I have Recharged the amount of Rs. 18/- on 26.06.16 . That recharge voucher said that all local and national calls at at rs. 25p/min for 28 days. after that you are charging rs. 1.6p/sec.
then have given complain given twice but their is no availability of rate cutter .This is not only first time to me, it has repeated many times in various recharges in the rate cutters.

Hello, I have been facing the problem with the signal coverage. And iam losing many of my calls daily. If I don't get any calls for about 30mins or else I don't use it, the coverage goes off and shows either emergency calls or no service. I have been facing this issue since 20 days. The only thing I could do is that either i should switch it into airplane mode and then to normal or restart my phone. But it doesn't resolve the issue. The signals...

i got a message on 29th june morning that musicplus has been activated .i dint even subscribe for that. i have been calling the customer care frm 29th june til today, but not even once my call got connected to your agent. is this the service you provide to customer.i have provided the image of the message for your enquiry.

with very disappointment, i am writing this complaint regarding my account balance.I recharged my Number ([protected]) with 80 Rs., after that i have taken a recharge of Rs.53 for AIRCEL GPRS for net recharge on the same day. and checked there is Rs.27.01 balance.After that i have not called to anyone and all my balance was showing NIl i.e.Rs.0. I am calling the customer care from morning (01/07/2016) but the line...

My sim card ([protected]) is activated but the initial balance is not recharged. The retailer told me that once my sim card get activated means 45 rupees will be recharged.. But till i did not get any amount. And further i recharged rupees 15 its also not get recharged. When i am trying to call someone it shows that your prepaid account has expired. Please take an necessary steps to resolve this issue....

Mailed regarding a text received of the plan change on 29th jun 2016, today 1st july got a call from mr. ajith, his response was the worst ever i have experienced. he called spoke in a harsh manner that (it is mandatory for everyone its not only for you) i used the word 'why the hell its changed without my concern' he raised his voice to his peak and said "mind your words" is that a professional talk of a customer support who trained him...

On my aircel prepaid no [protected] & [protected] value added service (VAS) activated without my permission or consent. and charge one hundred rupees on each mobile number.
several time i complaint in aircel but after few day Company activate VAS or ringtone on my number again.
so pl. refund it and also warn company about activating VAS without my consent....

Dear team, Today morning I had received a msg like that" thank you for choosing pocket store fortnightly at Rs 49. You have been charged Rs 49 for 15 days" I don't know what's happening. Also deactivated the service today morning by myself. However not yet get back the amount.
So, Please arrange to get back the amount as early as possible in my main balance.

The company has fraudly charged me rs.35 for some bollywood blockbuster hence i want refund for the same, i got message that it has been activated at 7:08 a. m. on 01/06/2016. the same issue occurred 6-8 months ago and now they have repeated it again! hence i want my refund back for the fraudly charged amount. the plan was activated automatically without my knowledge and concern!...

I lost my phone with the sim so i want to block my no.
But customer care of aircel is not responding properly.
I have called to customer care thrice they told me that your complaint has been taken and your no will be blocked within 24 hrs. But after 72 hrs the same has not been blocked till date.

Kindly help.

With out my permission they activated music n cutting the money for every 15 days when i send the mssg to customer care to deactivate they are saying that there is nothing activated i had complained many times but there is no response from them every 15 days they are cutting money we don't want any data plan so please kindly check it out and cancel that music activation...

I purchased a new sim card two days before, it got activated and now it's showing the aircel signals and i can receive the aircel messages also but i did not get any initial credit balance in my sim card aa promised and i am not getting incoming calls 😡 please fix my porblem as soon as possible. i have lot i[censored]rgnt calls to receive.

I have activated a 9rs internet pack for 1 day but every day it renews it self i even lost some of my main because of auto renewal please help me to deactivate as soon as possible.i even tried many codes and even *121*902# number to deactivate it but of no use no please help me to deactivate APDECPI9 pack nd i think aircel should remove auto renewal as soon as possible......

I have recharged 69rupees full talk time+a-a local 300secs.. At night when I checked my balance it shows 31rupees..they deducted 30rupees from my balance..I want my money back plz..[protected] its my no....
