I booked a car on 26th December 2020. The Booking ID is JPS6NB3YD. A refund of Rs. 1, 733 is pending. They are not responding to mails. And there is no way to contact on phone. Kindly help in the processing of the refund at the earliest.

      I had taken a booking on Zoomcar on 12th December, 2020 (Booking ID: JPS6NF6KV). The company policy states that refund is given within 30 working days, but it’s been over 2 months that I have not recieved my refund.

        I have not received my refund of 3919 for booking ID JPS6NTBSH since November 2020. Zoom has been a huge disappointment and should not continue its business if it cannot manage its funds issue.

                Address: No idea...but according to Google its indian headquarters is in bangalore

                I have booked 2 rides worth of nearly 60k and has to be cancelled due to my personal reasons.it has been nearly 90 days after the rides cancelled but i haven't got refunded also I'm can't able get any of there contact details other than there social media pages...no customer care number is working..no specific correct address to meet any of there executive or mangers..they also haven't mentioned any of there office address or its contact number in there website.Please help me...

                  Hello,

                  We live in Saidabad, Hyderabad. This is the second time we were cheated by Zoom car. They kept many people's money with them by purposely cancelling the booked cars and not giving refunds. Initially, when we booked a car, after multiple calls and complaints they processed our refund in the form of zoom cash which we never wanted. When my husband said that we need the refund back into our bank account, they said, this is the only best thing they can do for us. For the second time, while booking, their app automatically cancelled three cars continuously and kept our money of Rs. 3000 with them now. Nobody is able to contact them and no proper action is being taken on this company. Please do the needful so that proper action is taken on Zoom Car and refunds are processed.

                    Hello,

                    I have TWO REFUNDS (amounting to TOTAL of 6817/-) pending since DECEMBER 2020. Have mailed on zoom car portal multiple times and tried calling customer care numerous times too.

                    But this is a huge disappointment that comes from the most esteemed car rental firm of India, that even after they ask to wait for painstaking 30days for the refund to reflect, its taking more than double the time.

                    I understand that as an established firm, this might be a very nominal amount, but this is a materially big deal for me.

                    Please find the booking screenshots attached for your reference.

                    Kindly acknowledge and process this refund at your earliest.

                    I haven't been contacted our issued any refund. It seems zoomcar couldn't care less even when consumer forum informed about the complaint lodged two weeks ago.

                          We have made a booking with Zoom car on 13th Dec 2020. Returned the car on 14th Dec 2020.
                          I was told the refund would be processed within 30 working days. Its been more than 90 days but still refund has not been processed.
                          The Customer care number doesn't respond nor do they respond to emails.
                          If no refund is processed, will have to file a suit against Zoom car.

                            I have made a booking on zoomcar of booking id JPS6NTXNT from 23rd november to 28th november. Refund of amount Rs10924 is pending and it's been going to 3 months from the booking date . Whenever i call to zoomcar support there is only automated call which only says welcome to zoomcar you do not have any booking to zoomcar on this number.

                              I have availed zoomcar services on November 6th-7th, refund amount of Rs.1999 is still pending since november. No one responding and call centre has wantedly changed the voice call options and you have no option to contact anyone from zoomcar from that number. They have taken a brilliant move on this customer care calls.

                              I tried reaching through whatsapp but no response, everything is left out blank and it is very sure that they are cheating on customers.

                                Worst experience while booking car from Zoomcar as they have cheated me by keeping pickup location more then 60 km away from my home at lockdown period without informing. Due to which I have cancelled my booking as there is no option to change pickup location and Zoomcar have charged me cancellation fee for their mistake. Also it's been more then a 7 month now and I didn't received my refund amount till date. I have sent multiple mails to Zoomcar but there is no response.

                                  Booking id - JPS6NBLTC- We booked zoomcar in the month of December with fuel charges. As per the company policy any fuel refilling charges made by the customer will be refunded within 30 days. But it is more than 60 days now yet the refund amount was not processed. The customer care cannot be reachable as you cannot reach customer care without active booking. Iam not sure how to reach out to the company. Not sure how i get back my money. Looks like Zoom car fraud. My humble request is to process my refund and give my money back. Thank you

[protected], I have booked MARUTI SWIFT AT on 21st July 2020 with Booking Id JPS6NSGCF, It was said that I will receive my Refund with 7 working days, Now it is long time, I am waiting for my refund.
