I pay a 6-month advance but only 10 to 15 only working

Installation still pending and no internet yey

It has been more than 3 days. The wires have been installed but the internet connection is not active. Neither has ACT installed the router. On calling the customer service, they say it would be done immediately and someone would call back. But nobody calls back. The sales person conveniently avoids my calls. Pathetic customer service...

Disconnection of Act services But also Act Fibernet is charging us.

Dear Sir,
I have asked for the disconnection of the service and I am repitedly receiving calls for non payment of dues !!!

I have paid my dues and raised for disconnection. This is prepaid services and I have not obtained for the extention of services. Then why the bill is getting generated ? Even after raised the disconnection... I have Even thought paid Rs. 397.23 what the hopeless service this is ... br...

Router amount not refunded even after multiple requests

I was using ACT fibernet connection and due to service related issues I have cancelled the subscription and raised request for refund. But the amount have not refunded fully. For the same I raised the request again and company acknowledge to pay back in full as I have surrendered the router also. But even after multiple requests no one is responding back....

Request for split up bills

Address:Chennai

The salesperson promised to provide split bills for every month on taking 3 month rental plan of ACT fibernet but he didn't do so after the installation no proper response from him. I need this split up bill for my reimbursement from the company. Y should someone cheat the customer by giving false promises.....

Multiple problems with new connection request and huge amount not refunded

I am using ACT Fibernet since 8+ years and never had such problems. Until now.

First problem:
I needed a transfer of connection to Bangalore from a different city where I am using ACT already. Despite being a leading internet services provider, they don't have ability to transfer a cnnection between cities.

The internet is constantly being gone. And everytime I raise a complain they take atleast 2-3 days to resolve. For a person working from home that is the biggest trouble to go through. ACT Fibernet there is no power backup for act internet distribution box.

Hello

This is regarding the issue with the power backup - user id :[[protected]]

There is no power backup in the building for act internet. I dnt know where Act is taking power for their distribution box which is installed in our building.

But i am loosing internet when the power goes out. I need a permanent solution for this. I do have backup at my home and my router is working even power goes...

Declining the request to downgrade my plan

I took a connection with ACT fibernet - A max 1075 plan for 6 months this August 1st. I wanted to change the plan the day i took it and got in touch with the service provider (ACT Executive) on the same day.
