Zoomcar — Money not refunded upon can cancellation of request

I cancelled my trip with Zoomcar well in advance and i was supposed to get full refund of Rs 12404but i haven't received any money from them though they payment summary says Refund initiated and i should have got this on 24th April 2022.
My registered mobile number with Zoomcar is [protected] and request id is JPSN7ZGMU.

There is no way to follow-up with them as you cant reach anyone in customer care unless you have a fresh booking with them and a fresh booking means another payment.
The only option is writing to [protected]@zoomcar.com to which i have not received any response.
