I am under annual maintenance contract upto25/10/2017for elena dx washing machine by paying rs-3797. I made a compliant on 13/09/2016 regarding door lock of the washing machine. I have raised 3 tickets for the malfunctioning of the IFB Washing Machine display. No one is coming and fixing the issue. And they are closing the tickets with out my consent. This is really bad and its not a professional in handling the issues. Even very small companies are far better than IFB. I am expecting to get rectified by IFB.

I have taken machine around 5years back in mumbai. Last year i enter into contract with nayaab service center (located in vikhroli) for rs4600 for 2 years! They already have taken more than rs 5000 for belt and some other part. They have told that they are certified by ifb but i doubt! Every month the machine get stuck and they take money for some or other part. I am asking for help so thay if they are not authorised then we can get back...

I ordered two products, an IFB Maxi Dry 550, & IFB Nepture Dishwasher from TataCliq, by making full payments of both on 17th Aug. 2016.

Both the products were delivered to my parents in BROKEN and DAMAGED condition.And no proper replacement/compensatory action was taken either by TataCliq or IFB.
It is a harassment for old people....
