Already registered complaint, service engineer attended the fault but not satisfied because whenever the water fills up we want to switch of the Purifier for to close the water or water is overflowing. Please setright immediately...

I have registered for service fir kent supreme for more than two months now.But cool star engineers not coming..and giving lame excuses..owner itself irresponsible.....

Today the authorised service provider changed the faulty spares free of cost after my repeated emails but refuse to give 3months warranty on the replaced spares.Should I get any warranty on the replaced spares.If not please send the detailed documents where this term and conditions are mentioned that electrical spares replaced inside warranty period is not eligible for warranty of 90days....

I mr suresh Hota I have a water purifier from your company but unfortunately the purifier having some issue in loading of drinking water in the bucket but the waste water releasing successfully but drinking water not loading so I have complaing about this around 3 days ago to your sub delaer but no technician has contacted me they are giving me silly excuses about its raining how could technician go etc...I am going for...

I have subscribed annual package. Sri Lakshmi balaji water purifier was not responding to my call. And the dealer mobile number was [protected]. I called him several times....

I purchased Kent RO water filter and just 1 month after warranty, the sensor had become defective and company officials when contacted told whatever happens beyond warranty even if it be for a day has to be replaced at cost.
Filters are costing around Rs 5000 yearly and have only 6 month warranty. Going by the quality of parts, it is obvious that this is an white elephant. Consumers be aware of the apathetic attitude of Company and...

Each time when I call service no they send me link to download app and when I click on link it's say Page do not exist also[protected] no do not exist

Mr.Lakhmir visited for routine service of ro machine today, 09.01.22. he opened the machine hurriedly and broken outer cover ànd didn't service properly and left. Earlier also I have called and reported his poor service but again he was assigned routine service....

I have purchased kent ro 3months back, and i have call technician 4-5times in these 3months, its water taste getting bad day by day, i need replacement or else i will go to consumer court.

My warranty over on 31.12.21 and next day the smps not working. Hence i raised request and technician came on 4th January 2022. for replacing asking 1000 rs. I requested them please replace it by free of cost. But they denied . Also as per promises they never provide service whole year during warranty period.
Its a fraud and cheater company. I would like to government ban this company asap. They are expending crore rs by advertisement...

My self Balaram pal, I am from Dankuni, Kolkata, I purchased a grand plus kent RO machine 4 month back, I request them to service my machine and register my booking on kent app on 31.12.2021, after 72 hours gone but no technician was arrived to my home for servicing. I raised the complaint the my Kent RO is not functioning properly on 27Dec'21. But till date no service engg visited to resolve the issue.
But yesterday itself, I got an SMS that my issue was resolved.

Why are you providing these kind of very worst service?

I have booked service request from vinayak enterprise on Saturday Evening and promptly they came on Sunday..but instead of replacing required components he replaced all components even what they only have replaced just in April month..filter which is present outside main instruments. Also whatever components they have changed it is overpriced.. request to intervene immediately..or we will change RO itself.....

We have requested service from Kent app dated[protected] scheduled on[protected] and it was automatically rescheduled to[protected] leaving a message to my number that on your request your service is rescheduled to[protected] but we have not rescheduled it. Later on a person named Ramesh visited us on[protected] but he could not identify the reason behind the problem with machine and unnecessarily wanted to change RO membrane that were replaced...

I had purchased a Kent Peal 3 years back (KR-[protected]) which was working just fine with routine servicing. Few months back our machine abruptly stopped working due to which we had an updated service request. The technician visited us and solved the problem for which we were charged 4K. The problem wasn't fully solved though but when we updated a request again, the technician called back and...

I brought a Kent Supreme Extra in May 2021 and since then my Kent have gone bad twice. The first time a technician came home and repaired. The guy informed that the SMPS have faulty and he suggested to remove the plug once the water is full, ever since we followed the instructions.

A week ago Kent have again gone faulty with similar symptoms. The technician over the phone asked the symptoms and informed it could be SMPS issue...
