We had purchased the Senorita IFB washing machine in 2013 but since then almost every month we have to file a complaint regarding some error/problem in the machine. Such major parts have already been replaced e.g. motor, panel a multiple times, door lock and much more. Presently its in warranty and even then every month there is some or the other problem with the machine. who will pay for its repair that is needed every month once the warranty...

Taken amc in march 2016 for 2 years. lodged a complaint (complaint ticket no [protected]) on 19th sept. attended by shri kailash, chennai on 21st sept. but did not resolve the issue. the complaint was closed???

I have ifb front load washing machine since last 2.3 years approx., which is under warranty period. There was complaint lodged on sep 22, 2016 wide ticket no.[protected]. The problem is still not fixed, as reason given by untrained mechanic were multiple which changed according to their visits. I could only sense one thing post their visits (Only interested to make earning illegal way). The problems didn't just co-relate the way it was portrayed....

Pls note that it's been 1 month since I registered a complaint with IFB. Technical has come 3 times, every time telling that a new part has broken . I purchased washing machine on 17/07/2013. Your engineer came for installation, he unpack the machine and found the top cover of machine was broken. He assured me that the company changed the cover and he wrote this in his installation report. But till date no one responds.
