I'm K V Deepesh reddy. I have created a profile in ZoomCar and upload my Adhaar and DL back in 2019. But, I didn't get a response from ZoomCar support even after sending multiple emails regarding the Issue. I would like to book a car as soon as possible. So, please make it clear on this, either I get verified or not.

      We have made a booking with Zoom car on 13th Dec 2020. Returned the car on 14th Dec 2020.
      I was told the refund would be processed within 30 working days. Its been more than 90 days but still refund has not been processed.
      The Customer care number doesn't respond nor do they respond to emails.
      If no refund is processed, will have to file a suit against Zoom car.

        I have made a booking on zoomcar of booking id JPS6NTXNT from 23rd november to 28th november. Refund of amount Rs10924 is pending and it's been going to 3 months from the booking date . Whenever i call to zoomcar support there is only automated call which only says welcome to zoomcar you do not have any booking to zoomcar on this number.

          I have availed zoomcar services on November 6th-7th, refund amount of Rs.1999 is still pending since november. No one responding and call centre has wantedly changed the voice call options and you have no option to contact anyone from zoomcar from that number. They have taken a brilliant move on this customer care calls.

          I tried reaching through whatsapp but no response, everything is left out blank and it is very sure that they are cheating on customers.

            Worst experience while booking car from Zoomcar as they have cheated me by keeping pickup location more then 60 km away from my home at lockdown period without informing. Due to which I have cancelled my booking as there is no option to change pickup location and Zoomcar have charged me cancellation fee for their mistake. Also it's been more then a 7 month now and I didn't received my refund amount till date. I have sent multiple mails to Zoomcar but there is no response.

              Booking id - JPS6NBLTC- We booked zoomcar in the month of December with fuel charges. As per the company policy any fuel refilling charges made by the customer will be refunded within 30 days. But it is more than 60 days now yet the refund amount was not processed. The customer care cannot be reachable as you cannot reach customer care without active booking. Iam not sure how to reach out to the company. Not sure how i get back my money. Looks like Zoom car fraud. My humble request is to process my refund and give my money back. Thank you

                  I SOURABH GHOSH has account with ZOOMCAR with registered contact no. [protected], I have booked MARUTI SWIFT AT on 21st July 2020 with Booking Id JPS6NSGCF, It was said that I will receive my Refund with 7 working days, Now it is long time, I am waiting for my refund.

                  Refund was Rs 3411.

                  Such a pathetic service by the company.

                  Need Refund on urgent basis.

                    Booking nr JPS6N40UX, cancelled on 30th Nov 2020, and haven't received a refund till date (16th Feb 2021). As per terms and conditions refund to be done within 30 working days. No option to reach out to customer care with invalid number, no option to proceed into automated voice system and no replies to mails of messages.

                      I have made three consecutive bookings on Zoomcar app out of which all of them were cancelled by Zoomcar. It was two months ago. Till date I've not received any refund. Please help with this.

                        I am writing this email to bring to your notice that I had made a booking for a Zoomcar for the 7th of January 2021.
                        After completing the ride, I had to receive a refund of Rs 2499, which i have not yet received.
                        As you can see it is been more than one month since i completed this ride and the refund is still pending. I have attached the screenshots for your reference

                          I have been regularly using Zoomcar for the last couple of years now. Never faced this kind of a problem but this time the company has crossed the line. I made a few bookings in the month of August and September from the mobile app. After the change in company policies, the new policy states that any refund will be cleared out in 30 days' time period. I have still not received the refund from the last 3 bookings. They are now not even forwarding the call to their customer care executives until you have any new booking. They are not replying to complaint mails. There is no way to reach out to customer care for months now. It has been 6 months now.

                              1. ID: JPS6N4XC7 got cancelled due to network issue and amount deducted on 30 Nov still not received amount 710/- back.

                              2. ID: JPS6NX7X got cancelled by Zoom team and money 710/- is not given back till now.. booking done on 30 Nov only

                              above both are two different transactions, please do needful.

                                There is a zoomcar booking with the ID - JPS6NBKG9. This booking was done in the month of December 2020. The booking was cancelled and according to zoomcar policy the amount should be refunded within 30 days, but now it has been more than 60 days the refund hasn't been processed.
                                Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                There is still no response from Zoomcar regarding this complaint or any prior complains.

                                    My booking ID with ZoomCar is JPS6N9K84. I was supposed to drop the vehicle today at airport for ending my trip. I handed over the vehicle to the driver named Dilip with contact number [protected] but he did not end my trip on mobile app. I am constantly trying to get in touch with him and the customer care executive about this issue that he took the keys from me and now he refuses that he did not take the car keys from me. It has been also captured in the CCTV footage of airport where I have handed over the keys to him. Request you to take severe action against the driver and the company ZoomCar. I scheduled my drop time at 4PM today but the driver also reached late at 4.30 for collecting the keys and I was about to miss my flight. The pathetic service provided by the company and all mess created by their drivers to steal the car and use it for all criminal activities.
