Iam having act broadband in bangalore.

This is a prepaid connection. I haven't recharged it since i don't need internet connection. One month, i was getting messages and also calls for disconnecting the connection. I confirmed to disconnect it from my end.
After a month, they opened for re-connection without my notice and then keep sending mails to pay due amount. I raised complaints many times, they are simply ignoring and closing the complaints without any resolution.

I am requesting them to waive off the amount 2586.29/- because i didn't ask them to reopen it and this is a prepaid broadband connection. So they shouldn't send mails and calls for the payment. Their calls and mails really annoying me.
Please help me.
