1. From past 1 years service is very bad customer support doesn't understand the concerns raised from my side.
2. Act box has been installed in next to my building and they are not providing power supply as they are tenant of the building and also they don't pay proper electricity bill which results in frequent disconnection of electricity connection from bescom.
3. I have given solution to the customer support for this issue by shifting that act box to my building and i am ready to provide power supply.
4. I have register complaint more than 5 times regarding this but today (17-sep-2019) support team has raised ticket for disconnection of my service
5. I don't understand whether support team are in eager to remove customers from the service or they are not able to understand and resolve issue.
6. Every time when i have an important task at my hand internet will be down its really frustrating.
7. Last time when i had called support team, they gave me advice to take another internet service provider so that if act is down i can use different internet source

Sincerely regret to inform you that my internet connectivity/relocating ACT box to my building is not resolved yet.

My complain id SR[protected]. I registered the complain since 3 days as I unable to use internet but nobody attended it. They take the money well advance but don't provide services. Please take necessary action against them.

    Hi,
    Act has the worst customer care portal with even worst customer care representative. I have been incorrectly charged amount and even after raising tickets they never called to enquire. I tried calling multiple times and each time they told they will check and respond. But never got any call from them.
    It has pathetic service and don't bother about customer at all. I dropped a mail also to which I got automatic response saying issue will be addressed in 2 days but that is also a lie.

    Worst is App doesn't allow you to raise multiple tickets.

    They deactivated my account post last date but never worked on my issue.

      I have made payment of Act internet service plan for 6months of 3310 on Oct5 2019 they said with in 48 hrs account will be activated but no response from Act on Oct 10 i raised a refund request Customer care executive said with in 48 hrs refund team would call me no response again i called on Oct 15 same story with in24 hrs refund will call back. Again same story on October 16 i spoke to customer refund team would call me back untill how many 24 hrs i have to wait.

      I did my request online you ACT rep came and begged to do it through him as it's his sales quota and he has a family to feed. I did it through him and paid him the money to help. The number he registered was wrong and now m unable to use the internet and he is not answering any of my calls.

      I want it resolved right away.

        The internet connection in my apartment is down since sunday and the company is not repairing it.

        I called them multiple times and raised complaints, but there is no resolution. First complaint was raised on sunday 13th oct - complaint no: sr[protected] and their resolution time was by 11am 14th oct.

        Today is 16th oct and till date the internet is not working and there is neither a callback nor response from the act fibernet team

        The complaint has been resolved after 4 days which means there was not connectivity for four days. But the company sent an invoice for the whole month!! How is that fair?
        Not working from afternoon so plz make sure whether the wire is connected or not .i want to connect

          Requested shifting of my connection on 29th september 2019. Today is 15th october. Company everyday promises resolution in 24hrs. Waiting for those 24hrs to come. Sr[protected]
          I thought, act was a responsible company, providing speedy resolutions, but with this experience, i would highly recommend not to go with this internet service provider.

            Sir we paid amount for net on 30 sept 2019 and disconnected on 10 oct 2019. While taking amount they said that net will last one month but they disconnected after 10days. When we are calling they are either not lifting or giving excuses. I request you to check it out and give proper explanation for the above reason and kindly refund us with the remaining 20 days internet facilities

              I took 6 months subscribtion just 4 days back. And i could connect only for 2 days without any problem. It always shows alert symbol on my network icon. I'm not able to login to act fibernet login

              I need to connect to office very frequently from home. This connection is making me feel like a bad choice.

              Please help me with immediate resolution of possible for you to ever solve it.

                Never go for this act fibernet (Criminal company) you guys better beg money or eat # for that.. No refund even after 20days. I have paid rs.2891 for act fibernet new connection, (Acc no.[protected]. Worst service and agents, after taking money.. They will never comeback. I'm fed-up calling daily to your customer care. Don't fall for their ads or agent promises better go for hathway or airtel. I'm really dissatisfied with this absolutely money laundering company.

                I have made a subscription for Internet connection and after 1 week nobody has come for the installation. Called the customer care 5 times. Nothing happened.
                It is not acceptable the delay and it is not acceptable the answers given by the customer care service.

                  I have been using act fiber net for like two years now. I must say i am not happy with your service.

                  Issues i face with your service

                  # takes 10 or more days to resolve issues.
                  # no contact details of local technician.
                  # tl does not pick up customer calls.
                  # no response from local technician when a complaint is registered.
                  # ticket gets updated to resolved state without actually resolving the issue.

                  Recent experience with your service

                  I requested for another connection for my brother. Paid installation charges upfront and submitted necessary documents. Its been more than 2 months now. Still connection was not yet given. When i call the guy whom i paid the charges, he does not pick up my call.

                  On oct 3 i registered a ticket saying net is not working. Expected resolution date was 4 october. Its been 10 days now. As-usual no response from act service.

                  I called local technicians (Rakesh [protected] chandu [protected]) like 100 times. They don t pickup customer calls. I mailed nodal team. The email response was pathetic. They just send simple mail saying sorry for inconvenience and they do nothing more. Its been more than 4 days since nodal officer ensured me that issue would be resolved very shortly.

                  I really wonder if there are any human beings working.

                  Do you have any ethics? Do you people have any commitment towards your customers?

                  This is so annoying, even after raising a ticket customer needs to chase you guys to check for the status.

                  Above all this things who the hell is going to pay me for 240 hours of down time.

                  Most unorganized and pathetic service provided by act.

                  I am thinking to file consumer complaint and make them pay down time.

                  My payment due date is on 10th of every month, however i receive payment reminders every day from 1st of month. But when it comes to your service there is no response. Such a worst and pathetic support i have ever seen.

                  I hope you understand now how bad your service is.

                  I am unable to fulfill my day to day job responsibilities because of your poor service.

                    I had an issue of no internet on sunday i. E 6 oct 2019 after multiple follow ups and calls they resolved this issue on wednesday i. E on 9 oct 2019. Bad part is again i am facing issue of no internet on saturday i. E 12 oct 2019.
                    Looks like actfiber is not paying any importance to customer satisfaction or interest.
                    Now again i called to customer care. The are saying it will take 48 hr again to resolve this issue.
                    They are cheating customers by providing poor service.
                    This looks like actfiber is cheating customers by taking money from customers and providing poor service.
                    Really unhappy with the response i got from customer care people.

                      I have paid my bill but there is no reconnection since 24 hrs. There i have paid my last bill on september 14 for 1 month of 501/- package but they suspended my connection on october 12 there means only 28days of network is given. Daily atleast 3-4 hrs of slow internet to save their data overall. Please take serious action against them to improve their services.

                          I paid 3800 for new installation of new connection from act broadband. First 2 days they told box is full need to put new box it will take 7 days. Now its already 15 days still i dint get any connections or updates what is happening. I called 5 times to customer care and raised ticket with high priority.
                          I have not received any connection or updates till now. I have not seen this much of worst services.

                          Sir, yesterday during heavy rain, i lost the wifi connection and while i tried morning for connection, i am getting message as internet not connected. And some times it is showing ur WAN is unplugged.

                            Customer care person was impolite to the customer during the telephonic call which was regarding the payment of the act bill.
                            She asked me to pay the bill immediately. As i was travelling i requested her that i will pay by evening, for which she was inconsiderate and was very impolite.

                            She asked me to pay the bill immediately. As I was travelling I requested her that i will pay by evening, for which she was inconsiderate and was very impolite.

                              I have opted for internet sevice. The act people took the money for registration. Post that it was really difficult to get the connection installed. After 2 days when the connection got installed the very next day the connection got cut. It's 10 days now and action has been taken. Every day a technician visits and return saying nothing can be done.

                              Hi All, I am trying to submit request for disconnection of ACT but the company is neither disconnecting it nor responding to me. Also they want me to pay next months bill though it is advance payment broadband connection. I do not wish to use ACT services. it has worst customer care services which never connects.

                                I was a customer of act and initial period of their servide was smooth. But since the launch of reliance jio and other competions, act wants to retain the customers through hook or crook. Act renewed my service without notifying me. When informed that i get a better deal in jio, they promised to talk to the concerned authorities for a better deal. But this went on for a month and finally i decided to continue the service for 6 months with act. But the website allowed only payment for 1 year. Alternatively they kept on charging for the complaint period also (I. E. Sep 2019). So its a double whammy. Now i ended up paying for 12 months of rs 14k in sep-2019. And on 1st oct i received another shock bill for rs.1028 asking to be paid for the month of sep. When complained, act says that my 12 month renewal period starts only from 1-oct. Escalation to nodal officer, appellate authority several times. But no action taken by act

                                I made a ticket of overcharged for not using any internet of a month. They offered a due date within which the ticket will be resolved. After the due date I found surprisingly that there is no record of ticket either in open or resolved tickets. Such a worst customer service I have ever found

                                  I am not getting internet from 2 days.
                                  After complaining they gave me a ticket no. And told my problem will be resolved in 48 hours. But no action taken. The problem is not solved. I unnecessarily payed 1 year subscription to act fibrenet. Is there any method for getting my amount back so that i can get rid of act fibrenet. To call customer care i have to waited more than 15 mts que to get an answer.

                                    I raised complaint for internet connectivity no service person came and resolve that issue we are experiencing this issue and no response from act broad band
                                    they customer support always not working
                                    1) i called customer care support number it is always saying you are in quee your call position is more than 30,

                                    2) I tried to send mail to act support they are not respond properly they will say our team will work on this just wait until they came (but they are not specified when they will come)

                                    3)At last i tried to contact Chat support that one also not working they just send static message

                                      I hage made a payment for plan upgradation for 6 months. They promised 1 month free and free wi-fi router. Also they said the plan will get upgraded only if i get the new router. Estimated time was 7 days. Today it's the 10th of october. They have been dodging me everyday saying the router is on the way to my home. It's illegal use of public fund in the name of offer.

                                        fail to avail a static ip
