For not getting my security deposit back

No Internet Service

Data Usage

It's been almost a year since I've started using ACT and everything was going fine until a few months back when they started showing huge amounts of data usage which I hardly use...its almost upto 20-30GB per day...I called the customer care a few times and they said they would get back to me but they haven't.I've got the 500GB per month plan for 7 months and now I'm stuck using this service unwillingly...I don't think I can even get a refund.this...

Reg deposit amount

I had paid amount Rs 2200 as deposit for junction box. During installation they informed that the amount is refundable but now they refuse to return the amount....

Daily disruption of internet for the last one week

My daily morning routine to get the internet working - call, message and email to customer care, local guys, nodal officer.

Call support: apologize for inconveniences give us 1 more chance we'll get it resolved in 2hrs.

E-mail - we appreciate the patience, escalation team is working on a priority basis.

Local guy - Sir it tok me 3 hrs to get it fixed.br...

No internet access, and have exceeded the given estimated Resolution Time

I have been facing issues with Act fibernet since a few months.
I have been raising complaints ever since and no issue was resolved soon.
They have taken hours to solve a simple network issue, and have consciously been exceeding the given estimated time to resolve.

Net problem

I am madhulatha, very bad service of act fiber since 10 days net is not working, if gives complaint also they come and check but issue not resolve

Late fee charges on Pre-paid service

Hi,
I did recharge plan for 3 months and it has been expired but they’ve not disconnected the service instead they have kept the service on and asking me to renew the plan and pay or else they would charge late fee.
I don’t understand this Pre-paid service-
It has to be a service which has to be given only after we’re paid right.
What Act doing is not fair it’s like forcing customer to opt and pay even...

Complaint Regarding Rent Not Adjusted in the Bill

The rent that was decided at the time of installation of the junction box installed on the property is not getting adjusted in my bill. On asking them to transfer the remaining amount to my bank account as I won't be continuing with the ACT fiber from the next billing cycle.

Saying the same to the company I am getting a response like a refund is not possible, they can only adjust it in the next billing cycle.

Huge delay in refund

Hi team,
I was a user of ACT Fibernet internet services at Banglore. I had to relocate to Chennai due to personal reasons. I had posted a relocation request but was told that there will be no transfer of connection between states as per their policy and asked me to disconnect the request and return the router. Router recovery

ACT Fibernet Refund for power consumption of junction box

Hello sir/ madam, this is Sudhakar Boina from Hyderabad, I'm using act fibernet from past 3 years. Connection not made even after the payment

Very, very poor services by Act Fibernet, especially Ramna, Technician, very rude attitude. Worst Act Fibernet services....
