The issue that I have experienced was: Till 12th of Mar 2020, Probably I had 30-40GB left and in next three days I was not in home. I came back on 16th and I see that hardly 5GB was there and on 17th, I had 0 GB. Let me remind you that I paid the bill on 14th Mar 2020. Anyway, I had call to customer card and asked how to upgrade few GB. She asked to to buy few GB based on my requirement and so I bought 20Gb on 17th Mar. Now from 17th to today, I have not watched a single movie, web series neither in my mobile nor in my laptop. Might be one or two video in youtube but that does not mean that i have used all 20GB in youtube in just 2 and half days. Where did all my data disappear? Yesterday 7GB disappeared automatically. When I called to customer care, agent Inder Singh told me that sir you have only used all data. How foolish answer is that. I still had 2GB and except writing this email, I was not using my wifi, but now I see that, that 2GB also disappeared. This is pathetic service. Thorough out the month I will be working from home. If till today afternoon 5PM, I do not get any positive response then on Sunday, I will move to different service. After that do not call me and irritate me. I hope this email will be taken seriously, because I am writing it seriously.
