I have recharged amount of rs.155 full talk time and when i checked the balance after some day then balance was zero.
I am trying to contact customer care around 50 times but they are not giving any response and disconnect the call.
Really this is a ridiculous thing and embracing for customer.
I also suggest to people don't take number of aircel or port in aircel.
This is a very bad experience and i am going to...

I did wrong recharge through net banking of Rs 299 at the number [protected] instead of [protected]. I want to reverse my amount in my number. I recharged the internet plan of rs/ 74 for 1month validity on saturday.
But the offer will ended esterday.
I didnt get any information about the ending validity from your side.
Also i called to custemer care hepline. But they are helpless.

Dear aircel, my number is [protected]. today morning i had 56 rupees in my balance and it got cut without any reason. i didnt subscribe to any service. then i recharged with 120 rupees in the evening, which also got deducted instantly. i dont know what to do. i request you to help me resolve this problem as i have lost a lot of money. the only message i got was of my netpack verification whose screenshot i will be attaching with this complaint....

One day in approx aug to nov 2015 I recieved call from Music connect services, I answered I am not interested.
Thereafter Aircel activate Music Connect on my number.
From last 8-9 month Aircel charge Rs. 30 per month.
I lossed my 290 Rs. for such stupied services.

They itself subscribing plans and deducting amounts from our main account. And also we are unable to call customer care to register complaint but they were not at connecting to the person to whom we can register our complaint. Please resolve as soon as possible. If we are trying to connect 198 complaint number not even connecting to the customer service representative....

I recharged rs 123. As informed every night i would get 500mb high speed data. But this survice stoped after a single night.

This is to inform you today (04/07/2016) i received a text message regarding data pack recharge. The message was to get 1GB 2g data in only 58 rupees for 28 days. I made a recharge of 58 rupees. I bough an aircel sim in hyderabad by 26 th june.I faced so many problems in activation and first recharge.Finally i would have been done on 3 rd july. I am using Aircel from many years every time when I recharge the company deducts my balance without any reasons. This has happened many a times before almost at every recharge.
