Worst worst service

Trai needs to take very strict action on act fiber.

Not sure why we have to pay money for 6 months at a time.

Rules needs to set by trai, other wise these kind chief broadband service people will create problem for gated community people...

I have raised a complaint from 12th august, 2019 of this month problem solved & after 2 days same problem raised
Again i had raised a complaint at same problem to customer team on online booking also they told it will be solved with in 24 hours but no body resolved.
Can i refund that amount. Or what's the solution.

    My act a/c number is[protected].
    I applied for a new connection on 30th aug 2019 by making the required payments. It was promised that the connection will be activated by 31st aug.
    Its more than 2 days and till now the connection has not been activated. The person who took my application is with act employee id 18517. I have called him several times regarding the issue. But hez not picking up my call. Tried calling customer care but no body is helping out just saying wait we are raising a concern
    Engineer in charge of my connection with mobile # [protected]. I have called this number at least 15-20 times in the past 1 week. He keeps giving silly excuses and totally un-proffessional.
    I tried to reach the helpdesk. They just log a ticket and ask to wait for 3 days. I have not received any response till now.

    Its a shame on act for pathetic service even for a new connection.

      I have raised a relocation request, but the technician who visited my new address said there is no availability of service at my place. And they need to setup a new box at my place, they having taking forever to do that. Even the app was not of much use in this regard. I then requested for a cancellation through my registered mobile. But i don’t see any progress w. R. T that either.

      Any help regarding this would be much appreciated.

        My act internet connection is not working from past 3 days, when i raised the complaint they closed the complaint stating that the issue is resolved, but till now i am unable to use internet.

        I have also 2nd complaint, raised a complaint regarding power backup issue for the internet for which they have installed a box in my home and they are taking power from my home, they installed a battery in the box. If the battery is gone then how much power it will consume? And we wont even get internet at the time of power cuts. We are keep on raising complaints to act team from past 5 months and till now the issue is not resolved. My account number is[protected]

          Hi all,
          I see that act fiber net is soo pathetic in giving after service. Useless customer service when called we have to wait for 10-15 minutes before they take a call. They feel they are ambanis to reach out. I made 5 call since morning 1st guy said within 2 hours it will be rectified but till now after 5th call no one turned up. Inspite of this they disconnect the calls without addressing the issue properly. No one is taught proper way of talking as well as they talk rudely.

            From two days onwards our net is not working. I request our staff to ratify because we need to file income tax returns of our client. Till now there are not take single steps to ratify my problem and simply say raise the complaints and give mail id
            Sir just think from 2days onwards no net how to provide service to client that to only 2days for filing of income tax returns
            I think our staff colleting money by way of fraud. Compare with your staff and services pakistan terrorist are better. Your staff intentionally create inconvence and stop the services to public lead underdeveloded india.
            It is very same full to your company because your survive based on public money bay way of fraud instead

              When i called for internet service issues.. The respond ant was very rude in talking also waiting time was too long and secondly he gave the wrong contact number and said what should i do this is the number i have. Is that the way you deal with customers [protected]

                  We called for act broadband connection on 12-8-19. Immediately salesperson came. We paid through card. Then after so many calls network engineer came and told that they have to fix a box using drill and they need a power supply 24/7 for that junction box. Our house owner was not ready for it so we gave for disconnection immediately in that day and we were told refund will be initiated in 15 days. Next day they were calling and convincing for reconnection but i told no situation not feasible and asked to refund. Till today with n number of calls and emails to their customer care they always say within 15 days... I don't know which 15 days they are talking about.

                    I have cancelled the connection on aug 1st and sales guy taken the money without installation of internet connection and i requested him to refund my money back due to delay in internet connection.

                    I have received call after 15 to 20 days and i have submitted bank details, but still there is no refund.

                    When ever i call to customer care i am getting only one reply your complain for refund has been raised will get back to you in 24 hrs.

                    I request you to please look in to this and help.

                      Despite Raising the Service Ticket and following up with the Customer Care,
                      There has been no response.

                      The Customer Care team are not even bothered to hear out and keep giving false promises of the issue getting resolved.

                      Despite Sending mail to the Nodal Officer, Vijay. A, There has been no solution to this.

                      Pathetic Service to the core !!!

                        Hi,
                        I am a privileged customer for act who pays bill before 10th of every month.
                        I am not getting internet for last two months being raised multiple complaints.
                        I paid bill for two months and did not consume any service. So they have disconnected my connection. Customer desk guys promises a one week free and a month of service for rs 590 only if you pay that amount now. So i believed them and paid now 590 when am in office and promised me immediate activation. When i reached home and checked there is no internet it is same as expected.
                        So in total i paid 796+796+590 (This amount is approximate need to check the bills). When we go to act office they give irrelevant responses.

                        My question is why act has promised me about immediate service when they cannot provide. Moreover they are not considering about the last two months of bill amount.
                        Ideally am paying them without consuming any service. Even this message am sending from mobile internet.
                        Please do let me know what is the solution for this.

                          I paid for internet connection in may. They haven't provided installation till now. I have called many times to their customer care for which i have to wait like 5 min and finally they say they will do within 48h but never came for installation. So i asked for refund in july. It's more than 1 month but refund also is not given till now. Every week i call and check but no action is taken from their part. They are holding my money for more than 3 months.

                            I run a startup, business is fully passed on internet, act is very worst service provider ever seen, they not even care about our issues, to rectify a junction box issue they takes 5-10 days, but waiver is 100rs.

                            Week first day, 9.30 am we had more plans to do, but no internet, we paying even if we not using internet, but they never care about our loss. I need to disconnect connection immediately or any legal solution available?

                              I had online 7440/ for new connection on 6th july 2019... After two days act said that connection is not available in my area. So i requested them to refund my money.                                 I have called so many times and it's been two months. They are not disconnecting my service and sending me bills. Where am i supposed to complain about them. Want to file a case in consumer forum for this harrasment.

                                Every time i call, the person says next 3 days and they just don't disconnect it. Next time i call they have no information about the last call at all. I don't know what kind of a company this is!

                                  My internet connection is not working due to a cut cable from a fellow customer and the team has been stringing me along. This is the third time such an issue has happened and there is no resolution. They keep calling me and ask me to wait at home and no one turns up. They then arrive for 2 minutes and have no response after that. When i call up the customer service representative they use a bad language and threaten me and tell me that i can't do anything and need to go with them as my money is with them already. This is abuse of customer trust.

                                    My account[protected] has not been activated from aug 20. I spoke to many customer care personnel. They make only empty promises. It has not been resolved. This company has mentally and emotionally harassed me. This is the worst treatment. They tell me that it will be resolved in 1-2 hours everytime i call. But, nothing gets done. When will this get activated?

                                    I ask the customer care agents to put me in touch with the manager. Their managers are always busy. They promise a call back. But, nobody calls back.

                                    I have been calling constantly because i need high speed net at home for my work. They have frustrated me to the core.

                                    The customer care agents do not log any details. They don't keep any proper records. They really do not care for the customer. I will. Not be surprised if this company goes down very soon. I pray and hope jio will push act out of existence.in fact, act is treating customers without any respect. They do not deliver their promises.

                                    I also sent dm on twitter. I registered and raised tickets online. But, no "act" does. Not. Act on it at all.

                                    Why do you promise your customers 48 hr activation if you cannot deliver it? I have been waiting from wednesday for activation. It is sunday evening. Nothing has been done.

                                      I would like to formally escalate the issue that i am facing for months. Userid: 11273401. Please look at the number of tickets i have raised in the past 2-3 months.

                                      It has been months i am facing internet disconnection which has delayed response with no internet for almost a day and gets fixed towards the end of the resolution time promised.

                                      I do not see act support paying proper attention to fix the issue permanently. Every time i contacted act, i have been provided different reasons and then issue gets resolved once technician visit the place. Today i was told that there is a power issue and last time it was battery issue.

                                      Need your support to get these issues resolved which is extremely frustrating and affecting my office work from home. Work from home is the biggest reason i chose act but not getting satisfactory service.

                                        Please note my internet connection has been down for the past one month. I have raised complaint repeatedly through your call support and through your app

                                        Sr[protected] dated 31st july

                                        Sr[protected] dated 7th aug reopned on 8th aug and again as it was closed by your service personnel and closed by him again.
                                        After this your service person told me that they cannot find a cx box in my area and suggested i have to pay 2200/- for a gx box or have to install a cx box in my permise.

                                        Sr[protected] dated 8th aug -

                                        I agreed to pay 2200/- as i did not want the service persons to visit my permises often as it is not permitted by the building owner. So i paid the amount (2200/-) and raised a request for gx box installation same day (8th august) through your call centre.

                                        Again there was no response from your team.

                                        Then sent a complaint email asking about the resolution to my problem on the 17th of august to the local nodal offer and the appalet authority.

                                        The nodal offer wrote saying my problem will be resolved in 24 hours.
                                        An engineer visited my place. He told me that since it was a saturday, he would return the next day and give me a permanent solution.

                                        That was the last i heard either from him or from any of your service persons.

                                        After that i have sent a mail to both nodal officer and appalette authority on august 19th - no response.

                                        After that without any resolution or installing the box, the complain has been closed by your service personnel on 21st aug.

                                        I immediately re-opned the case and again i sent mail to both of them on 21st august - again no response.

                                        Till date (23rd of august) there is no act internet in my premises.

                                        This is the most pathetic internet service i have ever faced.
