I want to file a complaint against Sify Broadband Connection. They are the worst connection providers I have ever come across . We had taken a new broadband connection in the month of MAY 2009, which we got within couple of hours after paying Rs. 3500/- and that's it. and a beginning to a nightmare...

my connection with sify which I am using from last 1 year. My user ID is harishgaur62. I am very sorry to say that SIFY customer service is so pathetic and worst that I am forced to request you for disconnection.
