It have been very frustrating for the past couple of months that i am not able to reach the customer service of act fibernet. Their internet connectivity has been degrading over time, and they keep expanding to new cities, without even upgrading their customer service. If you call their customer service number +91-[protected], your queue would be over 30+ and then by the time you reach a single digit number in the queue, it will be over 10 minutes, and the phone gets disconnected. Therefore, there is literally no way to get in touch with the customer care people.
They do, however, have a mobile app, where you can file complaints, but they don't really resolve the complaints on time, because of which we want to contact the customer service call centre, but we can't.
