I have never faced this much worst experience in my life. Almost 5 days internet connection was not working. But still no one provide the proper resolution.
Worst customer service, no one attend my phone call. Below are the person who provide the this wonderful experience.

I requested for connection and handed over my documents and paid Rs. 4, 953.00 as part of monthly rental. Now they said they initiated a refund and will get credited in 15 days! it has been 17 days and no help from them

I have sent a mail for disconnection to act help desk on sept 12th thursday. We have not recieved any response till now. When we try to connect through customer care they simply tell that disconnection team will get back to us and cut the call. But the disconnection team didnt get back to us till day. Please respond to this ASAP.

    The act fibrenet internet frequently gets outages and ethernet cable becomes undetected atleast once-twice a week.

    The ticket which was created for the third time - sr[protected] regarding the matter was closed with some temporary fix and the matter repeated again after few hours. The reopened ticket has no responses other than the pre-configured automated messages.

    Being a customer of 3+ years, the service is gping from worse to pathetic.

      We urgently require disconnection because we are shifting houses. There are a lot of things to keep track of while moving houses and disconnecting from the set of subscribed services is one of them.

      It has not been a pleasant experience trying to initiate disconnection. Communication was started on the 17th of september and even a follow up mail was sent afterwards. Even after trying to reach them via phone, they route the phone call to the disconnection team and cut our phone call.

      Kindly disconnect at the earliest.

      No update to the problem. For new readers who are just catching up, basically I have been asking ACT team for disconnection for the past one week, but it has still not been resolved. I guess their strategy is keep holding off without fixing the problem till the next month's bill is posted. Then they will say "Pay the bill then only we will fix!". Proud to have internet access from people with over 190+ IQ, but all this drama for another 1000 rupees? If you were making like few lakhs per month out of me, I would appreciate and even send some few thousands for your brilliance . High effort low return if you ask me.

      It's also amazing how it takes only a day to setup internet, a day for internet delays to get fixed, but 10 days and so far no fix to disconnect? Must be a really intensive process that even 190+ IQ guys are not capable to disconnect it.

      Keep it up ACT! I will forward this tale to entrepreneurs and new business owners who have just started their journey so that they can learn exactly what not to do in dealing with customer's urgent requests. Thank you!

          Worst customer service ever from ACT
          I have an ACT connection in my name which i requested for transfer to my new loaction. I raised a request 1 month before and your customer care representatives with out even checking the feasibility told me to cancel that request and raise it only 5 days before we shift. Reason she mentioned is ACT already have a connection in the new place so 5 days is enough for the new connection.

          Now when i requested for transfer 5 days before again they are saying our tower doesn't have access so it will take again 1 more month. I am not getting the logic behind this. Why they didn't check this when I requested 1 month back. Why they told me to cancel and raise it 5 days before. and its almost been 15 days since I requested second time

          And now even after 1.5 months still ACT people are just closing what all requests I raise and behave so rude . even asking me not to raise any more requests.

          This is not what we expect from such a good ISP.

          Since we don't have any other options, please consider this and process the request ASAP.

          This is not our fault. We raised the request 1 month before only. Just because of your customer care representatives, please don't make the customers suffer.

            Its been more than a week and still my internet router is not get installed. Everyday I used to call Act customer multiple times and they are good for nothing and haven't provided me any resolution yet. In my whole life, this is the worst Customer service support and the worst Internet service provider I have ever seen. They don't bother about their customer issues. Either you call the Service provider or the person who just came and installed the LAN cable only and not configured Router. they don't even answer the calls. If you talk about their customer care, they put your call on hold and then after 8-10 min of long waiting they will disconnect your call. The poor customer support and pathetic Internet service provider.

              I am facing internet connectivity issue science 16 sep 2019 afternoon.

              I am trying to call the act customer care number [protected] and the wait time to connect was arond 30 mins and the call got disconnected.

              How ever i had raised the complaint after many calls and wasted my 2+ hours of time.

              Complaint sr[protected] has been registered and nothing has been resolved till now.

              Hope the tat was 24 hours.

              This was the 4 time i am reaching out to you in this last 6 months regarding the issues not resolved on time.

              I even called to customer care today morning they said it will be resolved by first of today.

              We entered the second half as well no resolution has been done.

              Can you please help me with the escalation matrix for the nodal team.

              Since the customer care team didn't resolve my issue i reached to nodal team i could see there is no difference in the result.

              The call waiting time average is more that 25 mins for every call that i made to customer care

                Ticket number [protected]

                Internet suddenly stopped working.
                Still it is not resolved. Made a call to cusomer service number several times but they kept saying that work is in progress. I escalated the issue to nodal officer but there was no response. Finally i started looking for a different service provider. I was having 6 months package. It is a waste of money and time.

                    ACT sent me SMS with Offer saying recharge within 15th Sep and get plan upgraded to 50mbps and 100GB additional.
                    Now that I recharge even after 3 days nothing happened. No upgrade.

                    Moreover, there was no acknowledgement for complaint sent over email.

                    Tried calling customer care twice after waiting for 12-12 minutes (strange that exactly same time taken) call got automatically disconnected.

                    This is clear case of deficiency of service and breach of trust.

                      On the 16th of September, I logged a complaint because the internet in my house was not working and I was assured that the problem would be resolved in 24 hours. Since the problem was not resolved in the assured time span, I called up the customer service the next day and I was told that the junction box had failed and I was asked if they could place it at my house and I was told that they would arrange for a call back by the external team and that they would come and place the junction box in my house and hence I took a half day off yesterday so that I could monitor the work. The sad part is nobody even called or came home yesterday. I called the customer care again this morning and I was so convincingly assuredo that the external team would definitely come today because of which I took a full day leave today waiting for somebody to come and resolve the matter. It is 6pm now, nobody has called me yet.
                      This is really very disappointing. I have a job, I can’t keep applying leaves.
                      When you promise something, you have to commit to it without troubling the customer to this level.
                      How much longer am I supposed to wait?

                        Act broadband has installed a broadband junction box at my home and has not paid for the electricity charges that they agreed to pay.

                        I contacted their chennai customer service to ask for the pending electricity dues, but no action was initiated. The issue was escalated to the chennai nodal team and they are also not acting on the complaint.

                        Both, act customer care and their nodal team are not replying properly to questions specifically asked related to the issue. They only want to drag the issue without giving a resolution. Even after 3 weeks after raising the complaint, the status of the issue remains the same.

                        Their actions seems deliberate to avoid paying the electricity charges to the customer.

                        It seems act wants free electricity to their equipment (S) from customer.

                        Has anyone experienced similar situation with act. Do they do proper paper work for installing their equipment at customer premises.

                          I am subscriber to this internet service provider for the past three months.. I paid roughly 3700 odd ruppes for 3 months promo plan.. Or something..
                          I regret the decision till this day i made to go with act.. Its the most unreliable isp i have ever come across.. And the so called 'technicians' working for this company are the worst of the lot..
                          They are the first ever 'technician' in the world to say that configuring internet via router ie configuring wifi network name and password can cause wifi disruption.. And asked me to only configure via act fibernet selfcare portal which is the most unsecure way in my opinion.. And i find myself asking the 'technician' how about those who bought their own router.. He bumbled like a stupid fellow
                          I have been facing wifi disruptions since the day one i signed up for this service.. With 30 odd tickets raised for the issue.. Still no end in sight... If ppl from act are looking at this complain please help me or i will have to leave your service and do a bit of bad publicity to your service in social media.. I do not have fb but i will create an fb login if i have to.. Just for you guys ;)

                            So i have raised a shifting request on 13th sep 2019.

                            Till today act people have not responded, they didn't even called me for my request. Up to now i have called act customer care nearly 10-15 times but the agent keep on saying the same will take your request and our agent will call u by the end of day and will help you kind of words daily i am hearing the same. But the # fact is none of the agent called me up to now.

                            I have raised the ticket regarding this...

                            I want my connection to be shifted from CHANDANAGAR TO KPHB but I don't know why the chandanagar act people are calling me but not KPHB People . I am keep on saying that the connection need to be shifted from chandanagar to kphb. The new address is LIG 914, ROAD NO 5, DHARMA REDDY COLONY, KPHB, 500072, HYDERABAD.

                                I requested act to downgrade my 6 months plan to monthly plan when the recent 6 months plan completed. Since 1 week, i am tired of talking to them, but no action is being taken. My account is suspended and not receiving internet for the past 3 days. Each cust. Representative gives different answers, our back end team would downgrade, it can not be downgraded in between month and so you have to pay 6 months fees now, we will call you back in 4 hours etc. I never expected act would trouble customers like this.

                                  I had raised a broadband relocation request before 15 days. The new location is very nearby my older location. It pasts around more than 15 days, and they have never processed my request yet. I have called their customer care service more than 10 times and every time i was told that we will follow up you issue, but nothing happened yet. I have not received a single call from them regarding the status of my request.

                                  I really got fed up from their service and customer negligence. Finally thinking of switching to another service provider.

                                  Broadband Copper shifting was done after 20 days from the date of request raised instead of promised 7 days

                                  Broad band relocation request was raised on 01/09/2019.
                                  While raising the relocation request, i was told that this will be done within 7 days.
                                  It now more than 18 days. No response and action taken from your side.
                                  Every time your customer executive told that your issue will be resolved within 24 hrs.

                                    I am using act connection for more than 2 years, i am shifting the house this week. I had put a request for shifting, they are closing the ticket without any comments. Finally, i got to know from the new building that they don't have act feasibility in that apartment. I have already paid the amount for 1 year, how do i get my amount back. I am not getting proper response from customer care & technician.

                                    I had multiple calls with the customer care team, every time they give a different response. Now the account is disconnected, they are giving any confirmation on the Refund. Now they are saying, they will not refund any money. It will be more than 7K, it seems to be a lack of awareness in customer care. Please take care of this ASAP.

                                    Could someone guide me on how to lodge the legal compliant, It is purely cheating if they refuse to refund the amount.

                                    Any guidance on this greatly appreciated.

                                      I’ve disconnected act internet connection on 31aug2019 since i’ve moved to another location. They said they’ll remove the box within 7 days but it’s been 15 days it’s not been removed. I’ve raised my concern via email and phone but no luck. My house owner is pushing me to remove the box as the next tenant awaits. I request the consumers not to allow the junction box inside the house if you’re a tenant.
