I am register here for an complaint regarding my Videocon DTH service has been stopped. As I recharge South Silver 1year Subscription of Rs.2700 paid on May 2nd 2016. But the connection has been stopped by 6months.

I have been waiting for the refund from Videocon from last 1.5 months. Really pathetic and worst team...

We installed videocon d2h at our home lately. We have 46 inch LCD tv. But the picture quality was too poor and it is blurred over text. We raised concern and technician came and tested it. We were told that this is maximum clarity you can expect from this d2h. Since it is bigger tv, crystals expand over, this causes blurred effect. We initiated refund over the product. The services of Videocon D2H is horrible. Nobody at Customer care is listening to the customer problems. Since last fifteen days the service is very very erratic.
