I had requested for a new internet connection and made a online payment of 7498 rupees on October 2nd. From the sales person team they told that there is no possibility of giving new connection in my residential area because there is an operator problem.

Trying to reach out to the customer care, via email, via Twitter and phone calls but no one is helping to get my amount refunded.ufortunately i am not getting any response to my emails and in twitter as well.

I'm frustrated with the ACT customer care people and they are not responding to refund my money and almost 24 days is completed.

Can you please help me to get my amount refunded.

    I had registered a complaint on 23rd sept regarding removal of the box. They informed me it will be done in a week's time. I was then told to clear my previous dues because i want to disconnect the connection as well. I cleared my dues. Now they have reconnected and charged me when i have never even used their connection!
    Act team is not responding and keep on delaying the request for disconnection. It has been more than a month now and they are cheating me telling i never requested to remove the junction box! It is connected to my flat which i am vacating.

    Please look into the matter asap!

      Hi,

      This is a very unprofessional services from act net. While giving connection representative (Ahmed +91-[protected]) followed like anything. After taking connection on 26-july, it got activated in 3 days and worked fine for 1 month.

      We started suffering from september mid and raised complaint on 21-sept-19, complaint number assigned "sr[protected]".

      Now it is more than a month that complaint registered but no issues, staff of act net is pathetic, no courtesy, attitude, rude.

      As others mentioned, disconnection request already raised but they are not fixing the issue nor returning money. This is a worst company took services.

      I want my money back, as in educational institution it is causing a great problem in my operations.

        I request for relocation of my connection on 3rd of Oct 2019 till now no one turned up, made many calls to customer care, even talked with there manager and he gave me the assurance to get the issue resolved by 17th of Oct 2019 but no response from them till now, I did not expected this from ACT connection, my Ticket #[protected]

          It’s very bad experience to me with the act fibernet company.

          I took a new connection on friday (18/10/2019) exactly at 4:45 pm for the plan rs.1458/-, the sales executive told me the installation will be done in a day.

          Saturday – i waited for the whole day nothing done form your end, not even a call or message, i called to the salesperson and informed him about the urgency that i am working from home.

          He replied me the installation will be done on sunday.

          Also, i raised a ticked by calling your customer service executive.

          Sunday – around at 10 o clock again i called to the tollfree and reminded them, the executive informed me they already escalated the issue and it will be fixed by 5:00pm.

          At 2 o clock 2 of the technicians came and said there is no box available nearby my house, is i am the responsible to check the box is available nearby my house or it is the responsible of your salesperson.

          I informed the same to the sales guy and he spoke with someone and said the box is available he is goin to send other field technicians.

          They came at 6 o clock after they connected the wire to my router and told me stand near by the router to check the lan light is blinking or not and they left my house promising they are configuring the box with in 15 min. I was literally standing infornt of router for 45min and called to the technicians 10 times no response, that means they made me fool.

          You guys are playing with customer after taking money.

          You don’t even have proper communication between any one of your teams.

          Such a worst and bad experience and wasted my time like anything.

          Finally, i called to the nodal officer ([protected]), she promised me that will be fixed by eod.

          If it is not done, i want my money back by end of the day. I don’t want this headache anymore.

            I am very sure that act broadband tampers with fup usage. I am the only user and have a package of 350 gb. It is impossible for me to use the entire amount. Today is the 21st and act says that my fup is exhausted. I checked my account, and it shows downloads as 180 gb and uploads at 170 gb!!!

            It is impossible that i have uploaded this much data as i only sent emails and use whatsapp.

              We have been facing many issues with beam act internet since 1 year and issue is getting resolved after 2 to 3 days of complaint. We have taken 6 months subscription and whenever we ask for disconnection and refund they are either disconnecting calls or telling some stories.

              One of the worst part is we need to spend hours of hours to get our call connected to the customer care and also we need to call using our registered mobile no. Only.

              We aer fed up with this service and hence request to take necessary action and provide justice users like us.

                I am fed up of act internet services. There is frequent internet disconnection and tried reaching their service care. They keep us waited for 15-20 mins. Once the executive picks the phone he transfers the call and then they disconnect the call. This happened always. They have a mobile number to register complaint but of no use. No response from them. Frustrated with their service. Big time cheating people

                  The internet is not working since 5 days and no action is taken. This happens every month and still nothing is done by the incompetent people working for act.
                  These people don't work on weekends. We are it professionals who need to work from home and because of act we lost so many days worth of money, time and energy.
                  The app is not responsive and shows resolution date in the past. The customer care is pathetic. The nodal office people are also bunch of # sajala vasu and one babita.

                    There was 2 days of delay in making payment (Instead of 10th, i made the payment on 12th october) as i was travelling.
                    By this time my account had been suspended.
                    From 13th october 2019 onwards i am calling the customer service at least twice a day and listen to the same story that we have received the payment and within 1-2 hours your account will get activated.
                    After 7 days also my account is still suspended.
                    I wonder how would act survive with such lousy service once jio fiber enters the market.

                      The company is not providing me refund for 3 months package that i booked for, but due to unavailabilty of connection in my area they were not apply to setup the connection. Its been more than 15 days since i lodged the complaint but still i havent received any call or mail from there side, the customer care is just giving false hopes that they will call in within 4 hours. But i havent recieved any call. Kindly take action on this as the customer care people are mannerless specificaly "habib" which he told us to say while lodging any sort of complaint it doesnt matter to him. This is the worst service provider service in entire bangalore area.

                        We've opted for the 6 months connection with act in kormangala 6th block on 14th october, 2019. Today is 18th october and since the last 4 days the internet connectivity goes off exactly at 6.30 pm and service is resumed the next day at 9 am in the morning.

                        We tried to contact their useless customer support team and it feels as if they are trained to lie to their customers and nothing else. Till now i have made more than 100 calls and not even one of those gave me the correct solution. For every call, the ticket has been raised but unfortunately, they close the ticket automatically in the evening without even addressing the problem.

                        Not sure how these type of companies are going to survive with such a pathetic support. Such a shame to see that even the higher management of act is useless and are not doing anything to resolve it.

                        We've wasted close to rs. 10, 000 and would request people to not trust their bangalore services. These guys are arrogant and big time liars.

                        I have opted ACT fibrernet (A Max 500) and paid 3425 Rs online and even i can't speak to any agent and they blocked my number as well when tried again and again but confirmed if i paid when contacted an agent after waiting for 25 mins in queue I Have tried for entire day, finally they said they are waiting for account to be created and will take more than 5 days :( I am very much disappointed.. now iam not even call to customer care, it's always busy and telling to call after some time.

                          I have raised internet disconnection on 9th oct 2019 (Today is 10th day). Everyday i am requesting/mailing to nodal officer (Blr), appellate authority (Blr) to resolve the issue. Every other day, i am calling to customer support team and begging them to resolve, still they are asking for 24 hours.                             Dear sir/madam,

                            I have raised the following service requests on 25 september and october 15, 2019. I have been facing the internet connectivity issue. The service requests gets closed without any intimation to the customer i have re-opened the call numerous times more than 15 times. Still the issue is not resolved.

                              I took connection from this so called internet service called "act fibernet". It is 5th instance in 4 months. When i reach the office to complaint they just say please wait for 24hrs, 48hours, it is so simple for them. If i try to call their customer service, which is way more worse than their service. It keeps you waiting for an hour before connecting someone. Just 1 week back i got the internet connection back. Here we go again, i lost it. It is like circle, i loose connection, they take a week or 10 days to get it back, after 10 days it again disrupts, again i complain. Please get your act together for heaven sake.

                                Act fiber internet is not working from last 1 week, eventhough ticket raised for the issue, no one is bothered after calling 10 times to customer support team, they are saying it will be resolved next day, but crossed the resolution time 4 days back and today closed the ticket mentioning issue resolved.
                                I again reopened and said issue is there, please tell your field officer to come and inspect the issue near the internet box, where cables are cut.

                                  I have ordered a WiFi router from these people and it's been more than two weeks and I have not received it.

                                  This is really the worst service.

                                  And one of my friends have raised a request for new connection and he got it within one day.

                                  So it's clearly visible that they just want new customers and will Never care about the existing ones.

                                    I have ordered a wifi router from these people and it's been more than two weeks and i have not received it.

                                    This is really the worst service.

                                    And one of my friends have raised a request for new connection and he got it within one day.

                                    So it's clearly visible that they just want new customers and will never care about the existing ones.

                                    Never experienced this kind of a service.

                                      1. From past 1 years service is very bad customer support doesn't understand the concerns raised from my side.
                                      2. Act box has been installed in next to my building and they are not providing power supply as they are tenant of the building and also they don't pay proper electricity bill which results in frequent disconnection of electricity connection from bescom.
                                      3. I have given solution to the customer support for this issue by shifting that act box to my building and i am ready to provide power supply.
                                      4. I have register complaint more than 5 times regarding this but today (17-sep-2019) support team has raised ticket for disconnection of my service
                                      5. I don't understand whether support team are in eager to remove customers from the service or they are not able to understand and resolve issue.
                                      6. Every time when i have an important task at my hand internet will be down its really frustrating.
                                      7. Last time when i had called support team, they gave me advice to take another internet service provider so that if act is down i can use different internet source

                                      My complain id SR[protected]. I registered the complain since 3 days as I unable to use internet but nobody attended it. They take the money well advance but don't provide services. Please take necessary action against them.

                                        Hi,
                                        Act has the worst customer care portal with even worst customer care representative. I have been incorrectly charged amount and even after raising tickets they never called to enquire. I tried calling multiple times and each time they told they will check and respond. But never got any call from them.
                                        It has pathetic service and don't bother about customer at all. I dropped a mail also to which I got automatic response saying issue will be addressed in 2 days but that is also a lie.

                                        Worst is App doesn't allow you to raise multiple tickets.

                                        They deactivated my account post last date but never worked on my issue.
                                        customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
