I have booked a connection on act fibernet, a representative called me and asked for documents on whatsapp and made a promise that connection will be activated in two days on the 2nd day i got an otp from act, that guy called me and asked for otp after then he is not responding to my calls and texts. Since when they have started collecting documents over what's aap, are they really supposed to do that.

    I enquired for act fibernet connection on 3 october, they came the same day, took the money but now it has been 8 days they are not giving me the connection. I called customer care several times but no one is bothered or doing anything. No technician receives the call, since past 8 days i'm calling them but no one is helping and no one receiving the call.

      I have an act fiber net connection and it's having frequent disconnects. Created 7 tickets in a single month but still no response from act.

      They close the tickets without even checking with the customer if the issue resolved or not. If this is the way you have to provide service then please don't provide.

      My total utilization of this month is only 20 gb and i got a bill again asking to pay the amount. If the internet is not running properly why i should pay the amount.

      You need to understand, having internet issues is a big problem, i am working from home most of the days in a week and facing a lot of issues due to this,

      Please resolve this frequent disconnect issues, still, my internet is not working. Resolve it asap, else will definitely go for disconnection as i am frustrated now by following up multiple times calling customer care, but you are not helping.

I have been facing zero internet connection since last 4days and repeatedly trying to contact your customer service and after hours of waiting on call only answer i get is it will be resolved by today for sure and then no one comes to fix the issue.               I took a act broadband connection on 10 sep, 2019 for a 6 month subscription and paid rs 5580. But due bad service no internet connection and pathetic customer care service i have disconnected my connection on 15 th sep, 2019. So i have raised a refund request on 15 th sep it self and from then every day connecting to customer care and asking for my refund. They just every time told me refund team will contact me and will get my refund with in 15 days. I have shared my ac details also to them. But till now no one contacted me from act and it seems a fraud company playing with our money. My registered mobile no with them was [protected] and account no[protected].

              From 15th September to till today I am following up with them every day but no result. Just false asurence that I will get my refund and their team will contact me next morning. But no one had contact me ever. Such company lisence should be banned and if I don't get my refund with in next week I confirm will drag them to court and will ask 100 times for than refund money for the harassment I have received last 21 days.

                disconnect issues and not responding to complaint

                I shifted to visakhapatnam recently and taken act fibernet connection and they promised me to give 50 mbps speed but after taking connection not even 1 time i didn’t get that speed and always speed issues and frequent disconnecting issues, complained so many times. Person is coming and by calling to someone iam getting the promised speed while the technician is at home after he left again same thing happening. These people are cheating...

                Poor customer service from act fibernet. Since from 29th sept 2019, i'm not getting internet service, so i've logged a compliant to act support service with sr no. Sr [protected] which is been open since then. I've paid the complete 6 months service amount start of the month. I'm having a continuous follow ups with act care, but issue is never got resolved and when i call act customer support team their giving the same answer will get it resolved soon. Today is 7th days delay since from complaint and no message updates for this delay there is no update and ignoring the customer service.

                Ticket raised with ACt (ticket number - SR[protected]) to transfer my connection to new address which is prepaid for 6 months since 20 days is still open. I have called the customer care number several times and I am promised every time that it will be resolved in 24 hrs but their 24 hrs never seems to come. The ticket on the app was to be resolved by 5th June 2020 but it’s now 20th June and I have not even so much received an update from them. All I do is keep calling and hear lies from them. The latest was to pay an additional 2200 for getting a direct link to my house since there is a live wire because of which connection cannot be provided. I made this payment too, and have receipt for the same and since then too another week has passed. ACT has been a scam fleeting people and fooling everyone. The worst most pathetic service and cheating liars who keep telling me 24hrs since 20 days.

                  All wire connection having perfectly but y connection not come don't know. I already complaint to customer care but not any one. Network symple showing world simple. I tried many more times to solving myself. Its all good but not come i dontknow. Error showing outside having some problems. I think wire anything damaged on outside of building.                     I just got enough of this "your issue will be resolved". They dont even have a perfect billing strategies. I have paid for 18+6 month package in june abt 12400 or something and due to its low connectivity i have opted for a upgrade to 100mbs plan which was indeed done with in a sec! And i used it for a month of aug - sep. They generated a bill of about 22000 of 18+6 mnths pack. Yes its fine but what about the money i had paid earlier?? For june[protected]. It was not deducted.. I called them and asked them to downgrade my plan as it was earlier so that bill will get adjusted. Noooo a big no.. They downgraded the plan and generated the bill of 15000+ for 18+6 pack.. I raised many tickets and i got the same response that it will be resolved.. They say that the bill is pending but they have emailed me newly generatdd samee bill now.. What the hell!! Where is the amount which i had paid for june 19-21!!! Yes i have used 100mbs plan for a mnth.. They would have charged it but how can it be 15000. Am not at all convinced with the bill nor with the act fibernet. Yesterday they said it will be resolved in 24 hours but no its not.. I am facing this issue since 25 sep and they have closed the ticket saying ur bill is in pending mam and the executive said yes how can it be 15000.. And generated the same bill on 2 oct so i had to raise a new ticket and now its 4 oct.. Am waiting for the issue to be resolved till 10 oct so that i dont have to face more inconvenience as its my due date for the payment.

                      I have duly complained with consumer court for refund of my money of rs 4576/- minus rs 1711.41 as the connection was completely disrupted and was not used by me. Since the password was known to all your officials i confirm that i have not utilised the connection and hence am eligible for the complete refund.

                      Please process the refund immediately.

                      You are the chairman of the company and hence you must intervene in the matter and do justice to me immediately failing which i will lodged a suit in the high court at coimbatore.

                          There is a connectivity issue near my place Bangalore (c v Raman nagar). I had raised a complaint and it was resolved without any resolution and my connectivity was not restored.

                          Apparently tried reaching the customer care and everytime the when my token reached 6, my call get disconnected? No proper channel or customer service.

                          You guys charge hell lot of many for the service, but couldn’t provide a proper supporting channel.

                          Pathetic services . kudos!!

                            I recently relocated from jayanagar and when asked for relocation act local persobbels said they don't have received box or something near my house. But they said take direct connection and when agreed for direct connection they gave me normal connection. And now they had receiver box for new connection. It has been 2 months now and 50% of time there is no internet connection. I feel like i am being scammed. This is really unprofessional behvior from act.

                              I have paid for new act blaze connection and paid for 3 months amount 3750 on 26 sep 2019 with commitment of 3 days to install. Till now no connection happened nor response from act. Daily i call and same story we will response by our backend team in 24 hours but no response yet. The sales guy in bangalore named nutan is not picking my call and later blocked it. Only fake promise they provide to get it resolved soon but no response itself. Today i raised a refund request. Act team, proceed with my refund money. I lost trust on you. Such a waste service and customer experience is worst.

                                You really have worst customer service. We have to. Wait for hours in your call to talk to customer care rep. Your app doesn't have all complaint options. Ridiculous. After waiting for hours the call will ve disconnected. We will be in half the way or closer to waiting queue n you people disconnect the call. When we call back again we will be on more than 30 waiting. Worst is not the word for your service. Either shut down the service or give good service when you are charging. You are not giving for free.

                                  I had logged a ticket bearing no. Sr[protected] for disconnection of broadband due to poor response from the customer support and the on field team regarding resolving the issue of "no internet". The ticket no. Sr[protected] was closed on sept 6. On sept 6, got a call from the no. [protected] offering 7 days free internet. I has confirmed to proceed with the disconnection.

                                  Now, i have received the bill for the full month. When asked the customer care, i have been informed that the connection is still active. It is pathetic that there is no communication between the teams.. Act has taken another disconnection requested yesterday. How can the connection be activated without consent? Why has the connection be activated when it has already been disconnected. Now i am getting multiple calls to give the full history.

                                  I got a call from Sunil informing that the field team has updated that the customer wants to continue the service. When asked for the data usage, he says that the billing is done based on activation and not on data usage. THIS IS PURELY LOOTING MONEY! SHAME ON ACT

                                  No revolution as yet. The bill generated for september is not payable by me as the connection was disconnected on sept6. They have activated without consent which i came to know only after bill generation.. this is pure looting!

It is your headache whether you resolve the issue or not. You do not even reply.God save you!

                                  This is hilarious now.. ACT has automatically registered a ticket No. SR[protected] and Rs. 250 has been waived off for Sept'19.. This means my connection is STILL ACTIVE!!! I have been repeatedly telling that as per the ticket No. Sr[protected], the connection was disconnected on Sept 06. Are you guys scamming?
                                  Why is my connection still active? Has there been any data usage? If so, please send report...

                                    I am Jay Gupta, We applied for ACT Fibernet in Hyderabad. Before applying we called to ACT customer care I told them my address they said our services are available there. So from the app, we book the appointment to install the services we paid 4628 rupees for some required hardware and 1-month recharge. Now they are saying our services are not there and they are not refunding our money. Our prospect ID is[protected]. We have called customer care many times. Every time they said any our sales representative will call you. But we are not getting any response.
