I was promised that if i make the bill payment before due date of 15th oct 2019, my plan would be auto upgraded from 150 mbps to 200 mbps with 800 gb bandwidth per month. I made the bill payment the very next moment of receiving this message from act. And since then it has been more than 20 days i have been trying to contact customer care, help-desk, even the nodal and appellate authorities personnel to get this done with no go. Even after sending so many emails i have not got this service fulfilled. The nodal and appellate authorities does not seem to be taking any action and help the customers.
When you call customer care you never get connected to the agent since there would always be a long queue. This means company has not got enough staff to help customers. Their website is down since last 3-4 days and nobody has bothered to check it i feel. Secondly when you escalate it to higher authorities like nodal and appellate officers they simply do not respond nor they take any action.
I feel the act company would simply be paying them salaries in lakhs of rupees since they are not doing anything they are supposed to do. Hat is the purpose of their existence when they cannot help the customer with their simple issues.
Moreover, every month their connection do not work for 2-3 days and we still pay them full rental on monthly basis. They should understand that when the customer is paying them the amount they charge us, it is their utmost priority to help the customer provide better services and with promised assistance.
I want act to keep their promise and upgrade my plan from 150mbps to 200mbps as promised with a data capping of 800gb immediately. I have already done enough escalation and follow ups on this with no go hence, i have created a complaint here.

Updated by agajaved I do not know why this complaint was closed? My speed is again back to 150 Mbps from Promised 200 Mbps. This is seriously ridiculous. I was promised by Act company that they will increase my Internet Speed to 200 Mbps. But, Its not done.
I want to re-open this ticket and get this escalated again
