Hence I am requesting refund the same to my saving account immediately.

      I am getting bills even after disconnection of act fibernet delhi. Even got mail of disconnection and guy informing by call.

      I am shifted to village in tamilnadu, it's been 2 months since the disconnection.

      But still getting bills every month.

      It seems everyone is facing similar issue.
      Kindly stop sending me bills.

      How come there is a bill for prepaid connection?
      Bill should come for postpaid connection only

      I will consider this is harassment
      This will create bad name for u guys

        My prepaid connection of act fibernet delhi got disconnected 2 months back. They still sending bills for dues
        Now I am shifted to tamilnadu, how can they send bill for a prepaid service.

          Act fibernet again started playing old game(scam).

          In one day they showing me i have used 1.6TB data, which is not possible with my subscribed plan.

          When you speak to customer care they already know this problem but they will try to convince you by give fake knowledge.

          But this time guy name Vijay(which is fake name ) was on the desk support call from act was not aware about me i am network engineer. He brings to me a new concept called SyncingServer. He told me that it doesn't matter whatever your plan it is if SyncingServer is on then it can consume more then your plan, lets say if my plan is 100mbps but syncingserver can consume 1gbps.

          It's my mistake I am trusting them from last 4years. And not changing internet service provider.

            YUPP TV Scope pack activated by along with ACT Fibernet new connection without my consent on 13th September 2022, there was no request from my side

            This service was not even used by me, it requires a separate application to be installed to be used, which was never done by me on any of my devices

            It's free service for 1st month with new connection, after that this service was continued without even asking whether to continue it or not, now I have received it's bill on 13th October, charging for whole next month in advance

            Unable to see any details of this service in ACT Fibernet application, had asked customer care to deactivate this service and requested multiple times to revoke these charges

              This Company claimed it had connection near my home (Agent Prabhakar) and made me pay 5395rs for 6months of service, after payment he says there is no connection in my locality and i will receive refund but I have not yet received the said refund since 1 month, they're issuing new ticket numbers and closing them without REFUNDING the said amount, worst experience with this Company. 😔

                I raised ACT Fibernet shifting request a week ago for 15th Oct 2022, it's 17th Oct 2022 now and there's not even a single call from any technician regarding the shift.
                I've called the customer care and explained the issue 6 times in 2 days.

                They don't give any info regarding the technician who will do the installation or even the timing for when the installation will be done.

                If you need a reliable broadband service, don't go for ACT Fibernet. Especially, those who need it for WFH.

                  It has been over 4 days since we have been making complaints to rectify the connection error. I’m working from home and I don’t have internet connection. I’m calling everyday to rectify it. I have been given fake promises that it will be rectified. Extremely poor customer service. Requested for call backs and nobody called back. Every day I call the customer care service and they say they have raised a ticket and they will send a person to fix it. They close the ticket also without resolving.

                    I have installed act fibernet a month ago for the plan basic 3m for the amount nearly to 3k and no proper response from them when I asked for the split up bills for each month. Now, I need the receipt for the second month. But no response from the team. Worst experience!! Didn't expect this from ACT

                      First give one permanent password for us, The company using password everything, If we pay the bill next in a hour connection was disconnected, , then technical team will come after a weak, they will show one Ticket sms, , finally 3weaks no internet usage but they send bill like high, please dont encourage this kind of hacking company.

                        I am on CBE Act sprint 6M+1M plan. I have made the payment of Rs. 7157/- on September 22, 2022.

                        Now I'm looking to disconnect my connection due to personal reasons. The customer care representative blatantly said no refunds but they can disconnect my connection. There is more than 5 month period left in my subscription and they are not able to refund on a pro rated basis even. Basically my funds are with them for a disconnection request raised by them and for a service that I'm not going to use.

                        Totally unfair. Don't even think of going with their long term plans. If there is any change in your personal situation or if you have to relocate to an ACT's unserviceable area, your money is gone for good as per their policy. I can understand if they charge a fine amount for not maintaining the agreement. But no refunds at all is unfair!

                        Disconnection was requested by me and raised by their representative on October 14, 2022.

                        Less than a month have been used since September 22, 2022, payment date. Not even honoring a refund for period not yet consumed is unfair.

                        Ticket was closed today and connection terminated as requested. But no word on refund for the unused portion of almost 5 months. I can understand a refund with some fine or penalty deducted. But the whole amount in your pocket when you can terminate the connection and keeping the money for unused portion. That's unfair!

                          Connection issue

                          I am working for night shifts and the connection is being interrupted in the night since 3 days and was getting connected back in the afternoon around 3 then again the connection being interrupted in the night, this is the third time I am reopening the SR ticket and all the recieve is apologies and to contact the phone support I was almost on hold for 30 minutes, I have the call recordings I can share to someone if this complaint is assigned.br...

                            On September 30th I have done a payment of 650 rupees for new connection but no one came to my house for installation and due to their delay I have shifted to other wifi connection but they didn't refund my 650 rupees and I have made many calls to the responsible person for this but he is not responding, I need my money back.

                                Plan for one year is subrcised but my account was deactivated

                                One year plan was taken on 02/08/2022, they were asking me to pay for subrciption of 350for aha app, I said I haven't subrcised for aha, but they were least bothered about my complaint, they were forcing me to pay and deactivated my account several times, without activation of aha how can I pay, I made a complaint in the local office at visakhapatnam, they is no response from the other end so I complainted in the customer care here too the same problem, I am not able to tolerate their torcher, I can't understand why they deactivated my net account and what is the connection between net and these apps, I have paid for net so I have a right to get proper net but they black mailing of deactivation.

                                  I too faced the same issue.i paid money on 30/09/2022 and they said there is no feasibility, so i asked for refund on 04/10/2022 still i didnt get my money.several times i called, the man who made me to pay is not taking my call and he is not responding properly.i am very much frustrated because you ACT fibernet.please refund my money soon.                                     Hi, i have a prepaid plan in ACT for 6 months so at the end of last month i started getting reminders to pay for the next six months and if not paid the connection will be disconnected was a message which is fair! So i chose to not renew my plan for the nxt six months and rightly the connection was cut but that is not the end ! Again i got a message from ACT stating it is reactivated which i never asked them to and now ACT is harassing me asking me to pay 545/- more as additional bill or else they will not disconnect it seems! Can someone senior from ACT look into this and resolve- a/c[protected]
                                    Please note am using ACT for more than 5 years and i wish to disconnect the without any unnecessary fees or bill which i have not used nor agreed to use!

                                    Hi ACT team have gone mad ! They are playing by deactivating qnd then reactivating i still get msgs from ACT unnecessarily! Is it not that simple u cut connection and just keep quiet? Why complicate it by reactivating it without customer consent and creating non existent bills? I expect this to be resolved and closed fully at the earliest dont intend to have any talks with ur call centre folks!

Can someone resolve this and close this i do not wish to have anything from ACT - they lack basic customer service!                                     For what are you troubling customers by sending false bills! I have not used any internet after my 6 month subscription ended! So stop sending fake bills! You have already cut the connection so just cut all communications with me too and stop this nonsense of fake bills and reminders!!! I really want to sue them!

                                    Why is it difficult for ACT to just keep it simple - we pay we use, we dont pay we dont get internet!
                                    Why complicate it by reactivating without consent and charging unfair bills to customers! And losing customers forever!
                                    Hi team am hoping this will be resolved before oct 15th as the non existent bill of 545 rupees is still showing under due and i do not expect this to go on beyond the due date

                                      ACT Fibernet Discount for power consumption of junction box

                                      I have been ACT customer for 2 years now. I got to know that discount for fixing the junction box is Rs.100/month through one of the consumer complaints.

                                      When I asked the same to ACT customer service agent in chat, they said it is Rs.50/month only + tax as my location in Warangal, Telangana. But in Hyderabad, discount is Rs.100/month. Customer service agent said that it is determined by their billing team.
