I lodged 2 complaints on June 22, 2014 regarding malfunctioning/ no cooling in 2 of my split ACs (both 2 ton ACs), complaint nos RNA[protected] and RNA[protected]. LG engineer from Noida DSC, Murali visited us on June 23, 2014.

i have a mw oven 9 years old. meanwhile mw unit was changed once in kolkata. now it is not functioning. one small fuze is getting burnt time and again and display is going off. Lg took the unit for repair and returned saying the unit is more than 5 years old and spares for this are not available. as an electrical engineering i understand there is no much of problem and the repairment should be re-looked....
