On 31-Mar-2013, I have purchased Godrej AC Model "GSC 18 FG 5 WMG' 1.5 ton 5 Star Rating model from Great Eastern Appliances - Kamarhati branch. Till now I didn't get that AC model delivered. On 7-April-13, I am informed by the Kamarhati Branch that AC model is "OUT OF STOCK", At least 15 - 20 days will take to deliver the model.

Purchased a new LCD TV(66 Cm.) from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata ,which delivered more than 24 hours late and this is still not installed even after 4 days. Therefore it will reduce the effective warranty in that case. Also their bill does not produce the VAT amount which I think is very important for any Customer....
