internet outage for 4 days in a row

With act, customer support is never really a support. They don't have any control and they never really could say when connectivity be resolved. I have been calling them everyday and receive 24 hours excuse, for 4th day in a row. I was informed my current issue is a multiple outage (6-8 connection are affected) hence it is a high priority issue. And the lethargic approach to a high priority issue shows their work modal. no internet , no response from the customer service

I was very happy hearing about Actfiber net hence i went ahead and took the service .
Now there is some issue near my apartment which is causing no internet connection . I have called the cust service many times, they always say your case have been esclated and will be resolved within 24hrs however nothing has been done so far .

internet service not available for over week and no one responding for complaint

Been a user of act fibernet since many years. I hold 2 connections

I have been facing multiple connectivity since over a week.

17th july 2019 - i raised a ticker for internet is not working. The reason given was "there have been multiple fiber cuts in your area which caused this issue".

This ticket was finally closed on in around 3 days. After that internet worked for a day and stopped working...

Worst plans
Worst service

Trai needs to take very strict action on act fiber.

Not sure why we have to pay money for 6 months at a time as airtel and jio charging monthly wise.

Rules needs to set by trai, other wise these kind chief broadband service people will create problem for gated community people...

refund not received

My beam/act account number[protected] since from june 10th am continously calling customer care for refund request and everytime they saying you will get call back from backend team, till now neighter i recieved call nor my money refunded. Please take necessary action. They failed to resolve my internet issue i waited for 4 weeks but they didnt solve, whenever i tried to call customer care they saying irrevalent answers to my questions....

From june 27, i didn't get internet and i have raised multiple tickets to act customer care. But no response, they keep on saying we will fix in 24hrs but not fixing issue and closed all tickets without resolving.

After 10 days they said that i want to buy extra gx box cost of 2200 to fix this issue. I have paid that 2200 also. After successful payment also they didn't place any gx box and keep on telling we will fix in 24...

no connection/no refund received from past two weeks

I've raised request to get a new connection for internet. They mentioned i'll get connection with in 48 hours, then i've subscribed for their anual plan and paid full amount.
I've not received connection even after 1 week. From then i started contacting customer care, after waiting like 10-15 minutes every time they mentioned i'll get the connection with in next 24 hours and disconnected the call.

charged even after disconnection

I have been charged even after disconnection request. The ticket that was raised SR[protected] for disconnection was closed on JUly 2nd 2019. But ACT has raised a bill for half month, that is till July 15th. I called them so many times and informed that the disconnection did not happen from ACT end. Tye also promised that they will not charge any amount for the month of july 2019. Now I realize that they are a real cheat....

poor service starting from day 1

It has been a few days i took act fibernet wifi connection and started suffering from the very first day
I sent request letter, mails after mails asking for help and support but nothing has been improved.
People from act fibernet visited my house several times last week but i have not been able to use internet access and i have screenshots to prove that. Act fibernet is doing fraudulent activity.

new connection refund

I made a new connection request after making a payment. I got a call from their I installation team and told me that it is not feasible in your area. When I am asking for my refund they cut my call.. Then I called customer care and asked about refund process the told me that they will connect me with their Sales team. So I waited for half honour but no body picks the calls. not providing internet and not refunding money

disconnection of service

I had requested for the disconnection of the act service that i had registered a/c[protected] but still they didn’t took any actions on it and they are sending the monthly bills to me till now and bombading with a lot of messages regarding the same. not responding to my relocation request

Now I shifted to my new house on 1st July 2019.

Before shifting, on 30th June 2019 I raised a request for relocation and they confirmed the feasibility on the same day. But till now (12th July 2019 5:47 pm) they didn't respond and resolved my issue.
