I had purchases a saree from craftvilla.the total amount of my bill was 1349.But the person who had come to deliver my order had taken amount of 1410.As I was in hurry I could not check online how much I should pay.there was no receipt also on the cover.so please refund the excess amount you have taken...

I placed the order [[protected]] on 10th Dec 2016. I have not received the following item : Attractive Pink Blue Salwar Suit, SKU: MFASH[protected], Seller: fashion carnival

I sent an email to the customer care on 10th Jan 2017 to cancel the order and issue a refund voucher. I have not received the refund voucher till date.

Pls help to resolve this issue at the earliest....

I m not happy with the product, it's not similar with that photo... Want to return it... Will order smthing else......

I am not able to enter my bank AC details for the refund of a returned product.
Craftsvilla Bluffed And gave me some false products which I already returned to their pick up boy and now they are not letting me enter my bank details for refund...

Order placed on 06/11/2016, shipment received on 22/11/2016, wrong material received, so asked for return pickup, pickup done on 2811/2016, seller received on 01/12/2016. Informed by customer care that we want refund for the wrong supply on 2/12/2016. Send asked bank details on 2/12/2016. After a clear instruction also we have received vouchers on 9/12/2016.
Now we are not able to access my id as forgot password and not able to reset...

Two days before I got 2parcels in which there were one partials set and another only with top material. The other one I didn't receive yet. Iam very much disappointed by your service. I had done a big mistake ordering from this site. My Shipment number is #[protected][ PREPAID ORDER], i did not receive the product.
And these people are not refunding my amount ... ! its Rs.900/- i cant just let them have it.
Called them 100 times but no response.
What should i do now. I had even posted on Facebook but they are not responding. Please refund my money please....

Transaction of rs.1048 happened on 26th nov which failed due to issue in their site. Called them so many times. Everytime I get same answers but they do not do anything. They do not bother to response the emails as well. Pathetic customer service. I dont know what to do now to get my refund. Its too late that bank person can also not help me....
