plain is not working

i recharged my no [protected] with 250 rs... after calling to custmercare... and the told me that this recharge will woke proper in your pc
(222 talktime ,3G FREE(1GB) + Unlimited 2G for 30 days)..but after recharging it... i m not able to use inernet ...i call to custmercare .... but no proper answer from there...

Overcharging Bill

Iam tata photon user !

My Plan was 2GB Data for Rs.450

on april 22, my bill is appeared to be Rs.1400

When i asked the customer care employee about this,they said that i used 4GB Extra ..

But i didnt
i wasnt even using it

No resolution for network coverage

I Have enclosed the trail mail with all the follow up with Tata Docomo but no solution to my problem is yet provide.
In sort i have purchased a Tata Docomo 3G doggle which is not providing network coverage at my residence and trying my best to get the problem resolved but Tata Docomo is not provide a solution for the same nor are they taking the device back and refunding my money back.

Applied for Mobile number portability from Vodafone service provider to Tata Docomo on 6th April 2013. On 18th 2013 April Vodafone Service provider disconnected thee connection after approving Mobile number portability. But after this Tata Docomo service provider didn't connected their service. Complained to thee TATA DOCOMO through Mail only as their Customer care is always busy of not receiving calls.

Price quote

Sir,
I have done rate cutter for rs.35 i.e 1p/6 sec on net calls,but still i am charging at regular rates.I have called customer care more than 3 times and they said they will resolve within half hour it is nearly 6 days i am facing the problem.I told if the problems continues i will port my number they responded go ahead such a poor service and reply......

Not Responding Properly

Sir,
I am using tata docomo GSM Number. My connection is postpaid. But now I want to get my connection prepaid. I visited no. of times to tata docomo store at Metro Plaza, Delhi Road, Meerut-250002.
They are not converting my no. Always says that please come after 2 days. Now they are saying come after one month. Also one of their employee Mr. Aman misbehaved.
Kindly do the needful on very urgent basis.

unusual balance deduction & worst customer care service

no. [protected] using this no. For 4 years, things were satisfactory but now have turned worst. Yesterday 60 rs. Deducted from my balance without my permission & company felt no concerns to return back the deducted amount. Worst customer care service as i had to call 4 times to the agents & for every time i paid 50 paise for a call,1st time agent told that he is not having any info. no services being provided

i did a recharge of rs 26 successfully which gave 600MB of data for a validity of seven days. it worked fine for the first day , next day it completely stopped working. i called customer care care he asked to create apn once again and restart my phone. i did same but interent was still not working. soon after 2 mins a message pops up "you have unsubscribed from GPRS".
my internet got deactivated by itself. now that i am willing...

Mobile balance
