I have purchased 1 hitachi ras 518avd ac and 1 hier 320 ltr fridge on 30/4/17. Product delivery date 1/5/17 but they are not delivered those products. I have call them twice on 1/5/17 at evening but they took the matter very casually and also told me that they will send at 9pm but at 9pm when i call back they refuse to deliver my products on 1/5/17. Already i have paid 12700 rupees. I want to cancel this order.

I am Souri mahapatra paid 12700 rupees to the kasba Kolkata great eastern showroom on 31st March for buying a whirlpool fridge . On that day they didn't gave me the computerized bill and told me that the product will deliver by 4th April. On 4th April I was visited the showroom they again told me computerized bill is not prepare and due to audit the fridge will deliver after 8th April. My bill number is 0280.
