Hi Team,

My trip is completed on 25-NOV-2020, I have complained to zoomcar customer care multiple times and also made multiple written complaints.

Everytime, zoomcar customer care executive is saying the refund amount(1999 inr) will be credited to bank account within 24 hrs.

But they are not processing the refund, please help me for getting the refund amount in my bank account.

This is in reference to the booking ID JPS6NTXA6 in the name of Abhishek Medhi. This booking was cancelled from the zoomcar side on 25 December 2019. It's been more than a month i didnot receive my refund....

I am asking about my refund, which is pending for a long back.
Booking I: JPS6N442M, Refund pending of INR 4, 564. its over month, and Many customer are facing same issue. Its Customer hard earned money that Zoomcar is looting.

What's happening from your side? Idid not to understand your Good service....

I have a refund pending of 8556₹ and the refund is pending from the last 1 month there is no complaint number or anyway of contacting the Zoomcar employees....

I have not received my refund till date. I have attached my cancelled details. I am trying to get my refund but no answer from zoom car team. I don't find any possible way. But hope some day I will get my refund....

They cancelled my booking for december never refunded. Then i booked other booking that refund is pending. No way to communicate customer care...

Zoom car is making fraud. I have booked a zoomcar and they have to refund the amount. They are showing in their status and the customer support staff told it will be processed soon. Its been more than a month, they have not refunded.

As the payment was pending from 4 to 5 months hence we booked the car and asked them to refund the money or else we will hand over the car to police as we booked it On 17.01.2021 @3.30 Am and the end trip was till 7.30 But until we receive the refund we were not ready to handover the car. I have booked a car from 11:30 pm on 22nd Jan to 05:00 am 23rd Jan. The payment has been debited and I have received confirmation about the amount being debited but there is no sign of a confirmation of the booking. The page says to wait for 30 mins but its been almost more than an hour now....

Already 5months over but I didn’t get the refund amount, they are not responding properly...

I had two bookings in Zoomcar, first on 24/08/2020 and second on 24/09/2020, the first journey was completed and the security refund of Rs. 407 is still pending even after four months which is supposed to be refunded after 30 days, Similarly the second booking the journey was cancelled and the whole amount is to be refunded, i.e Rs 3863.

Zoomcar has not yet refunded Rs 9442 for booking ID JPS6NJTTY . Booking was cancelled on 24 March 2020 its been 10 months and the amount is still not refunded.
I have been constantly reminding the same to Zoomcar through their app by email but no reply for the same.
I want my refund immediately...
