Why did I get the message in that case .. message clearly has the amount I need to pay ( refers to my plan ) ..
This cannot be washed out this way . If I have reached to your team it's not to get information, it's to act on your part of that's a mistake on your end . What can be compensated here as you are agreeing it's a mistake on part of ACT to send a message to me and get payment immediately with later updating me as it's a mistake ???
