I contacted the customer service on 14th of february around 2pm to enquire the details about reactivation of the account that i used to have earlier. My call was forwarded to their retention team and a gentleman named sunil from retention team has attended my call and has promised free shifting of connection from the previous place with an additional month of subscription, if i go for 6 months subscription. As i needed sometime to decide, i asked him to call me back on the same day evening, which i have never received. The next day (15th of february, 2020) i again contacted their support to know the reason why i have not received the call back. The lady who attended my call this time misunderstood my request as reactivation request where it was actually a call back request from the same person i have interacted earlier (Mr. Sunil) and has reactivated the account with the older plan and adding the shifting charges, without my consent. Since then i have been contacting to rectify this. And after a lot of struggle, mr. Sunil finally has contacted me and promised that he would be waiving off the charges levied and also that he would change the activation date as per my requirement along with free shifting. And, nothing happened as usual. As i am tired of calling them again and again, i finally gave up and requested for disconnection on 24th of feb, 2020. I was charged for the days i was not using it (When the connection is inactive) and was sent an invoice for the future month as well, which has totalled to rs.2029. Now, whenever i try calling them, none of the executives were able to provide me explanation and a gentleman named mr. Abhinav committed that i would not be charged. Now, i was sent settlement invoice with the same amount and even when i ask for a supervisor or a manager call back, they take the request every time and no one contacts me.

    Amount 2891/- has been paid on[protected] for new internet connection but till now they have not provided from last 5 days they are replying that they will resolve the issue in 24 hrs but till now they couldn't able to resolve.
    No one is responding to our query when we connected to customer care.
    This is what they are providing the service to customer bagging the amount from customer and not providing the service.
    I believe they are not capable to provide the service to the customer. But the hod-dings are like they are number one, yes they are grabbing the amount from the customers. they are number one.

        Hello,

        Without checking feasibility and minimum requirements executive named shekar his m-[protected] told me there is a proper feasibility and made me to pay 3months bill for new connection on 12th feb. After 3days installation team came and said there is high extension wire so cannot be provide connection, i called up executive and told me to cancel & refund the amount. From 15th feb till date, executive and customer service telling me will get credited back within 5days and finance team will call up for details. Now again i called up customer service and asked for status, the guys spoke to me said will take another 15days to get call back from finance team then they will ask for account details and proceed for further.
        There is no proper response from executive nor customer service or anybody from act.

        Kindly do the help on this.

          Hi iam a act fibernet user staying in rr nagar bangalore, i had raised a shifting request on 19th of feb 2020. I got a call on 20th feb 2020 asking for my new home location and the technician told that he will be there in 5mins. The ticket was expected to be closed by 26th feb 2020 and its 27th feb 2020 today, still no communication, no change in status. Daily iam calling the customer care they are telling that the ticket will be closed in 24hrs with high priority but no one reverts back. And my new home is just 2kms away from my old house. Please either give me a refund or try to resolve the ticket by the end of day.

            I have requested for a new connection and received following link for payment.

            "for the payment link dear customer your prospect number is xxxxxxxxxxx, use the below payment link to proceed with your payment https://fb7y.app.link/e/newpay?accountno=XXXXXXXXXXX"

            Using which i tried for payment and it failed thrice giving error response. But the money (Total of 7498*3 = 22494/-) is debited from the bank account and for the third transaction using credit card, it's reflected in statement as payment is made.

            Till this date i have made 10 calls and 2 mails regarding this. Every time they will open a ticket and in 2 days without any action they'll close the ticket mentioning issue is resolved.

            I opted for a new connection on 22/1/2021.i paid a sum of Rs.1968/- thru my credit card.On receiving my card statement i find i have been debited for the same amount twice paid to PAYTM.I am trying to resolve the issue but the staff at ACT are good at passing the buck and say only 1 amount has come to them.I have called i have sent email with card details but as is usual send a whatsapp message use this and that and no direct reply.i want my mobey back that is all.

              ACT sales person SURESH (Mobile No: [protected]) has consulted me regarding new connection and assured that it would be done with in 1 week. Its been more than 2 weeks now till now no one has consulted me back he has collected an amount of Rs.797/- . He will not respond to the calls after payment. The issue has been reported to ACT Customer care but i didn't get any confirmation on my refund till now. They have wasted my 2 weeks of time and now are not refunding the amount. Suitable action may be taken on the sales agent and also on ACT.

                I have been loyal to act fibernet for over three years now. Initially i was happy with the service being provided. Off late network outages are increasing. I haven’t been able to access internet for the past three days. I have raised complaints several times through app, through calls and even sent an email to the help desk. Despite several complaints i have not been provided a proper answer let alone providing a solution. Because of this issue my personal and professional life is getting negatively affected. Some of the customer support executives were even rude to me and used obscene words. Despite paying bills on time and being a good customer there is no customer satisfaction. This is the worst and most pathetic customer service i’ve come across. I want a solution to this issue

                  I applied for new connection and paid amount on 18th feb 2020 and submitted all required documents. Act send a system generated form with account.

                  After all this payment and documents, no one has came for installation till date (Today is 23rd feb 2020).

                  I have already called act customer care many times and every time same answer sir we will finish this in next 24 hours.
                  Called sale executive who took payment and collected document, he has not provide right information.

                    Had raised the connectivity as an issue "sr[protected]" on 13-feb. It was suppose to be addressed by 14-feb by 16:00 as per their message.

                    An engineer came only on 15-feb and said a personal booster is required and said he will be returning in 10 minutes but it never happened (Didn't turn back) and on 16-feb around 15:30 two engineers came and said we need to fix a junction box at my home as the junction box that is currently located (At a house) has some bank notice displayed. I clearly denied the fixture of junction box at my home as a safety concern (Hope it is understood).

                    I requested the neighbor house was referred by me and you could get a connection from there or provide a personal booster installed exclusively to me so that i continue without interruption until a solution is obtained.

                    Had received a call on feb 17th and was assured to get the connectivity available by the same day or next day either via a booster (Even i have accepted to bare the cost) or an option (Which will be examined) to get the connection without the personal booster but all had received was a sms and an email on feb 20th saying the server issue will be solved on the same day but nothing has happened till now.

                    This is 9th day without connectivity.

                    If you have issue in giving connectivity please let me know and kindly state the reason why you cannot provide connectivity and can go ahead with other service provider. This is annoying and the support and treatment received to a long term genuine customer.

                    Engineers came around 17:30 and have given the copper connection from different switch. This would have been way better and expected to get the solution within the ETA, 8 days in total without the internet in this cycle. Thanks for the help.

                      Act fibernet is getting worse day by day

                      After registering the complaint they are not caring the customer

                      The support call center always has some issues

                      Whenever internet issue is there the support line also wont work

                      They will send the message with ticket number of the issue
                      And it will be fixed by this time

                      They never attend the issue in time

                      Only god knows when the issuess will be fixed

                      Fluctuations in the speed of the network is irritating.

                        pathetic service and closure of tickets without. resolution

                        Absolutely pathetic, un professional useless and impotent company. False promises to deliver high speed internet and doesn't even have the infrastructure to support it. Since months i've been facing a lot of connectivity issues, always without any resolution they close the ticket from their end. I've been conned by the company everytime. I leased their connection since atleast more than 10-12 years. The problem remains the same everytime....

                        I am really frustrated with the act customer service. I paid rs. 1000 as a reconnection offer for which the service representative said you will get internet service for 2 months. That is for january and february 2020. I paid the bill on 7th january. But from 7th of february my internet speeds reduced and after that on 11th february connection is suspended with a reason “non payment of bill”. I raised a service request and i clearly mentioned the issue and also informed them to escalate it and check for a quick resolution as that would affect my office work. Even after 24 hours i did not receive a call back. The next day i called them asking for a resolution in 10 minutes and i will not hang up the call till the issue is resolved and then they reactivated my account immediately. But today 17th february, i received a message saying my account will be suspended tonight. Do i have to follow up multiple times even after payment of bill?

                        And i don’t even get the terminology of act. They say i did not pay the bill. This is a prepaid service and why do they say i have bills pending?

                          This complaint is regarding the very poor connectivity with act fibernet whcih they cheat people by saying it with basic plan 40mbps. Actually you may get 15-25mbps for which you need to raise "n" number of complaints to reach the speed which you actually opted. Request people not to opt for such internet service provider in this generation. I will mention the complaints that i have registered and people for name sake they act like they are working towards the complaints and they just close the ticket stating issue resolved which indeed doesn't. I have raised more than 15 tickets within a month since i taken the connection, with this you will understand the services they provide.

                          I have raised more than 15 complaints. Am really not sure what exactly the team in Coimbatore does. Are they really take the issue seriously ? I seen many tickets closed within a min without actually being issue resolved. Also I have stated the same to Nodal as well Appellate team of Mr.Vijay & Mr Suresh.

                          Does ACT really work on customer issues ? Is this the customer service ? I have been a pro longed customer of ACT since been in Chennai and Bangalore. But is surprising to see such disgusting service in Coimbatore.

                          If this way you handle customer, am pity sure you will lose a large number of customers in span of time.

                          It shows clearly about the customer service of Act fibernet.Very very poor and worst customer service ever seen.People who are in requirements of broadband, please don't opt for act and feel for it in future.

                            I have been using act and asking for the free telugu news channel 99%tv. It is the primary motto of act to provide customer required channels as per trai. But act digital tv is denying to provide this. Apart from this i emailed trai ccing act but no proper response. I am not sure whether the issue can be resolved or not which is the main objective of trai to direct act to provide this channel.

                                Hello there, i have registered for the new connection on feb 2nd and today is feb 14 still no technician has called yet for installation, what kind of service is this?
                                . I have called customer care more than 10 times and they just give ans as 24 hours. You think we are some kind of joke to you? I have already gave permission of installing the box in our bulding, but evertime customer care says we are looking to place the box in the area. I dont understand, whn i already gave the permission to install in our building, why the hell you guys are giving lame reasons?

                                  Act broadband... I disconnected my service in the 2nd week of jan, followed which i received disconnection email and a collection team who collected money on pro rata basis.. Was informed my connection will be disconnected in 24 hr.. I got a few feedback calls in the following days.. But the shocker started on feb2nd, when they generated a bill. I called cs team and informed their mistake, they acknowledges the same on the call, but on next 48 he's they sent a mail mentioning my request to disconnect was denied.. They insisted me on paying the bill, which i refused!.. Am continiesly harresed thereon from their collection team..

                                  Initially when I took ACT service for 3months plan, I was promised to give month wise splitted bill for each month.
                                  Now they are denying to provide the bill month wise.

                                    I applied for new connection and paid amount on 5th feb 2020 and submitted all required documents. Act send a system generated form with account.

                                    After all this payment and documents, no one has came for installation till date (Today is 11th feb 2020).

                                    Caf no :[protected].

                                    I have already called act customer care 3 times and every time same answer sir we will finish this in next 24 hours.
                                    Called sale executive who took payment and collected document, he is not picking call nor replying.
                                    Sales executive contact no : [protected]

                                    Action should be taken against the act.

                                    Called customer care of ACT, no update is shared. 10th Feb 2020 they said 24 hours it will take. 11the Feb it was 48 hours. Today it has become 72 hours.

                                    Action should taken against ACT for this carelessness.

                                    Did you people read the entire message or you simply follow parrot fashion. If you have read my entire message, you would have seen I have already shared my CAF no.

                                    This shows how much you care about your customer. Please try to attend your customer problem not simply on process.
                                    Very poor response, till date no one has came from ACT.
                                    Payment for 6 month is done. Someone please help me on this. No one from ACT is answering.

                                      Hi this is bhupesh from hyderabad.
                                      There are multiple complaints. But not resolving fully and complaint closing without confirmation.

                                      1. Act broadband using power connection for their module from my flat. As discussed it was rs. 150 power subsidy, but only provided 100.

                                      2. Not given option to select different plan other than existing plan while renewal.

                                      3. They are not providing prior intimation while renewing my connection and connection expire date.

                                      I am requesting you please take action against on act broadband, help to resolve issues as early as possible.

                                      Please call me to resolve issue..
                                      Why can't I change(downgrade) my plan?
                                      There is only one option to upgrade.
                                      If I want to change monthly or yearly plan also no option.
