Hi,

I had booked a zoomcar for 2/10/2020 which later had to be cancelled. My refund is still pending with them and I am unable to speak with any of their executives. Please help me, the amount is Rs 9365 and it has been more than 5 months .

    I have made two bookings with booking ID's JPS6N44IR and JPS6N4FIA with zoomcar which I cancelled later. It's been more than 3 months and I did not receive my refund (Rs. 3740) till. I also contacted the customer care and dropped a mail several times but did not get any reply from them.

      I had made three booking on zoom car in Month of Sept 2020.
      I have a pending refund amount totaling to Rs. 17602.
      Its been almost 5 months and still i haven't received my refund.

        Im using zoomcar from many years till now i haven't faced this kind of issues i had called them many times to verify my profile customer told me to upload some o[censored]r friend driving licence after doing this now they are telling we can't verify your profile as per our internal policy or else i ll waste my 4000 credits which i have collected my doing multiple booking from so many years. Verify my profile so that i can book and use my credits or give me my credits money back to another account. Because of others u can't blacklist all people from chandrapur u can check my records too i knw all ur policies and till now i have maintained it in every booking. So refund my credits back or approve my profile by any other option as soon as possible.

          I booked a Zoomcar on 16th Aug 2020, but they failed to assign me a car and hence cancelled the booking from their end.

          My refund of Rs. 4241 is pending from last 16th Aug 2020. According to their refund policy it should have completed within 30 working days but its not yet refunded.                 My booking date is 6th December 2020. I was cancelled that booking on 5th December 2020. As per company policy refund will be credited by 30 working days. Till now 60+ working days gone. I daily tweet to company for my booking refund. Reply of that tweet is your refund will be credited as earliest. In 60+ working days thay didn't refund my money.                   Dear Sir / Madam, I have made a booking (Booking ID: JPS6N18EX) in April 2020 to use Zoom Car in Kochi from 2nd Oct to 7th Oct. As per the cancellation policy, 100% amount should be refunded within 30 days.

                  I have cancelled the booking on 22nd August due to Covid scenario but I haven't received the refund amount till date (Its been 5 months). I have called the customer care number multiple times but with no success. Now I am not able to contact their customer care any more. Their email address is not responding. This is a clear case of cheating the customer. Request you to kindly take up this case and issue me my refund amount. Best Regards, Anitta

                    I have made a booking with zoomcar for car rental from 25thbDecember to 27th December 2020 with booking ID JPS6NBQ8O but cancelled it due to some reasons. An amount of Rs 10, 239 is due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 6th February 2021. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response for he emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers.

                      I have used Zoom car on 3rd jan 2021, and as process they have hold Rs 1439 as refundable fee...

                      But even after 35 days are gone, they have still not refunded the amount, which is visible in their app as Pending.

                      Sent so many communications, but no revert.

                      Pls get it resolved.

                        I made a booking and due to some personal reason cancelled on 11th December vide ID NO JPS6NFNVN. The amount pending is Rs. 11, 712/-. Whenever we call, they say 30 days.

                        I am a small Govt employee living on salary, cannot afford to have such huge amounts pending for months.

                        Kindly help me with the recourse how to proceed legally

                          I have made my booking with zoomcar on dec 8th 2020 and returned the car on 10th Dec 2020. As per the zoomcar policy refund should be initiated with in 30 days but till now I did not receive my refund and not even a single response for my 60 emails. Customer care of zoomcar will only assist with current booking but no one will care about past bookings and refundable amount. I hope I get my money back from zoomcar.

                              Since December 2020, I am trying to get my refund and for the same contacted many times to zoomcar customer care but they are just saying it will be done within one week, 48 hours, 72 hours and it's just a excuse which they are giving.

                                  At 01:30AM,
                                  You requested to pay 1000 rs. extra deposit to confirm the booking and i paid it, after that your garage operator hand over me empty fuel which was fuel by me and i uploaded the bill,
                                  In your policy there is in written that refund will take 30 days to credit in same payment method but its 51 days completed and I didn’t get my refund of rupees 983.
                                  This is my gentle request to you please initiate my refund on immediate basis or else i will personally go the consumer court and near by police station to register against zoomcar pvt ltd.

                                      Refund is not initiated since August 2020

                                      I had booked a zoomcar for a 7-day period in 1st May paying 21, 174 rupees for the days 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 of the month October 2020. There was a 100% refund offer for the booking.

                                      Later I cancelled the booking on 3rd August 2020, and I was promised the refund. Screenshot attached. The refund has not got initiated until today. Request immediate attention.

                                      I have booked zoom car on 25th nov 2021 @ pune, to visit enpro - alendi markel. Booking id . JPS6N4TJL.

                                      Vehicle no - MH43 BG 9378. Start time 8am - drop off time -630pm.

                                      Total paid rs.2769, trip cost - rs.1470/- refund rs.1299/- (include the fuel cost)

                                      Despite send several messages through mobile app no response for my refund in my credit card account. In the app still the refund amount shows balance as rs.1299/-.

                                      When we try to contact to their customer care no, even for the registered mobile no it do not connect to the agent. Very much disappointed.

                                      Zoom car please my refund amount immediately. As already 70 days over including today.
