Very disappointed with your amending offers.. I got a call from someone in act team to pay on 10/11/2019 even before due date. Later i got below sms with offer of payment before 12/11/2019 which i have done to avail offer.

I recieved below sms on 9/11/2019 and i have paid my bill on 11/11/2019, but i dont see below offer applied to my account even after 72 hours.

Sms :
Dear patron, as a privileged customer, you are entitled for an free speed upgrade from 40 mbps to 75 mbps & also get 150 gb additional data free. Pls pay your dues of rs.808/- before 12th nov & activate this offer in next 72hrs.

After i mailed to act helpdesk they created ticket sr[protected], but i received below response. This is really very bad to cheat customers for getting bill amount before due date and not standing with the promises w. R. T offers

Why did I get the message in that case .. message clearly has the amount I need to pay ( refers to my plan ) ..
This cannot be washed out this way . If I have reached to your team it's not to get information, it's to act on your part of that's a mistake on your end . What can be compensated here as you are agreeing it's a mistake on part of ACT to send a message to me and get payment immediately with later updating me as it's a mistake ???

    Service account no:[protected], i made request of relocation in same area just 4-5 kms from existing house on nov 8th
    Through app they have given me acknowledgement with ticket no - sr[protected],
    Since than started since 10 days am daily requesting through mails to nodal officer of act that plz send the technician once they will call me and asked about new address and than that fellow will tell that is not my area so il forward it to concerned area people and than again after 2 days other person will call n ask me the same address same story that person will tell i don't understand since 10 days daily i wasted my time to get the relocation service plz customer service is pathetic they are not bothered about the old customers.

    please disconnect my connect and refund me the amount which I paid for your worst n disgusting service waste of my time useless people useless service provider since 12 days I wasted my time by keeping mails to ur act support n useless nodal officer @ act <nodalofficer.[protected]@actcorp.in> regularly I keep mailing them no response just check with them ultimately I decided to move on to other service provider.
    anyways I had a disgusting experience with this act service never ever go for this will tell others also the same not to choose this ACT...

      I have made a payment Rs 4381 for getting a new internet connection
      During payment the money got deducted from my bank account but the
      transaction failed with blank page. I didn't get any payment receipt from ACT as well.

      I waited for more than 15 days but the money is not still refunded

      Every time when I call the helpdesk, they say concern team will respond but not received a single call or an email for the past 16 days on this and no clue on my compliant status as well

        I have requested to disconnect my internet service from august 31 2019 as i was relocating to a different city. Service request no for the same is sr[protected]. It was closed on the same day. I paid for the month of august as it was prepaid and it is supposed to be no due after the disconnection. But it is showing up rs. 319.11 due amount in my account, not sure what these charges for.

          I have been using act fibernet since months and was suddenly we donot have the internet, we raised a comolaint regarding this! And now, the problem was not in the router and it was within the wire cable that has been damaged.
          We kindly requesting you, to take this complaint seriously and possibly make sure to provide us the best internet connection.

            Hello,

            I just changed to act fibernet one month back by hearing the feedback from friends. But it's not that much great highly disappointing.

            Our internet connection is not frequent its disconnecting often and then it works automatically then goes off.. Upon raising multiple ticket there is no proper solution for me. Later one technician found that we are connected far away from the junction box and the cable length is greater than 80m. So we requested for a junction box in our apartment still these people are refusing to give the connection to our apartment.

            Now they are saying its not possible to give connection to this area. Then why the hell are you accepting our request in the initial stage for providing the service.

              I had taken fibernet connection from act in the month of april 2019, had made a prepayment of 6 months, i have not got a single day of internet connection, poor response from act customer care for last six months and they have not refunded the money even after no service for 6 months. I m not the only person facing issues with act fibernet, they have cheated the entire locality.

              Kindly help me get my money back.

                On 13 nov the internet in alwal area, hyderabad, telangana went down.. As of
                16 november this issue has still not been resolved despite a ticket being raised.

                Further i am not being informed of any progress on the ticket and the "customer service" is not answering my calls.

                I want this issue t be resolved at the earliest.

                They solved the issue from their own end...the company has not provided any details of resolution. the only info that came when i raised the ticket is as folows: "We have identified that one of the link switches has lost connectivity. we have taken your request in this regard! Please be sure we are working towards giving you a quick resolution" All i can say is the resolution was definitely not quick..

                there is TRAI rule ( in the " Quality of service Broadband Service Regulations  2006")  that says that no customer should  have more than  15 hrs downtime a month...

                operator: it may take even more time...maybe more than 24 hours

                me : you want me to disconnect the connection...

                operator : its completely upto you

                this is ACT's so called Customer service...towards a unhappy customer..they just dont care about "Customer service"

                    I have paid the amount for six months i. E3680, i had been promised that it will be done in 48 hrs. By today it completed 10 days and the service person who made false promise is not picking up the call. I have been following up with customer care, which is useless and the will ask for 24 hrs time, in which they won't do nothing. I have asked for refund and didn't any status regarding that.

                      I defaulted my internet payment this month and the account was suspended while i was using internet 3 days ago, i paid immediately and was told that it'd take 4 hours for the payment to be reflected in the account and for the account to be activated again. It's been 48 hours with no activation what so ever. After making over 14 calls and multiple "please wait for an hour, it will definitely be activated" requests, i spoke to a nodal manager, who wasn't sure when it could be activated.

                        My connection is 40 days old and i have already faced multiple network failures with your connection.
                        My current issue started on 10th nov 2019, it still persists. I have raised a complaint via phone. Via app. Written mails to nodal officer and appalate authority blr. No response. Horrible service. I have spent several hours on the phone trying to get my call escalated. No response.
                        The most unreliable, irresponsible team i have ever seen.

                        My problem is still not resolved

                          During last rain my router was fully watered. When i was inspecting were the water is leaking the water is actually leaking inside the cable then it entered the router so i complained about i spoke to a person called karthick ram [protected]. Initially they sent a technician name is prasanna who inspected the complaint then he agreed that its there cable fault then he said they sent a mail for router replacement within 3days problem will be solved then i m trying reach both of them there is no respond and i didnt get any call from that was really bad customer service i need a answer for my problem. Other wise i will be escalating the problem to next level

                            Charan from ACT Kees calling irrespective of time - be it early morning or 9:30 in the night. Asking to confirm if he can send agent for document collection.
                            Agents say they are on their way. They suggest to take Blaze connection when we wanted only swift connection. Agent doesn’t turn up because we are not ready to take up what they are offering.
                            Charan will then call to say documents can be uploaded and payments done online but he too sends payment like for Blaze and not swift. They forced us to take their router. We refused router too. These people are cheats. They force you to take the connection of their choice if not they will not provide service.

                              I want to disconnect my act internet connection, but i couldn't reach any of the customer services since lines always seems to be busy or out of reach.
                              Please disconnect my act net connection and do not renew and packs without my concern.
                              Reason for closing is worst customer support for relocation they are not responding from 11 days, still not yet completed. Worst worst service

                                Hello team our ticket number sr[protected] was closed without resolving and they were bluffing and blabbering that issue has been resolved. Very much disappointed with your team😡😡😡 and the team was simply cutting the call without listening...                                   I have applied for new connection and paid amount for 6 months in advance based on the commitment that i will get connection within a day. But proper installation guy didn't called even after 3 days. Two installation guys called me and said, "we are not covering that area. The right one will call you back". But no one calledme. On customer complaint (Ticket no:sr[protected]) no proper solution. So i asked for my full money refund. They didn't give any response for that as well.. Till getting registered for new connection, they are behind us and bugging like anything. But once got connection and paid money, they won't care on customer. My acct no[protected]

                                    Iam goutham from hyderabad iam using act from 2years but we shifted to other location in hyderabad iam facing connectivity from july 2019. Every month there will be 2-3 times connectivity i have call customer executives and mailed to nodal officer also but no response from them if call to customer support and tell them to connect supervisors they will keep in hold for 30 mins and then they will disconnect our call if we again called then...

                                    Actfibernet a. C no.[protected] is registered for installation.
                                    Username and password given on 25.10.2019.
                                    Paid rs.800/- towards router on 01.11.2019.

                                    Till date router is not installed.

                                    Complaints raised in this regard were closed without resolving.

                                    The ticket no. S are sr[protected], sr[protected],.

                                    Hence this complaint for not installing router and abnormal delay in service.

                                    Now i request you to refund the amounts paid by me.

                                      Recently I shifted from hyderabad to Vizag. I tried closing my account[protected] but I didn't find a way. Atlast act fibernet customer care called me I asked them to close my account. They didn't close my account and instead they kept on adding monthly bill and asking me to pay the amount.

                                      They took power source for all nearby act fibernet from my home and they didn't even pay me anything. In the beginning they didn't take my power and After few months of connection they started saying that if I can't give power, they will stop connection from the middle of the month. As I don't have option I continued it with my power.
