I paid 3800 for new installation of new connection from act broadband. First 2 days they told box is full need to put new box it will take 7 days. Now its already 15 days still i dint get any connections or updates what is happening. I called 5 times to customer care and raised ticket with high priority.
I have not received any connection or updates till now. I have not seen this much of worst services.

Sir, yesterday during heavy rain, i lost the wifi connection and while i tried morning for connection, i am getting message as internet not connected. And some times it is showing ur WAN is unplugged.

    Customer care person was impolite to the customer during the telephonic call which was regarding the payment of the act bill.
    She asked me to pay the bill immediately. As i was travelling i requested her that i will pay by evening, for which she was inconsiderate and was very impolite.
    Request the concerned team to take action and learn to behave with your customer.

      I have opted for internet sevice. The act people took the money for registration. Post that it was really difficult to get the connection installed. After 2 days when the connection got installed the very next day the connection got cut. It's 10 days now and action has been taken. Every day a technician visits and return saying nothing can be done.

        I was a customer of act and initial period of their servide was smooth. But since the launch of reliance jio and other competions, act wants to retain the customers through hook or crook. Act renewed my service without notifying me. When informed that i get a better deal in jio, they promised to talk to the concerned authorities for a better deal. But this went on for a month and finally i decided to continue the service for 6 months with act. But the website allowed only payment for 1 year. Alternatively they kept on charging for the complaint period also (I. E. Sep 2019). So its a double whammy. Now i ended up paying for 12 months of rs 14k in sep-2019. And on 1st oct i received another shock bill for rs.1028 asking to be paid for the month of sep. When complained, act says that my 12 month renewal period starts only from 1-oct. Escalation to nodal officer, appellate authority several times. But no action taken by act

        I made a ticket of overcharged for not using any internet of a month. They offered a due date within which the ticket will be resolved. After the due date I found surprisingly that there is no record of ticket either in open or resolved tickets. Such a worst customer service I have ever found

          I am not getting internet from 2 days.
          After complaining they gave me a ticket no. And told my problem will be resolved in 48 hours. But no action taken. The problem is not solved. I unnecessarily payed 1 year subscription to act fibrenet. Is there any method for getting my amount back so that i can get rid of act fibrenet. To call customer care i have to waited more than 15 mts que to get an answer.

            I raised complaint for internet connectivity no service person came and resolve that issue we are experiencing this issue and no response from act broad band
            they customer support always not working
            1) i called customer care support number it is always saying you are in quee your call position is more than 30,

            2) I tried to send mail to act support they are not respond properly they will say our team will work on this just wait until they came (but they are not specified when they will come)

            3)At last i tried to contact Chat support that one also not working they just send static message

              I hage made a payment for plan upgradation for 6 months. They promised 1 month free and free wi-fi router. Also they said the plan will get upgraded only if i get the new router. Estimated time was 7 days. Today it's the 10th of october. They have been dodging me everyday saying the router is on the way to my home. It's illegal use of public fund in the name of offer.

                Worst customer service provider. Customer care representative informed and raised refund process as my internet is disconnecting frequently. Account department is saying there would be no such process. Becoz of that wrong commit given by customer care rep, i have took new broadband.                     I have booked a connection on act fibernet, a representative called me and asked for documents on whatsapp and made a promise that connection will be activated in two days on the 2nd day i got an otp from act, that guy called me and asked for otp after then he is not responding to my calls and texts.                         I have an act fiber net connection and it's having frequent disconnects. Created 7 tickets in a single month but still no response from act.

                        They close the tickets without even checking with the customer if the issue resolved or not. If this is the way you have to provide service then please don't provide.

                        My total utilization of this month is only 20 gb and i got a bill again asking to pay the amount. If the internet is not running properly why i should pay the amount.

                        You need to understand, having internet issues is a big problem, i am working from home most of the days in a week and facing a lot of issues due to this,

                        Please resolve this frequent disconnect issues, still, my internet is not working. Resolve it asap, else will definitely go for disconnection as i am frustrated now by following up multiple times calling customer care, but you are not helping.

                                I took a act broadband connection on 10 sep, 2019 for a 6 month subscription and paid rs 5580. But due bad service no internet connection and pathetic customer care service i have disconnected my connection on 15 th sep, 2019. So i have raised a refund request on 15 th sep it self and from then every day connecting to customer care and asking for my refund. They just every time told me refund team will contact me and will get my refund with in 15 days. I have shared my ac details also to them. But till now no one contacted me from act and it seems a fraud company playing with our money. My registered mobile no with them was [protected] and account no[protected].

                                From 15th September to till today I am following up with them every day but no result. Just false asurence that I will get my refund and their team will contact me next morning. But no one had contact me ever. Such company lisence should be banned and if I don't get my refund with in next week I confirm will drag them to court and will ask 100 times for than refund money for the harassment I have received last 21 days.

                                  I shifted to visakhapatnam recently and taken act fibernet connection and they promised me to give 50 mbps speed but after taking connection not even 1 time i didn’t get that speed and always speed issues and frequent disconnecting issues, complained so many times. Person is coming and by calling to someone iam getting the promised speed while the technician is at home after he left again same thing happening. These people are cheating...

                                  Poor customer service from act fibernet. Since from 29th sept 2019, i'm not getting internet service, so i've logged a compliant to act support service with sr no. Sr [protected] which is been open since then. I've paid the complete 6 months service amount start of the month. I'm having a continuous follow ups with act care, but issue is never got resolved and when i call act customer support team their giving the same answer will get it resolved soon. Today is 7th days delay since from complaint and no message updates for this delay there is no update and ignoring the customer service.

                                  Ticket raised with ACt (ticket number - SR[protected]) to transfer my connection to new address which is prepaid for 6 months since 20 days is still open. I have called the customer care number several times and I am promised every time that it will be resolved in 24 hrs but their 24 hrs never seems to come. The ticket on the app was to be resolved by 5th June 2020 but it’s now 20th June and I have not even so much received an update from them. All I do is keep calling and hear lies from them. The latest was to pay an additional 2200 for getting a direct link to my house since there is a live wire because of which connection cannot be provided. I made this payment too, and have receipt for the same and since then too another week has passed. ACT has been a scam fleeting people and fooling everyone. The worst most pathetic service and cheating liars who keep telling me 24hrs since 20 days.
