My mistake, that i selected worst service company and false commited person as employ in this company name idia...
I port my total 5 no to idia but not working 59059 in any no and right now any phone no of mine are working and its very hamfull to me and my family...
Please at least start my no for 3 months... I bag you... I cant change compnay before that......

I was over charged by idea postpaid, as my previous postpaid plan was of rs 349 (Bill cycle dates 5 april 2018 to 4 may 2018) in between middle of bill cycle i changed my plan from rs 349 to rs 389 nirvana. I switch to new rs 389 plan on 24th april 2018.
In final bill receipt i was charged as
1) 5th april to 23rd april - (Rs 349 my previous plan)
2) and 24th april to 4th may (Rs 389 new nirvana plan)

I have been facing the range issues since last two weeks.. It's showing full range but i am unable to send sms and even unable to use data services.. Tired of all this nonsence.. I have registerd a complaint regarding this, but there was only a response stating that, a technical person from idea will come.. But none appeared after that.. Very disappointed...

Idea plays 10 to 20 second long pre call announcement before connecting any call. I contacted Idea customer care regarding this, but they said we cannot deactivate it from our side. This announcement is very irritating and it wastes the time of consumers. This can cause some serious damage in emergency situations.

If the company do not take any action about this soon, then I am going to complain about this to TRAI or other...

I was using idea postpaid connection in 2013. I stopped using it and got a pending bill against it.

I was recharged 199 unlimited pack idea and its data useable is 1.4gb per day but it gives me only 1 gb per day please tell me whats wrong with this? I had a recharge o[censored]nlimited plan but while using internet it gives me a bullsshit speed. My mobile is 4G and sim is also 4G and my unlimited pack is also of 4G. I got my number ported from idea gujarat circle to idea up east. After porting i was told to get an frc done for rs. 240 in which i would be getting 1gb data/day plus calling and sms for 1 month. I got my frc done at idea store sitituated at mangalam tower, 13 civil lines, golghar, gorakhpur. My number got ported on 29 april 2018 after which i started using internet services of idea. The internet got exhausted...

I got my idea number converted from postpaid to prepaid because of which my number gort switched off as postpaid connection is closed but prepaid connection is still not opened.

Customer executives are just ggood for nothing saying that there is technical issue which will take time.
