Hi team,

I made an order for broadband installation on 19th march 2020. But i haven't received the connection yet. I tried to contact the agent but he is not answering the call and i tried to contact his team lead prem t. Nagar branch and he is not helpful as well. He is not giving important to consumer. What i request is to provide a connect at the earliest.

    Hello,
    This is vamsi krishna.
    I'm done with the booking and payment for act fiber net.
    This is the. Its been 5 days and sales person who done my transaction is switched off the phone.
    Raised ticket in first place sr[protected] service person ramana who visits my home and went back stating switch need to install and will bring and conplwt the installationy tommoro (Monday). Monday he lift the call and said that we can't give connection and u talk to sales person who is not reachable.
    Cc team simply read out apology lines... Twitter support as well not responding... Where should i go now... Nodal and applate also not responding to my mails.
    Completely no respect, no trust worthy and ruin my wfh.

    Along with this for the Month of February, I made a payment 2500+ INR towards monthly payment, for which they said it was declined but money was deducted . To avoid connection termination, i had to make the payment again of same amount. Later, following up on first payment, they said it's refunded by them, but it's more than 30 days, it hasn't reflected in my account.

      Hi,
      I have raise below ticket and don't see any response from act either over mail or phone.
      None of them tried to reach even after several chase-up over phone, twitter, mail.

      There service help desk number seems is dead, there is no response at all.

      I am not sure what kind of pathetic service they are providing in this crisis situation where everyone is relied over good internet service.

      Can you please take action against it??

          It’s been 7 days since I have escalated to ACT due to Internet issue in my locality till now there is no response from the team. Each time I call the customer care they are making false promises / Avoiding our issue.

          Ticket # SR[protected] was raised on Thursday and it was excepted to close on Friday with in 7 pm IST.

          On last Friday I have called the customer care they told me it will be resolved by evening but it was not.

          Again I called the customer care on Saturday morning they assured to fix the issue by afternoon 3 pm.. but no action taken when I followed up with the team they told it will take another 24 hours.

          Now it’s been been 24 hours !!
          I don’t know how to respond to this negligence.

          I know due to outbreak of Corona Virus whole country is effected, In order avoid the infection/Social gathering we are working from Home !!

          But due to your negligence we are unable to meet our client deadlines. Please do take responsibility/ Ownership for what your doing and fix the issue in our area or else will have to escalate this to higher authority.

          Even I have attached the screenshot of my call history for your reference which states how many times I have reached customer care.

              I'm an existing act account user for 3 years.
              I have raised service request sr[protected] on 12th march 2020 for gx device installation for separate network connection in my premises.

              I have done the payment on 14th march 2020 for the same.

              19th march 2020 was provided as due date for completing the setup.
              But till now (25th march 2020), installation was not completed and waiting for internet connection.

              On making multiple calls to customer care everyday, i was getting the same response as "your issue escalated to next authority level and give us 24 hrs to resolve the issue. We will make sure the field technician to give you a call back". But got no call back from anyone. Feeling frustrated as im managing my work from home with the mobile network i have.

                I spoke to act fibernet customer service person and they promised me to give internet connection within 48 hours if i pay for 6 months plan. But soon after i have paid the amount they stoped answering my calls so i would like to request for a money refund and order cancellation

                  I've been trying to submit the documents for a new connection of act fiber net, hyderabad.
                  The web page doesn't respond properly and im not able to submit the documents... So i want a refund of my money of 1000rs..
                  It doesn't even show what's wrong with the documents all bloody nonsense.. Fed up trying to upload them.. It will be good if money is refunded

                    I applied for an act broadbandnew connection. At the time of subscription i have been assured by your sales team that installation and activation will be done within 48 hours. Based on the assurance i opted for work from home.

                    I would like to bring it to your notice that even after week time team has not given me the connection and i am getting a assurance from customer care that it will be done shortly (Getting same response from past few days). The sales guy who gave me assurance is not picking my call from past 3 days.

                    Need your kind intervention to get the new connection so that i can support my office activities from home so that i can keep my family safe from corona infection.

                      Hi team,

                      I have ordered act fibernet new connection today (Prospect id
                      #[protected] with actcrop company through their app on 15th march and paid the amount rs.14995/- for 12 months on the same day. Pfa order summary/documents for your reference.

                      Thereafter, the same day their sales executive have contacted me and confirmed that there is no service/support for my location and asked him to contact their helpdesk team for refund. Hence, i have dropped an email to act fibernet helpdesk to refund my amount but no response from them till now about my amount refund topic.

                      I have sent several remainder mails as well but no response from helpdesk team and also i tried to reach out them through 24/7 helpdesk number but could not.. Its always saying like that "customer care executive busy".

                      Now, 9 days have completed after i have complaint but refund is not happened till now.

                      Please request actcorp company to refund my amount the earliest.

                      Hi Consumer complaints team,

                      Actcorp have not refund my amount till now. Already 15 days completed but no action from Actcorp side to refund my amount.

                      First time Actcorp replied my email after 15 days and they are saying that wait for 2-3 weeks and will provide new connection. This is not acceptable because the day one (March 15th)Actcorp executive called me after I request new connection and told me that there is no service/support for my location and also he asked me to reach out helpdesk to refund. I also sent mail me to heldesk on the same day.

                      Actcorp heldesk have not respond for my email for 15 days. Today they have replied and asking me to wait for 2-3 weeks for new connection.PFA email from actcorp today. This is not good.

                      As per Actcorp executive confirmed, I have requested Actcorp helpdesk to refund my money. But till now they have not refund my amount.

                      Actcorp is simply raised (pls refer attachment) the Service Request (SR) themselves to refund my amount and also no body contacted me to collect account / bank details till now and also refund not happened till now but they have closed the Service Request (SR) with out refund the amount.

                      It looks like these actcorp mails are cheating emails. Pls refer the attachment-2.

                      Hi Actcorp,

                      Actcorp have just sent an email to me stating that "Subject: SR closure:Dear Customer, Your service request pertaining to your refund is resolved. Thank you. Regards Team ACT.".

                      However, Actcorp is not refund my amount.. Please refund my amount.

                      Also please don't send email like " Resolved" with out resolving the problem. This is not good manner.

                        Knowing the fact that we're working from home, we have paid for 6 months in advance at the starting of march and its about end of march, there's no call, no botheration from act side to send someone to setup the connection.

                        I have never seen such an irresponsible company with even more irresponsible people working.

                        Mr. Parth bishwas, i have tagged you even on twitter to bring this to your notice that everytime we call, your customer service people disconnect the call as they're well aware that no quality monitoring is happening due to corona outbreak. They've misused the trust.

                        I need this to be resolved asap!!!

                        Kindly intervene. We can't talk over the phone coz of continuous disconnects from your cs teams end. Please review all sr numbers. The connections is on my husband's name i. E gaurav malhotra.

                          Due to corona spread in india my office management has asked me to do work from home. Unfortunately i opted act fiber net in hyderabad, telangana, india. I have paid full money for new connection and its been 3 days now. They have not provided the net connection and their call center numbers are no more working. Service executive are not replying my phone calls.
                          The hyderabad government has announced lock down from tomorrow. I dont know how they will provide internet connection. Government has kept internet service active.
                          Now question is of my job, i cant login from home.

                            The issue that I have experienced was: Till 12th of Mar 2020, Probably I had 30-40GB left and in next three days I was not in home. I came back on 16th and I see that hardly 5GB was there and on 17th, I had 0 GB. Let me remind you that I paid the bill on 14th Mar 2020. Anyway, I had call to customer card and asked how to upgrade few GB. She asked to to buy few GB based on my requirement and so I bought 20Gb on 17th Mar. Now from 17th to today, I have not watched a single movie, web series neither in my mobile nor in my laptop. Might be one or two video in youtube but that does not mean that i have used all 20GB in youtube in just 2 and half days. Where did all my data disappear? Yesterday 7GB disappeared automatically. When I called to customer care, agent Inder Singh told me that sir you have only used all data. How foolish answer is that. I still had 2GB and except writing this email, I was not using my wifi, but now I see that, that 2GB also disappeared. This is pathetic service. Thorough out the month I will be working from home. If till today afternoon 5PM, I do not get any positive response then on Sunday, I will move to different service. After that do not call me and irritate me. I hope this email will be taken seriously, because I am writing it seriously.

                              My desktop motherboard, new wifi router and wifi adapter are damaged (Unable to power on) due to high power fluctuation in act fibernet on saturday.
                              Service representative visited the site confirmed that there was high power fluctuation on the act broadband wire because of rain/thunder storm which caused damaging the wire, port and other devices connected including the router and computer.
                              I am using act for high speed internet...

                              I had opted for new connection and i paid an amount rs.4543/- for 6 months plan on 18-mar-20. I have been speaking with act fibernet customer care but there was no action from them. They told that my contact number is not registered in the act fibernet your system. Hence they cannot take complaint as well.

                              I have given the payment reference number[protected]. As per the reference number all the details like my contact number and payment details are available in the system. They have been informing me that local representative shall call me in 24hrs and i have been waiting for that 24hrs since 5 days.

                              No one from act was bothered to address my concerns inspite of repeated follow ups. Even i had sent escalation mails to next level of nodal officer and appellate authority even though there was no response and no action from them.

                              The worst thing is after making the payment also i am not getting the service which is very pathetic.

                              Neither act has to provide the internet connection without further delay or act has to refund my amount with penalty.

                              This kind of response i never faced. Customer service is very worst.

                                    Worst fibernet provider in visakhapatnam (Vizag). I took act fibernet connection 20days back and suffering from day 2. Complained thrice but there is no response from 2nd and third complaint. Finally requested for cancellation and refund. You can see the screenshots attached with this complaint. Then you will come to know mobile data is far better than this act fibernet.

                                      Hello i am an existing customer of act fibernet. I am shifting my residence another apartment complex were they already have the feasibility and networking installed. Why do you charge for shifting in that case.? What is the logic behind this?

                                      The charges the customer care said for this is rupee 650, while we already have the cables installed inside the house each room by the builder what is this cost for?...
