Refund related

I have purchased router from act as the sales agent suggested but it is not working with other broadband, now I want to return it and get refund for it but they are not agreeing.my account number is :[protected]

Internet is not working for the past 13 days and still no response

My neighbour disconnected his service on Aug 16 2022 due to shifting. So I had agreed to place the junction box in my premises. Nd today is 28 Aug 2022, still there is no solution.. I've been calling there customer care daily atleast 3 times and they are saying it'll be resolved today (for the past 13 days) and their service persons are the worst in the world. Not even picking up the call for answering..only the complaint ticket which I raised...

Complaint against No Backup - Tickets closed without Resolving

Address:Subramani S Plot No.94 A, East main Road, Sankar Nagar, Pammal, Chennai-600075

First, The complaint was raised for the problem " When power goes off - the broadband connectivity goes off immediately" . ACT opened a complaint ticket Number.SR[protected]. But without resolving the issue they sent Complaint Ticket Closure Message on 22 Aug 2022. After I took up with Support and then Nodal Officer, ACT again Complaint Ticket No..SR[protected] was registered and I was again assured that the complaint will be resolved...

Outage for 1 or 2 days continuosly and complaint will not be addressed with 24 hrs ?

Frequent network outage and complaints will not be attended /resolved with 24 hrs; I think BSNL will be much efficient and faster ?

I closed my act account they need to refund my money. From my side, I cleared everything thing submitted the ONT device. But still refund is not processed, it's been 15 days from the day of submitting the act fibernet devices. When I am trying to connect with customer care they are telling that it will be resolved in 48 hours but there is no progress from 17 days...

Installation delayed forever

I requested the order, After that, a million Act fibernet agents called for the plans. Everyone is like I called first you should take my offer and ignore others. Very unprofessional. I paid the order fee. They promised installation within 48 hours. I work from home, so it's really important for me. They never responded after that. It's been 6 days, I called them many times they simply say they raised the ticket. No use of it. I lost two...

Act is cheating customers

I had installed a new connection in Act for a total of 5, 300 with the plan (ACT basic 6M + Router) in July 2022. On August, they sent payment notification and received a call to complete the payment. But I had paid for six months, so I opened a ticket for more clarification, but I never received a response.
After a few days, I called the toll-free number, and they informed me that static ip is charged.

High latency/ping to nearest server causing other servers to lag

ACT Fibernet Does not have a BNG Gateway in Madurai so all data is routed through Chennai, . But the latency to Chennai is too high because of their routing, (over 30ms) causing the next hops to have higher latency than normal. I have complained about this issue for 1 month on Twitter but no action has been taken from the company for resolving it. For instance other ISPs I have used have ping to Chennai of 10ms from Madurai. The extra latency...

Internet Connection

Hello,

We have paid amount for 3 months 75 MBPS plan but the speed is less than 30 MPBS, when we raise a complain in Support portal they are demading extra money to give the promising speed and they are very rude .
Even after telling them that we will log a complaint in consumer court they are least bothered and telling do whatever you want.
Becase of this speed cheating we have missed already 3 major interview...
