[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedal cycle unable to end trip | |||
I had tried to unlock the cycle 100424 and it showed me that the trip had begun but the cycle didnot unlock. Money is being deducted and i get messages about this. I am charged for a trip i could not take and extra. Please look into this problem and try to end it as soon as possible. I had mailed to the customer service 3times and there was no response. Hey, i have unlocked a wrong cycle 100375 and i couldn't find it in any near by stations. The cycle is being used and my money is being deducted please help me with ending the trip ASAP.

My cycle 101583 in pune university is not unlocking and the trip is still ON. I tried to end the trip so many times but it just doesn't work. My money is being deducted continuously and there is nothing I can do about it. And for a company that works on online rentals these people are impossible to reach. The only contact number on their website has no option to register a complaint!!! Only other thing they have given is their address. Do they expect me to write a letter????!!!
And now they have the audacity to send me a message telling me to return the cycle to avoid outstanding. TWICE.
