not able to log into act broadband for last 2 days

I took 6 months subscribtion just 4 days back. And i could connect only for 2 days without any problem. It always shows alert symbol on my network icon. I'm not able to login to act fibernet login

I need to connect to office very frequently from home. This connection is making me feel like a bad choice.

Please help me with immediate resolution of possible for you to ever solve it.

Issues i face with your service

# takes 10 or more days to resolve issues.
# no contact details of local technician.
# tl does not pick up customer calls.
# no response from local technician when a complaint is registered.
# ticket gets updated to resolved state without actually resolving...

act fibernet is not providing proper service to customers

I had an issue of no internet on sunday i. E 6 oct 2019 after multiple follow ups and calls they resolved this issue on wednesday i. E on 9 oct 2019. Bad part is again i am facing issue of no internet on saturday i. E 12 oct 2019.
Looks like actfiber is not paying any importance to customer satisfaction or interest.
Now again i called to customer care. The are saying it will take 48 hr again to resolve this issue.

about my internet connection

I have paid my bill but there is no reconnection since 24 hrs. There i have paid my last bill on september 14 for 1 month of 501/- package but they suspended my connection on october 12 there means only 28days of network is given. Daily atleast 3-4 hrs of slow internet to save their data overall. Please take serious action against them to improve their services....

service and internet connectivity is to bad

I took act fiber net connection first one week it was working good, after that daily there is issue in the internet, i need to wait for more that one hour to book complaint, after two days the service executive came he said i need to wait for two days till now nothing as happened

I paid 3800 for new installation of new connection from act broadband. First 2 days they told box is full need to put new box it will take 7 days. Now its already 15 days still i dint get any connections or updates what is happening. I called 5 times to customer care and raised ticket with high priority.
I have not received any connection or updates till now. I have not seen this much of worst services.

complaint on customer care person being polite to the customer in telephonic conversation

Customer care person was impolite to the customer during the telephonic call which was regarding the payment of the act bill.
She asked me to pay the bill immediately. As i was travelling i requested her that i will pay by evening, for which she was inconsiderate and was very impolite.

internet service hyderabad

I have opted for internet sevice. The act people took the money for registration. Post that it was really difficult to get the connection installed. After 2 days when the connection got installed the very next day the connection got cut. It's 10 days now and action has been taken. Every day a technician visits and return saying nothing can be done....

worst service

I am not getting internet from 2 days.
After complaining they gave me a ticket no. And told my problem will be resolved in 48 hours. But no action taken. The problem is not solved. I unnecessarily payed 1 year subscription to act fibrenet. Is there any method for getting my amount back so that i can get rid of act fibrenet. To call customer care i have to waited more than 15 mts que to get an answer.

Worst customer service provider. Customer care representative informed and raised refund process as my internet is disconnecting frequently. Account department is saying there would be no such process. Becoz of that wrong commit given by customer care rep, i have took new broadband. Who is responsible for my paid money and why they are playing with customers.

I have booked a connection on act fibernet, a representative called me and asked for documents on whatsapp and made a promise that connection will be activated in two days on the 2nd day i got an otp from act, that guy called me and asked for otp after then he is not responding to my calls and texts. Since when they have started collecting documents over what's aap, are they really supposed to do that....

I enquired for act fibernet connection on 3 october, they came the same day, took the money but now it has been 8 days they are not giving me the connection. my internet is not working

I have an act fiber net connection and it's having frequent disconnects. Created 7 tickets in a single month but still no response from act.

They close the tickets without even checking with the customer if the issue resolved or not. If this is the way you have to provide service then please don't provide.
