Hi my name is shashi maurya. When i rechare my aircel number [protected] always deducting my ballance automatically activate any services when i called call center they are telling we are not responsilbe for this you activated this plan. This problem is continue before january i requested you please solve my problem when i told that transfer my call of seniour officer they are not tranfer my call of seniour officer...

This is nagarethinam m. i have changed my number from prepaid to postpaid. i asked aircel club 299 plan. but they have given retail 199 plan. when i asked again they have changed another plan, that is also wrong. 3 times they changed my plans. finally they said now u r in club 299 only. i got a bill rs. 620 for my new connection which is not used properly.. my question is y should i pay for ur mistake.. kindly deactivate my number as soon...

I put ratecutter for rs.27 of this month on 10th. Till now it was not activated.. But rs.27 was left out from my main balance... Why it was happened? Whats the reason? Hereafter i will get this offer or not? Reply me soon as possible.. [protected]...

Respected sir/ madam, i, prasenjit dey, my aircel mobile number is [protected], aircel deducted rs. 20 on 14.07.2016. i am facing this problem few many time, after every recharge my balance getting deducted. as such your honour is requested to look into the matter, and arrange to refund at the earliest. an early action in this regret highly appreciated. thanking you....

Without my approval aircel has activated one vas service cost 75rs then later in 2hours i have called them and requested them to deactivate and refund back the money. they accepted my request and told me that they will deactivate within 24 hours and refund my money.
Nothing happened, i followed back again the next day after two hours the other executive assured me that the refund will happen in another 24 hours,
Again nothing...

They were deducted balance many times without my permission. And when talk to their customer care executive they didn't talk clearly and always telling that you subscribe then only it was deducted.Also they were not telling the information clearly and not refunded money any time.
Please refund money as soon as possible see the problems and solve it as soon as possible....

My number has been activated with fun tv without my knowledge and i lost my ₹35 for this activation. please refund my money and deactivate the fun tv as soon as possible this is my number [protected]...

On 30 june 2016 rs 79 was deducted from my account for call rate cutter pack which was not activated by me. Since then i am trying to reach out to customer care people but they only say that the balance is non refundable.
Now, my question is if i would have activated that pack then i would have called a lot from taht no. Plesae check my last calls. There won't be more than 6-7 calls in last 15 days.

My net is too slow its speed is 2kb per second aircel has very bad services i try to call customer care but they did not pick up my call and also they did not send me internet settings aircel service is very bad service now i want to port my aircel sim to airtel

My very old post paid mobile no. [protected] is barred by company and deleted my all contact no. and messages from server from last 3 month while making payment two times but they are not resuming my no. services and i call to their customer care so many times but they said your outstanding bill 1735 rs is still pending you have to pay the bill then we activate your no. i already paid my bill as according to attached record_1 image by confirming...

How on earth aircel always deducted their customers balance without any reason? Please stop treating your customers this way... Its not fair... Every day 5 rupees have been deducted for the so called "pocket store fortnightly" without my knowledge.... When i tried calling 155223 deactivation portal i received a message that you have no service subscribe to aircel... Then how come i lost more than 70 rupees from the so called aircel service?...

My name is Bhavith from Hyderabad and Aircel has been activating unwanted services like playboy and modal shop service without my notice and has deducted 100rs from my Mobile no. [protected]

And aircel has been cheating their customers and it is the worst Mobile service...

I am using my aircel number for over an year but from last few weeks i am suffering from unlawful deduction of data from my data balance everytime when i use to put on my data in my phone for a few seconds i was charged with mbs of data like 10-15 mb which seems to be ridiculous how can a 2g plan consume this much data in such a short time i mean to say if it goes at this rate then a 100 mb pack would only last for few minutes.

My aircel number is [protected]. from past few days, there is a new trend in your service; 5 or 6 rupees are charged almost everyday from my account due to some nonsense vas, which i did'not even activate myself. i never complained about it as i don't intend to bargain with your disgusting representatives.
But on 13th july at 4:30 pm your company have charged me 40 rupees at once. i called your customer care, that representative of...

I had registered a complaint regarding deduction of balance on 4th july and 7th july respectively. for which i got several replies from aircel social media team saying that my balance will be refunded, the same thing was also said by the customer care executives nisha assured that my balance will be refunded today. but still my balance hasn't been refunded. my aircel number is [protected]. the complaint numbers are 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]....

Dear aircel i have already complained before. This is not happening for my number alone for all my friends and family prepaid aircel numbers. We need immediate action. Taking away the money by subscribing yourself some value added pack and when we try reaching customer care it becomes very difficult and non sense response waiting for the advertisement recording playing. For my number rs. 99 was deducted and i have stopped the service. I need...

I hv not request for any value addad service and co hv activated an extra service cost rs 9 per day by itself and charged for the same 2 times. when it comes to knw by me i request for refund. but mr noor from customer care talked rudely and cut my call without informing me. i want my money back because it was not my fault that co activat
