I have made three consecutive bookings on Zoomcar app out of which all of them were cancelled by Zoomcar. It was two months ago. Till date I've not received any refund. Please help with this.

    I am writing this email to bring to your notice that I had made a booking for a Zoomcar for the 7th of January 2021.
    After completing the ride, I had to receive a refund of Rs 2499, which i have not yet received.
    As you can see it is been more than one month since i completed this ride and the refund is still pending. I have attached the screenshots for your reference

    Kindly initiate the refund process as soon as possible.

      I have been regularly using Zoomcar for the last couple of years now. Never faced this kind of a problem but this time the company has crossed the line. I made a few bookings in the month of August and September from the mobile app. After the change in company policies, the new policy states that any refund will be cleared out in 30 days' time period. I have still not received the refund from the last 3 bookings. They are now not even forwarding the call to their customer care executives until you have any new booking. They are not replying to complaint mails. There is no way to reach out to customer care for months now. It has been 6 months now.

          Please provide my pending amount.

          1. ID: JPS6N4XC7 got cancelled due to network issue and amount deducted on 30 Nov still not received amount 710/- back.

          2. ID: JPS6NX7X got cancelled by Zoom team and money 710/- is not given back till now.. booking done on 30 Nov only

          above both are two different transactions, please do needful.

            There is a zoomcar booking with the ID - JPS6NBKG9. This booking was done in the month of December 2020. The booking was cancelled and according to zoomcar policy the amount should be refunded within 30 days, but now it has been more than 60 days the refund hasn't been processed.
            Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            There is still no response from Zoomcar regarding this complaint or any prior complains.

            Please help.!

              I was booked a car on 8 the jan and cancelled due to some issue and as per their policey refund will be issue in 30 days working time but today is 15 feb more than 30 days still not getting and refund and also not available zoomcar support also do something asap for that

                My booking ID with ZoomCar is JPS6N9K84. I was supposed to drop the vehicle today at airport for ending my trip. I handed over the vehicle to the driver named Dilip with contact number [protected] but he did not end my trip on mobile app. I am constantly trying to get in touch with him and the customer care executive about this issue that he took the keys from me and now he refuses that he did not take the car keys from me. It has been also captured in the CCTV footage of airport where I have handed over the keys to him. Request you to take severe action against the driver and the company ZoomCar. I scheduled my drop time at 4PM today but the driver also reached late at 4.30 for collecting the keys and I was about to miss my flight. The pathetic service provided by the company and all mess created by their drivers to steal the car and use it for all criminal activities.

                      I am writing this with sheer disappointment of your service.

                      I have booked a Maruti swift car from the category in the app which says pick up from a nearby place and drop anywhere within the city limits. I booked the car at around 7:18 Pm(Booking ID: JPS6N9KVN). One I uploaded all my documents and the ride started, 1 hour after that I get a call from someone who claims to call from zoomcar and tells me that my ride has got cancelled and I need to return the vehicle where I picked it up from, to which my response was quite usual that I have taken the service as it is I don't have any plans of going back to the same place and also I am still using the car. This is where it all starts, about an hour after the call I try to end the ride however I don't get any option in the app. I kept texting on zoomcar support multiple times however there is no response, the app still showed the ride as cancelled, so I kept trying several different ways through the app to cancel the ride but all my efforts were in vain. The next day morning as well I kept calling the same person who called me the other night but he never picked up my call, I kept texting and calling and mailing zoomcar but never got a response until that day around 2 PM when I found a number from google and someone from the zoomcar team picked up and helped me to end the ride. Now she ended the ride from her end as there was still no option to end it from my app. After 36 -40 hours I received a call from another Zoom car agent who happens to be a lady(Don't recollect her name) and she was extremely rude. She tells me that the car has a damaged bumper and I need to pay 4000 INR and after disconnecting the call I receive a bill for 8000 INR.

                      Now my query is what kind of a fraud is this ?
                      I left the car in the same condition that I received.
                      I refuelled the car for about 500 INR and didn't even claim it.
                      I didn't get any option to end the ride.
                      I didn't get any option to upload the pictures and videos while ending the ride.

                      And now how it becomes my responsibility to what happens to your car after my usage was over? Why is it that I didn't get any option to upload the pictures and videos while ending the ride? How did you even end my ride without the pictures and videos.

                      There could be multiple things that could have happened with the car since I have left it, and how is that my responsibility ?

                      Please provide a response at the earliest and stop spamming my phone with multiple notifications to pay. Please provide a resolution asap.

                        I booked the Zoomcar for 6th January 2021 and it’s been cancelled by their customer care people due to document issue and they committed to refund within 30days but it’s more than 30 days now no respond from zoomcar...

                          I booked a zoomcar in Delhi which was later cancelled on 29th October 2020. I paid Rs. 9377/- for my trip that included a Rs 500/- security deposit. It's been more than 3 months and the money is not yet refunded. According to Zoomcar policy the refunds are done within 30 business days. I even unable to contact Zoomcar in anyway.

                              This is Dattaprasad Ambardekar from Thane Maharashtra, Mumbai.. i did Booking on 17th January 2020 for a Swift car from my location of Dombivali City.. my Booking id is - JPS6N65J5 after booking on that day at night call came from Zoomcar Customer service regarding my booking at Domestic Airport which i actually did that booking from dombivali tilak nagar area... i seriously didn't know how that booking happened from another location.. so zoomcar customer cancelled my booking as it was not possible for me to go from Dombivali to Domestic airport.. and nowadays my Financial conditions are worsen.. so i need my refund as earliest.. requesting you for it.. or else i have to complaint to higher authorities... please try and understand my problem..

                                Hi Team, Zoomcar is holding refunds from very long, I have been tried contacting them multiple times. They have disabled the customer care service when I check with Zoomcar hub they are asking to book a car and then we can able to place call to them. I have trying in twitter from many days no refunds are getting processed.
                                Could you please help in getting my refunds. I have been trying to contact them from 29 Dec and now 2 refunds are pending.

                                  I’m Phani Raj from Medak, Telangana State, in September - 2020 i booked a zoomcar service in Pune, but due to some unavoidable reasons i cancelled my trip to pune and also cancelled zoomcar booking, when i contacted the customer care service of zoomcar they said with in 30 working days i will receive my refund, but it’s been more than 5 months but I haven’t received the refund and when i’m unable to contact them.

                                    Hello I had booked the Zoomcar (ID: JPS6NXX3C) which was cancelled by Zoomcar itself as I was from Ahmedabad and booked the car in Mumbai. They said a person having license of Gujarat state cannot book car in Maharashtra state and straightaway cancelled the booking. This was a huge disappointment and all the plans for the trip had to be canlled. Can you please look into this matter??
                                    This is not at all acceptable. Atleast you should have informed the customer prior to booking about this issue.

                                    Atleast try to speed up the refund process!!

                                      the executive and the website shows that customers need to wait for 30 working days and I'm not capable of how they calculate 30 working days :).

                                      Can you please help me getting my Rs. 16, 452 from this company?

                                      This has happened twice with me in the past also and I'm kind of foolishly do the repeated bookings with them (not learning from my own mistakes).
