It’s very bad experience to me with the act fibernet company.
I took a new connection on friday (18/10/2019) exactly at 4:45 pm for the plan rs.1458/-, the sales executive told me the installation will be done in a day.
Saturday – i waited for the whole day nothing done form your end, not even a call or message, i called to the salesperson and informed him about the urgency that i am working from home.
He replied me the installation will be done on sunday.
Also, i raised a ticked by calling your customer service executive.
Sunday – around at 10 o clock again i called to the tollfree and reminded them, the executive informed me they already escalated the issue and it will be fixed by 5:00pm.
At 2 o clock 2 of the technicians came and said there is no box available nearby my house, is i am the responsible to check the box is available nearby my house or it is the responsible of your salesperson.
I informed the same to the sales guy and he spoke with someone and said the box is available he is goin to send other field technicians.
They came at 6 o clock after they connected the wire to my router and told me stand near by the router to check the lan light is blinking or not and they left my house promising they are configuring the box with in 15 min. I was literally standing infornt of router for 45min and called to the technicians 10 times no response, that means they made me fool.
You guys are playing with customer after taking money.
You don’t even have proper communication between any one of your teams.
Such a worst and bad experience and wasted my time like anything.
Finally, i called to the nodal officer ([protected]), she promised me that will be fixed by eod.
If it is not done, i want my money back by end of the day. I don’t want this headache anymore.
