On 3rd mar, i paid for rs 3749 for a new connection (3 months pack). Act fibernet agent said a technician will come within 48 hours and give connection. However when technician came (On 5th mar) he said there is no installation box in my area and hence i will have to ask for refund of my money. I called customer care as soon as this happened and they said they'll initiate the refund soon. It's been 8 days since this happened and every day i've been calling them and every time they say that the complaint is registered and will be solved in 24 hours. Nothing has happened yet. I even sent and e-mail to their help desk id but no response from them.

I got a message from ACT Fibernet on 17th March saying that my refund is initiated. It's been 7 days and I haven't received anything yet. Refund MQ ID:[protected].
My account detail was attached with the complaint.
Got a mail yesterday, after my complaint, saying that the refund is initiated. Attaching the reference number.

    This is almost 5th time that I'm complaining about this ### Act broadband company, they take so much of money from poor people like me who puts some of his hard earned money to son of the ### companies like Act Broadband for internet service, but then they won't provide proper service, for the last two months I have been not getting internet, ### tell this and that reason, I have been paying 1600 every month, which is just getting wasted like that, they are enjoying our hard earned money, but then we are unable to enjoy there internet, I think companies like this should be shutdown so that poor people won't get into there trap, I think this company is located in rajajinagar. I know I'm helpless even after writing this, coz this is india, ### government is not at all worried about the common people out there, but then still I'm writing this, to feel that I'm doing something at least as a common man, I hope you understand my feeling, I'm hurt, if something happens to me, Act internet company is responsible for the inconvenience caused to me.

    It's been two months since I have disconnected the act connection, but then still I keep getting messages regarding the bill pay, I don't know what is wrong with you people, I insist you to stop sending me messages, else I'll file a serious complaint, I'm already pissed off with your service, please do not make me go to that extent.

      Act, one of the worst broadband service providers in the country. And it applies same to customer care also. Tell you the same story agin and again like your issue will resolve in 24 hours. Now to this message some of act guy also do the same thing. Friends don't make mistake of takin connection from act. They take money and they enjoy it. You won't get your money back and also you won't get internet connection

          I requested for connection on feb 17-2020. Agent of act came and took money for 3 months and promised me to give connection with in 2 days. I waited for 6 days but didnt get the connection. Fake promises while taking money. Then i called customer support for cancellation of account and refund my 3 months of money. I registered complaint on 23 feb 2020 to refund. Every day i had followed up calls with customer support, they say we will arrange a call with in 24 hours from refund team. Its been 15 days now, had to follow up with them daily, but no one is resolving this issue. Need my money back now. Pathetic experience with act. Nor gonna suggest this to new customer.

            Cz care has asked me to pay 3849/- for a three month subscription. However two days later they called and said there is no installation in my area and hence will refund the money.
            I had transferred the amount to them on 18th feb. Till today i haven't received any call or email from act regarding the refund status. When i called cx care they said the amount was already refunded back on 27feb. However when i checked my statement there is no amount credited. And now act is not responding to my emails as well

              The box on my premise had been since june 2016 and the connection is registered on my father's name. Recently i discovered that actcorp has never paid any discount until now.

              I had been following up with their customer care, nodal officer and appellate authority on this for more than a month now over the phone and emails but they always say they will give a call back and never do that. Everytime i raise a ticket with them they simply close it.

              I have all the proof with me of my repeated complaints to these guys, somebody please guide me on taking them to the consumer court. I do not just seek power discount now but also compensation for all the hassle i faced so far.

                I applied for new connection and paid amount on 27th feb 2020 and submitted all required documents. Act send a system generated form with account number and i received sms from act "we confirm receipt of rs:3750 via cheque towards act fibernet a/cno[protected].in case of queries pls call [protected] or [protected]."

                After all this payment and documents, no one has came for installation till date (Today is 5th mar 2020).

                Contacting act customer care every day and every time same answer sir we will finish this in next 24 hours.

                Called sale executive who took payment and collected document, he is not picking call nor replying.

                Action should be taken against the act.

I called executive they are said that we are look into this issue. Whenever i called they answered like that only. After that i raised complaint ticket no. Sr[protected].                     I was having ACT Rapid plus monthly plan.
                    On 18th Feb, the plan was changed automatically to a higher value Blaze 6months plans without any request from my side. At that time I was not at my home for 1 week.
                    When I noticed the same after coming back on 21st Feb, I requested for reversal of plan to ACT Rapid plus monthly which was done on 25th Feb.

                    Now the company is charging an amount for higher value blaze plan on prorated basis. I have raised request 6 times with the customer care and escalated the request multiple times but no one is willing to help.

                          I contacted the customer service on 14th of february around 2pm to enquire the details about reactivation of the account that i used to have earlier. My call was forwarded to their retention team and a gentleman named sunil from retention team has attended my call and has promised free shifting of connection from the previous place with an additional month of subscription, if i go for 6 months subscription. As i needed sometime to decide, i asked him to call me back on the same day evening, which i have never received. The next day (15th of february, 2020) i again contacted their support to know the reason why i have not received the call back. The lady who attended my call this time misunderstood my request as reactivation request where it was actually a call back request from the same person i have interacted earlier (Mr. Sunil) and has reactivated the account with the older plan and adding the shifting charges, without my consent. Since then i have been contacting to rectify this. And after a lot of struggle, mr. Sunil finally has contacted me and promised that he would be waiving off the charges levied and also that he would change the activation date as per my requirement along with free shifting. And, nothing happened as usual. As i am tired of calling them again and again, i finally gave up and requested for disconnection on 24th of feb, 2020. I was charged for the days i was not using it (When the connection is inactive) and was sent an invoice for the future month as well, which has totalled to rs.2029. Now, whenever i try calling them, none of the executives were able to provide me explanation and a gentleman named mr. Abhinav committed that i would not be charged. Now, i was sent settlement invoice with the same amount and even when i ask for a supervisor or a manager call back, they take the request every time and no one contacts me.

                            Amount 2891/- has been paid on[protected] for new internet connection but till now they have not provided from last 5 days they are replying that they will resolve the issue in 24 hrs but till now they couldn't able to resolve.
                            No one is responding to our query when we connected to customer care.
                            This is what they are providing the service to customer bagging the amount from customer and not providing the service.
                            I believe they are not capable to provide the service to the customer. But the hod-dings are like they are number one, yes they are grabbing the amount from the customers. they are number one.

                                Hello,

                                Without checking feasibility and minimum requirements executive named shekar his m-[protected] told me there is a proper feasibility and made me to pay 3months bill for new connection on 12th feb. After 3days installation team came and said there is high extension wire so cannot be provide connection, i called up executive and told me to cancel & refund the amount. From 15th feb till date, executive and customer service telling me will get credited back within 5days and finance team will call up for details. Now again i called up customer service and asked for status, the guys spoke to me said will take another 15days to get call back from finance team then they will ask for account details and proceed for further.
                                There is no proper response from executive nor customer service or anybody from act.

                                Kindly do the help on this.

                                  Hi iam a act fibernet user staying in rr nagar bangalore, i had raised a shifting request on 19th of feb 2020. I got a call on 20th feb 2020 asking for my new home location and the technician told that he will be there in 5mins. The ticket was expected to be closed by 26th feb 2020 and its 27th feb 2020 today, still no communication, no change in status. Daily iam calling the customer care they are telling that the ticket will be closed in 24hrs with high priority but no one reverts back. And my new home is just 2kms away from my old house. Please either give me a refund or try to resolve the ticket by the end of day.

                                    I have requested for a new connection and received following link for payment.

                                    "for the payment link dear customer your prospect number is xxxxxxxxxxx, use the below payment link to proceed with your payment https://fb7y.app.link/e/newpay?accountno=XXXXXXXXXXX"

                                    Using which i tried for payment and it failed thrice giving error response. But the money (Total of 7498*3 = 22494/-) is debited from the bank account and for the third transaction using credit card, it's reflected in statement as payment is made.

                                    Till this date i have made 10 calls and 2 mails regarding this. Every time they will open a ticket and in 2 days without any action they'll close the ticket mentioning issue is resolved.

                                    I opted for a new connection on 22/1/2021.i paid a sum of Rs.1968/- thru my credit card.On receiving my card statement i find i have been debited for the same amount twice paid to PAYTM.I am trying to resolve the issue but the staff at ACT are good at passing the buck and say only 1 amount has come to them.I have called i have sent email with card details but as is usual send a whatsapp message use this and that and no direct reply.i want my mobey back that is all.

                                      ACT sales person SURESH (Mobile No: [protected]) has consulted me regarding new connection and assured that it would be done with in 1 week. Its been more than 2 weeks now till now no one has consulted me back he has collected an amount of Rs.797/- . He will not respond to the calls after payment. The issue has been reported to ACT Customer care but i didn't get any confirmation on my refund till now. They have wasted my 2 weeks of time and now are not refunding the amount. Suitable action may be taken on the sales agent and also on ACT.

                                        I have been loyal to act fibernet for over three years now. Initially i was happy with the service being provided. Off late network outages are increasing. I haven’t been able to access internet for the past three days. I have raised complaints several times through app, through calls and even sent an email to the help desk. Despite several complaints i have not been provided a proper answer let alone providing a solution. Because of this issue my personal and professional life is getting negatively affected. Some of the customer support executives were even rude to me and used obscene words. Despite paying bills on time and being a good customer there is no customer satisfaction. This is the worst and most pathetic customer service i’ve come across. I want a solution to this issue
