Request for split up bills

I have installed act fibernet a month ago for the plan basic 3m for the amount nearly to 3k and no proper response from them when I asked for the split up bills for each month. Now, I need the receipt for the second month. But no response from the team. Worst experience!! Didn't expect this from ACT...

Dummy company

First give one permanent password for us, The company using password everything, If we pay the bill next in a hour connection was disconnected, , then technical team will come after a weak, they will show one Ticket sms, , finally 3weaks no internet usage but they send bill like high, please dont encourage this kind of hacking company....

Refund of my paid amount

I am on CBE Act sprint 6M+1M plan. I have made the payment of Rs. 7157/- on September 22, 2022.

Now I'm looking to disconnect my connection due to personal reasons. The customer care representative blatantly said no refunds but they can disconnect my connection. There is more than 5 month period left in my subscription and they are not able to refund on a pro rated basis even. Basically my funds are with them for a disconnection...

Connection issue

I am working for night shifts and the connection is being interrupted in the night since 3 days and was getting connected back in the afternoon around 3 then again the connection being interrupted in the night, this is the third time I am reopening the SR ticket and all the recieve is apologies and to contact the phone support I was almost on hold for 30 minutes, I have the call recordings I can share to someone if this complaint is assigned.br...

Money refund

Address:H. No:3-1-322, Kakatiya colony, Warangal

On September 30th I have done a payment of 650 rupees for new connection but no one came to my house for installation and due to their delay I have shifted to other wifi connection but they didn't refund my 650 rupees and I have made many calls to the responsible person for this but he is not responding, I need my money back....

Refund of installation money

Harassment for disconnecting

Hi, i have a prepaid plan in ACT for 6 months so at the end of last month i started getting reminders to pay for the next six months and if not paid the connection will be disconnected was a message which is fair! So i chose to not renew my plan for the nxt six months and rightly the connection was cut but that is not the end ! Again i got a message from ACT stating it is reactivated which i never asked them to and now ACT is harassing me...

ACT Fibernet Discount for power consumption of junction box

I have been ACT customer for 2 years now. I got to know that discount for fixing the junction box is Rs.100/month through one of the consumer complaints.

When I asked the same to ACT customer service agent in chat, they said it is Rs.50/month only + tax as my location in Warangal, Telangana. But in Hyderabad, discount is Rs.100/month. Customer service agent said that it is determined by their billing team.

Inefficient poor service to customers

Address:ACT Fiber Net, Bangalore.

I am having ACT Fiber Net Connection for the last 4 years. At present I am having CHN Blast Promo package under account No.[protected] . The package is valid up to 22/10/2022.
We now leaving Chennai, on 07/10/2022, for New Zealand . We will be returning to India on 05/04/2023.
Hence for arranging our period of absence, among other things, for suspension of the ACT connection, I began writing to their office on 25/09/2022....

Worst QoS in Ahmedabad, ACT exec are incapable of providing solution

After creating a support ticket to fix my internet every other day, it goes off again in couple of hours and then we have to wait 24 hours for it get resolved and service goes down again. ACT Exec in Ahmedabad are unsupportive and are failing to provide a proper solution, all they respond with is stereotypical replies.

All i want is them to fix their service in this area and provide better and quick response from their ACT...

During Feb 2022, As I my son was arriving from US and he needed a separate Broad Band Connection for his temporary period of stay. Hence I sent an email to the ACT Nodal Officer dated 05/02/2022, specifically asking for an additional connection for 3 months only. On the Nodal Office instructions...

Not maintaining SLA all the time

ACT network connection is good till we gets problem on their network. I have made complaints to customer care for low hanging network cable on my road on last Saturday. I got sms that ticket will be expect to complete on Tuesday. But no one turned back. Finally Thursday night that cable got disconnected due to vehicle crossed and my network got disconnected in my home. Friday again raised another ticket for this cable issue to fix my network...

I am forced to right here as i had lodged two complaints and ACT closed them inspite of asking them to keep it open. Their switch that supplied excess power has caused damage to my Router and the CCTV DVR. I had to pay for a new router and service of the DVR. The DVR company clearly mentioned that the network port caused the damage to the mother board. ACT network cable which directly comes from the switch has suddenly supplied high voltage....

Refund amount/ worst customer service/ box removal
