    I'm Jagadeesh Kovelakuntla. I'm a daily user of Pedl.Today afternoon by 2 0 clock I took a ride from Gurunath to Mechanical sciences block it's just a matter of 4-5 minutes.
    I locked the cycle when reached there from then onwards journey for that I'm charged 10 rupees and the trip is still going on... I don't know what to do now and my cycle No. Is 100747.
    Please make sure of it... From this moment I'm feeling like this is one of the worst cycle service ever that I have bought here in IIT Madras.

      I have booked zoom car on 3rd dec 2017 for three days. I had booked for mini hatchback car (Ford figo). Zoom car failed to provide and forced me to accept hyundai i-20. When i received the car, it was already having many scratches. I had pointed out to the zoom car representative on location.

      After three days when i returned car it was having a minor dent and scratches on left side fender. Zoom car representative has asked a big money 8000 rs for this small dent and scratches. I refused as such minor dent can be repaired at max 4000rs. This i have already made inquiries to mahindra service center.

      I unlocked the wrong pedl cycle by mistake and i'm not able to end my trip

      I m unable to unlock my pedl cycle 101628. i m at salt lake, away from new town. if i dont get it unlocked immediately i would not be able to return it. pls sir, unlock it as fast as possible. i m stucked since last 25 mins. I would not be able to reach home. i m stuck here...

        Yesterday at 7:30 am when i tried to unlock the cycle with no. 100377 at kalpataru estate phase1 pune, it did not unlocked, however trip was started. I tried to end trip but trip didn't end. Even now, i am getting charged against an open trip of pedl, even if i am not using the cycle. Please end the trip. I raised a complaint and sent a mail. But there's no response from your team. Please respond quickly.
        Plz end it as soon as possible.

          I am unable to end my pedl trip and i have e-mailed multiple times to end trip but no response and there is no customer care number to reach out to. I couldn't unlock the cycle to ride nor could i end the trip to book another cycle. It has been more than 5 hours and no response from the team.               Hi, i faced a problem today morning that when i tried to unlock the cycle, it did not, however trip was started. I tried to end trip but trip didn't end. Even now, i am getting charged against an open trip of pedl, even if i am not using the cycle. Please end the trip from backend and refund me the charged amount

              Also, there is no dedicated customer care for pedl which i could contact immediately and end my trip. I am still struggling to contact zoom car support. I sent an email via app as suggested but no response (Except standard one which doesn't promise any resolution of the complaint)

                  Here's something that i have observed: the blue led of the gps locker isnt responding at all which makes me want to believe that the device is faulty and isnt able to respond to end trip signals.

                  UPDATE!

                  After Rs10 were deducted from my account, I transferred all my money to my friend's PayTM account. But ZoomCar didn't stop deducting money or end the trip.

                  I raised a complaint on this website before (Refer: https://www.consumercomplaints.in/zoom-car-zoom-car-pedal-cycle-not-unlocked-but-still-being-charged-unable-to-end-the-trip-c1849192) and Mr Wasim told be there that they have ended the trip from their side and they will refund the money. Hence, I transferred money back to my wallet from my friend's account. Zoom Car deducted Rs19 from my account and STILL DIDNT STOP! Mr. Wasim lied to me about the trip being ended from their side (I have attached the screenshots too in my reply on the link provided above).

                  Then immediately I transferred my money back to my friend's PayTM wallet. Then finally after 1Day 6Hours 10Mins, the trip was finally ended! (I never got any refund though).

                  But next time when I used PEDL on 1st Feb 2018, Rs33 was deducted from my wallet instead of Re1 (Rs32 was additional amount from the last buggy trip).

                  So, in total, Rs61 was deducted from my PayTM account even though I never used PEDL service. Please refund me my money.

                  I am attaching the screenshot of My Trips history and my PayTM Passbook as a proof of the deductions. Please cross verify and refund. Thanks.

                      I started my trip from kubera gulshan, aundh on 28th jan. Some distance away i parked my cycle for 2 minutes outside a shop and somebody stole the cycle. I immediately looked around in the vicinity but couldn't find the cycle. The cycle number is 101491. Now i'm unable to lock the cycle. I even tried to contact you but in vain. Please guide me on how to locate the cycle or atleast help me end the trip. My paytm account is linked with your pedl so the money is constantly being debited..                               While i was driving, the break suddenly got freezed! I was trying to break but it becomes hard and i can't stop the car and then the car hit a wall! Now they are asking me to pay rupees 10, 000 for damage charges even if there was not any fault of mine. Infact i should be paid by the zoomcar because i couldn't get joy of zoomcar and my full trip got cancelled. They only mentions that we have checked and there wasn't any break issue so you must have to pay the amount in the earliest. This company is full of fraud, fraud and only fraud! Hate it

                                It was 2.30 a. M of 23rd jan. I had planned a surprise for my friend in shillong so i and some guys booked a zoomcar and picked it up from zoomcar airport site from mr dipankar. After driving few kms i found the steering to be wobbling terribly so i came back and returned the car. When i complained to the fleet executive mr dipankar he denied the car to have any problem and said that i was fussing unnecessarily. I called up customer care who instructed mr dipankar (Fleet executive) to take the car for a servicing. The reports came that the car had wheel problem. The thing got on my nerves when mr dipankar blamed me that i had hit the car somewhere due to which this happened. I booked the car for 260 kms but after driving for merely 20 kms i had to return the car and above all i am blamed for the problem which i faced. I registered complain to zoomcar for three times but got no help or support and its really pathetic for such a big brand to treat its customers this way. I lost all my money plus my trip got cancelled. It was a total disaster for me. I request you to kindly look into the issue. I was an ardent customer of zoomcar and if you check my records this was my third booking with zoomcar within the same week. This is not the way they treat their customer. I look forward for some help.

                                  I booked zoom car and while driving vomit done by our children outside car that reflects on car outside morror.
                                  So we cleaned that through water but some vomit atain left. So when we ended thw trip by delivered the car car representative asked us to pay 500 for cleaning that small marked vomit stain. We denied. Me and my wife then decided to clean it myself then we cleaned the side mirrors of car and even gate by ourselves and handed over the keys to car representative. Extraa 120rs cash i paid for deive charges and ended the trip by zoo m car and car representative asked ua to leave by saying that full and final settlement is done. Then i and my wife and childrens came back to our home and thwn what we saw that rude car rpresentative charged 500 as clean fee to us on zoom car app even after getting car cleaned by us. Around half an hour we cleaned the car but final result is fine 500 rs.

                                  I raised this issue in zoom car support by writing complaint against that car representative but they don't listen to us. They just listen to his car representative.

                                  I have proof as my wife. That rude car representative of zoom car clicked before cleaned car image and sended yo customer support of zoom car but he din't clicked the images of car after cleaning the car.
                                  No body in zoo. Car support liatens to us.
                                  Even i saw that with every customer that car representative charges cleaning fee as ra. 500 at the same place.
                                  This is like a fraud doing by zoom car to customer.
                                  First they give car for rent to drive then after that if car will be driven then dhool mitti will always be there on car.
                                  No one is driving inside his house.
                                  Then after ride complete. They vharge clean fee.
                                  This time we have cleaned what all there on car by ourselves but this is wrong by zoom car that they charged to us.
                                  Sir thay are doing what they want they do not respect customers.
                                  They just charge what they think.

                                    We have given rs 6000/-advance apart from total amount chargeable for a car.
                                    The refund was to be deposited back to our bank account and was never refunded back till now. I have already given my bank account details few times.
                                    I was out of country from last 6 months.

                                      After unlocking zoom pedl cycle from the leon orbit station in pune near kokane chawk, rahatni, pimpri chinchawad. I found out the cycle lock was not in good condition. Hence i immediately locked cycle and tried to end trip.
                                      But cycle does not lock i try to end my trip but it doesnt response to the request and lock was already damage.

                                      Currently cycle is not locked and parked in the same parking slot.. You need to end trip from back end. I am not responsible for any damage or lost. Money getting deducted from my account. Worst experience ever had. You have to return my money.

                                      I have already dropped email and raised help request in zoom app 6hrs before, but till now no one has contacted me

                                        After unlocking zoom pedl cycle from the casa lavelle station, i found out the cycle seat was not in good condition to ride. Hence i immediately locked cycle and tried to end trip.
                                        But zoom app was showing no enough space for parking even though i picked up from the same station couple of minutes ago. And same parking slot was empty
