I have shifted my house from hyderabad (Chandanagar) — hyderabad (Kphb)
So i have raised a shifting request on 13th sep 2019.
Till today act people have not responded, they didn't even called me for my request. Up to now i have called act customer care nearly 10-15 times but the agent keep on saying the same will take your request and our agent will call u by the end of day and will help you kind of words daily i am hearing the same. But the # fact is none of the agent called me up to now.
I have raised the ticket regarding this...
Below is the one ticket for re-allocation request,

I want my connection to be shifted from CHANDANAGAR TO KPHB but I don't know why the chandanagar act people are calling me but not KPHB People . I am keep on saying that the connection need to be shifted from chandanagar to kphb. The new address is LIG 914, ROAD NO 5, DHARMA REDDY COLONY, KPHB, 500072, HYDERABAD.

Wait Jio Fibernet is coming in to the market then only you people will listen to the customers complaints...
I hope you will also get the situation of AIRTEL after jio launched.

I requested for connection and handed over my documents and paid Rs. 4, 953.00 as part of monthly rental. Now they said they initiated a refund and will get credited in 15 days! it has been 17 days and no help from them
