I had book a car from Nagpur in the month of November. Where car charges include fuel as well. I had to refill the car with fuel worth 6310/- which should get a refund as per the policy within 10 days of completion of booking. But till now sir no refund has been done from Zoomcar. Dropping an email every day where they are not replying to the mail even nor sharing the update. Visit the Bangalore office as well where no one is working from...

I had made a payment of amount 2326 for 4 times on zoomcar and for 3 times the transaction failed amount debited from cards but car not booked. I had spoken to zoomcar they had told they haven't received money. But when I contacted razoropay they have said the money is with zoomcar. Could please check and process my refund. I have been charged twice on my 2 different credit cards and have not received booking confirmation id. This is really a big scam that has happened from ZOOM CAR. I am going to sue this company. Zoom car has become hopeless now after lock down.

I have already Raised Dispute from my Banks for both Transactions and Have sent numerous complain on the zoom car portal, No response yet from them.

I have booked one zoom car from Vashi new mumbai on 10th of August 2020, but zoomcar failed to provide car at the time of pick up. I have pain 1528 rupeess in advance which zoomcar suppose to refund me. But it's 6 months now and zoom car has not refunded me my money back even after filling report, and mail and talk with consumer care.

Zoomcar has not yet refunded the deposit amount.

I have used Zoom car service 3 times, each time they have taken deposit amount from me, after completion of rides my security deposit amount is not yet refunded. made several complaints but issue is not yet resolved. please help me to get my refunds.

I had cancelled my zoomcar booking with # JPS6NOVAC on May 5. I have a refund pending of amount INR10252 with zoomcar. As per policy terms refund should be complete in maximum 30 days. Zoomcar has already overshot this limit by 7 months.

The customer care is not responding to refund requests.

Kindly do the needful to get my refund....

I have cancelled on zoomcar booking on 9th Jan, 2021. It has been 20 days now and there is no refund process even initiated. The customer support is of no use, and there is no assistance provided on behalf of zoomcar.

I am sorry to ask these questions
1. Is it an ethical company or a fraud company
2. Why you have suffered all people on a single concept, i.e., not refund Money without any clarification.
3.why you are cheated people and suffered a lot by hampering this type of issue.
4. Finally are you have humanity or have a family

I made two bookings on October for that Zoomcar has pending of around 5000 Rs. Still it is not returning it...

Refund pending since nov 21 . The email id keeps bouncing back emails and the number provided for customer service is not reachable once the booking ends.

The govt must step in and close such frivoulous companies....
