I am a consumer of aircel and my no. Is [protected]. No. Of calls are being received frequently from aircel to subscribe so many paid services, not only this they are subscribing paid services without confirmation/permission and deduct the money from balance. Which is very disturbing and including financial loss too.

Kindly help to resolve the matter.

I am very upset with aircel's customer service, they are never ready to help their customers rather blame them for unreasonable balance deductions, their network is very weak and calls cut after ever 2-3 mins automatically, recharge done but not applicable for hours, unnecessary advertising in between calls which delays important calls without any reason, network strength always weak and disturbances during calls.

I bought an aircel recharge voucher of rs 20/. but while scratching for the 16 digit pin it was damaged and the nos are not visible. the serial no of the voucher is [protected]. i m still having the voucher with me.

On [protected], the Bill for Last Month is showing Rs 292 against Roaming which is quite high and disproportionate. If you do not have services in Haryana and bill due to other service vendors you use, it is important to see that customer is aware of the fact and it is flawless. I did a recharge on 17th June of Rs 60 so that I can get a balance of rs 70 on my mobile number [protected] as it was mentioned in my offer but the extra amount was not credited. A filed a complain with complain Id 1-[protected] but it has not been resolved to best of my interest. I request you to take further necessary action.

He told me that it will be activated within24 hours, But they have passed and so my sim is not activated. Please activate my sim

I recharge my aircel (+91-[protected]) number with 108 rs. online by a ICICI bank application at 28 june 2016 morning but didn't get any message or balance from aircel.
my bank account is credited same time but i haven't get any talktime and message from aircel. can you please help me asap.

I am muthukumar from ambattur, chennai. I changed my mobile network in april from vodafone to aircel. Submited my documents in ambattur aircel showroom while doing the mnp.

My mobile number is [protected], connection in the name of muthukumar, using prepaid connection.

Mobile number was verified by aircel verification team and we got the aircel network by using the aircel sim.

Hii its arpit here. And i m here for complaining against the aircel service. The company use to make unauthorized charges and also it adds a vas pack and deduct the amount which remains in the phone. This is Saurabh. Aircel UPEDECPI9 service was started on my number from 20th June till and has siphoned all my balance by deducting 9/- per day.
I need all my money back and do not want any service to be activated without my consent.
The 155223 number is also useless. It always ask to press an option without giving list of options....

Myself deepak and my aircel number is [protected]. From last 10 days in every 2/3 days rs5/ is deducting from my mobile balance. Suddenly a service message came informing that your last sms costs rs5/, i have no idea what kind of service that is. I called the costumer care so many times no results. Without any conformation sms or without any activation of plan aproxx 10 rupees has been deducted from mobile number [protected] and after this calling to customer care they told sms pack is active on your number but as i described earlier no sms recived that conforms the activation of plan and also i had not activated such type of plan. Now, they are not refunding my money....
