I stopped recharging my mobile because of auto renewal of sms pack by the company after trying all methods to deactivate it and to no avail. now i recharged it with rs 150 and i get a message that

"your sms pack will be auto renewed in 3 days, to continue please maintain balance"

What is this?? and to discontinue?? keep your balance drained??
I tried calling consumer care...

Am the consumer of the mobile number [protected]. since i have lost the sim for the above number i kindly request you to deactivate the number and oblige. i also request you to close the bill for the above number and update it.
I am constantly receiving rude calls from the company for asking me to pay the monthly bill.
I have mailed to the concern person regarding this before a month....

Aircel my number is [protected] i have the same problem with 15 days and i talked to customer care around 50 times but they just wasted my time and i not want to loose this number otherwise i throw this sim. So i request you to take my concern seriously and solve asap. Exactly i don't know from when i unable to send message to any number but when i came in roaming on 7th july 2016 i tried to send sms to my friend the sms get saved in my outbox...

I am rechage my no-[protected] @ rs.150/- and getting mail confirmation transcation was successful but aircel operater balance not transfer in my no and till right not getting and customer care cxcutive also blocked my no hence i am unable to reach your customer care excutive.

I activated night pack 37 yesterday but data is not provided and i called cc they said they will refund morning 7 am but later at 7:30 am they said i used the pack. The hell. Just bad people and nothing more. He even agreed that this is how aircel does. He said we are cheat on line it self and bad mouthed me and even my family. Are they even trained.

There's too many mute and he simple cut the line how the hell he can...

Hi i bought aircel sim 3- 4 months ago (no [protected]). i checked that sim in my mobile it was not active thus i requested aircel team many time to activate my number although this mail id aircel team leader [protected]@gmail.com, he told me to activate my number. i checked my sim again after 7days ago yet this time it was not active however now (after 7month) they are saying that your 1000 rupees bill is pending. however i paid bill...

I have got so many calls from aircel for postpaid bill for the no. S i haven't issued. I have informed them i don't even know about this no. I have also asked them to block these no. S but still you people are bothering me. So make sure you look into this matter. We can't tolerate such irresponsible behaviour from aircel.

Thanks for kind information but still now mnp offer activated, so local charges was dedicated wrongly.. i am one of your valued lifetime customer. but certain things (which i have written below) makes me to come out of your network.

I am very upset with aircel's customer service, they are never ready to help their customers rather blame them for unreasonable balance deductions, their network is very weak and calls cut after...

Some one is calling me & talking with vulgar word. also repeatedly sending vulgar sms to me. please provide me the name of the person using mobile no. [protected]. i know from where he called form but i don't know who is sending messages. probably he is from jajpur district. please resolve my problem because i'm disturbing every day by those messages....

I bought a SIM card from aircel 2 days ago, mobile [protected]. The requisite 48 hours have passed but I am not able to use my phone. Please activate my SIM as soon as possible....

Aircel just socks customers. I am currently abroad, from last 1.5 months and not using the aircel sim. But, yesterday accidentally I was happened to check my balance through aircel app, I was just shocked shocjednand shocked. It sas I have activated a VAS of rs. 56. Amazing, isn't it? It's not the first time, it has happened with me 3-4 times ago also, in last 6 months. When write a complaint, they just say, sr, u have activated a VAS. oh...

I have recharged today 275 o[censored]nlimited data paln .BT when I connect to data at that time my all main balance has deducted. N I m not able to contact to costumer care.I don't know why? my number is [protected] n I m on roaming.how can I contact to costumer care.n I m not able to connect data please help me because it held two times with me. Today again aircel deducted my balance of ₹5 by activating a va's service named ' masti club'. I don't know why this guys deduct the balance every time when i recharge my account. I got the message today i. E. On 7th july on 9:08 pm that i have been subscribed to masti club and my 5₹ balance has been deducted. I want my balance back of both the days dated 4th july and 7th july as soon as possible... And if this happens again i'll surely...

Without my knowledge aircel activated service called "bollywood beauty".
They charged me 35 rs for this. i did not call to aircel or i did not send any message to aircel to activate this service. as they activated this service with out my permission i am going to take this to telecom authority and consumer court so that huge penalty should be laid to aircel. so that they never do such illegal things in future.br...
