I have an act fiber net connection and it's having frequent disconnects. Created 7 tickets in a single month but still no response from act.
They close the tickets without even checking with the customer if the issue resolved or not. If this is the way you have to provide service then please don't provide.
My total utilization of this month is only 20 gb and i got a bill again asking to pay the amount. If the internet is not running properly why i should pay the amount.
You need to understand, having internet issues is a big problem, i am working from home most of the days in a week and facing a lot of issues due to this,
Please resolve this frequent disconnect issues, still, my internet is not working. Resolve it asap, else will definitely go for disconnection as i am frustrated now by following up multiple times calling customer care, but you are not helping.
