Good Day, I am facing a very difficult time in my life because of LG. My name is Nosrat Sayed and my number is [protected]. I have extended warranty of LG AC. I started facing issues with my AC from last year in October. It is 2014 June now and my AC is not yet fixed. They have taken my AC several times and returned it back without fixing it. I am tired of complaining LG service center and customer care but no one has helped me...

I had purchased a lg 1 tonne split ac on 5/5/2014, after only 1 week there is a continuous water leakage from the ac panel, I had registered the complaint in the lg customer care office, but the problem still persists. This is the 4 th time I had registered my complain.The service boy who for the third time came to repair the ac is making silly excuses which aren't tolerable, such negligence from the leading ac manufacturers is a shame...
