel on 24th Dec 2020 (Booking ID - JPS6NFN3K) and 5th Jan 2021 (Booking ID - JPS6NFN1L), but both bookings got cancelled by zoon car executive due to vehicle unavailability and refund was initiated accordingly. However, as of today didn't received refund for either of these booking even though cancelled date is more than 45 days for both bookings.

                        Was raised the concern a couple of times under my booking with write up to support team, but didn't receive any response or refund also not happened.

                              I am Mr. Usaid Mansuri writing you this email the 5th Time since 2 months. had booked Zoomcar from 21st December 2020 till 29th december 2020 in the state of Sikkim and Gangtok.

                              Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel the bookings. I had made cancelation on the zoom car app.

                              Refund of Rs 23, 872 is still pending for the booking Id no JPS6N43ML.

                              Mobile number registered is [protected].

                              Payment was made via credit card.

                              It's been nearly 2 months to cancel the trip and i had already registered a complaint in early January and they told me they will get my refund within 2 weeks. But sorry to say nothing has been done yet

                              And now ill be heading towards consumer court to take further actions .

                                Myself Naren it has been almost 60 days still my refund amount is not credited back
                                It's very disappointing even after many follow ups I didn't recieve any positive reply from them.

                                Because of this one reason I prefer not to choose or suggest zoom for others.

                                    BOOKING ID : JPS6NN7L1 AMOUNT = 4818
                                    BOOKING ID : JPS6N69FJ AMOUNT = 2938
                                    As your previous email for cancellation of booking said that the refund was going to be transferred on 24th January 2021.
                                    But till now I have not received any acknowledgement for the same and also I am trying to connect to your customercare number but It is not getting connected.
                                    Its a SCAM !
