Hello team,

I am facing a problem due to the act fibernet team. I had pre-paid for the connection and applied for connection on 29th july and its been 7th aug today, i have got no response from act team as of now.

I have to call again and again and the customer care representative had cut my call without asking me.

I have been harassed mentally by the act team as i am losing business/clients because of their casual attitude towards my issue.
I strongly believe that act should pay for the inconvinience they have created.

    Act changed my plan without my consent and invoice big 7043 has been added to my bill. I have tried thier customers numbers.

    In the mobile app, there is no provision to explain issue clearly.

    I have tried their customer and appellate authority [protected], [protected] and [protected]. All phone number are busy.
    They are not providing any sr number for mail complaint to follow up or share. I have sent my concern and waiting for the response.

    Any body having similar issues, please let me know, we should take it via legal way. Trai has laid down town tier grievance addressal mechanism to address issues of costomer, not to screw them

      How hope less the team is, it's been complete 3 days we are unable to access internet and the team is very irresponsible they don't even respond or attend customer calls. You ask for the bill to paid immediately and cut the connection for more than 2 days. Hats-off to your way of doing business in this way ridiculous team. This is not first time to face this problem every time the connection goes off you take more than two days to fix it damn it. Fix the issue asap bloody hell

        Act sales representative visited my house where i had newly shifted and sold me internet package for 3 months and took my documents and amount of rs. 3750.00 before payment i asked if they had tie up with the builder to provide services and he said yes when they did not have tie up or authority to sell internet in the building. As builder did not allow i immediately called and cancelled the account before installation. I was told refund with process within 7 working days. Also i was asked to email to their refund dept at [protected]@incredible. Actcorp.in which i did and no acknowledgement to email. Since then i have been calling customer services and each week they give me same answer of it will take 15 more days. I have spoken to the sales person, manager, billing team and customer service team and still don't have my refund.

        5th August to today; I have not got a single call from ACT and nor have I got refund. I am asking for interest on my 3750 that ACT has taken for a service that is not provided. I am not sure why a refund of account that was mis sold take 30 days???
        If I call customer support they refuse to give to a manager and hang up and I have called the sales person who took money and his manager and all keep saying SORRY with no action at all. Please help.

        So far I have made 5 calls and sent 3 email to their refund dept as advised. 3 SR# are raised and every time I call customer service they speak as though they are taking request for first time and give TAT of 15 days for refund. Its more than 1 month and for an account that never started and was cancelled immediately after set up as they don't have tie up with builder they have refund time of 15 days. Today again someone called and spoke as if the refund request is entered by him. No manager comes on call when requested and customer service agent hangs up call. Also they give reason that they were trying to solve issue so refund is not processed. What were they trying to solve on a cancelled and never activated account and if they were HOW as I have not got any call from 30 days.

        I can provide all recordings and emails and now need interest for blocked 4000 for a service that is never started. I intend to go on all social media sites and post this fraud for ACT.

        This is still pending. Team Akosha I need some help and action here. Now without any refund they have closed all tickets that were open for refund. I think this is some fraud by ACT to gather free money. Whenever I update complaint I get a call with standard sorry and we will refund in 7 days. 2 emails are sent along 6 back details when I had included it in the first email I sent on July 18th. Sure to back details being on email I am unable to attach it on complaint. Twice they called saying they are processing refund and again I get an email asking bank details. This is rediculous as it's 40 days and no refund for services or account that never started.

        Team Akosha is there a way for me to further escalate this?

          I have paid online for act fibre net new connection, it has been more than 5 days the setup is not installed. They are not receiving the call and even the customer care is doing nothing to resolve the issue. Very bad service and because of which i am getting disturbed.

          Request you to please resolve the issue asap. I would now prefer to the get refund which is 1507 rs.

            10th july-
            My act account number is[protected]. I have placed the disconnection request/refund request on 10th july by emailing to helpdesk. [protected]@actcorp.in as their customer care number always comes busy or sometime it keeps you waiting for more than 30 mintues and then suddenly disconnect. From 1 july to 10th july i was keep on trying to connect act customer care but it never connects and the worst part is that you will be keep on hearing that all customer care executive are busy for 30-45 min and it disconnects. I have wasted nearly 1 hour for 10 days. Then i thought of emailing the nodal officer (Nodalofficer. [protected]@actcorp.in) or appellate authority might help but still no reply from them although i got replies from help desk with some sr number which was created for me and it will be resolved in some time with any actual action. Everytime they will close the sr in 1-2 days without even calling or doing anything. Its been 8 days i am sending email to act everyday amd will get some new sr that's all. The biggest mistake i did is i paid advance of 6 months which is 8476.89 and now i used internet only for 1 month and it does not look like i will be able to get any refund. I don't know what to do for refund as i have tried all the possible ways.

            Update 1-
            29 july
            I have also sent email for refund to email id given by customer care but didn't receive any reply. It's been 5 days.
            I am following up with you guys for a month now. Everytime i get similar kind of reply we have put this on priorty and then they open sr and then they automaticallly close sr within 2-3 days without doing anything. Please please dont create new sr just give me my refund.
            30 july-
            They finally called me to ask my details and also told the router cost is 4000
            So if i submit the router the cost will be waived off then they told me that somebody will be coming to collect the router still nobody came to pick up.
            Then i call act whitefield and bellandur office nobody is ready to accept the router and then they told me you have to call customer care.
            So now there is a deadlock situation i can't call customer care and customer care never calls me

            Again got email for refund details but when my asking about the router submission nobody is replying (Router cost-4000) if i dont submit the router and give the refund details then definitely they will deduct the router money from my refund which is hugs

              I had applied for connection on 21th May 2019 and they have taken 6 months subscription paid 4600 rupess by cash and till now - no connection, no call - nothing has happened. If we call sales guy who had taken the application with cash, is least bothered and says some issues are there and it will get resolved, otherwise - take the money. He is just money taking agent. . I had registered on may 28th with : SR[protected]: ; User ID :[protected] . I had called today also, same response and no action. This company advertize and does bother about customer value, money and sentiments. Even If Management are really interested in taking care of customers, then they need address operations properly. We are let at mercy of these guys by paying our hard earned money and also we have to call up and Send Emails to refund team as well as support team but there is no responce Ideally, the refund process should have been initiated. But I had to call the customer care (which btw has unbelievable waiting times) multiple times over 4 weeks and still have no clue on the refund process. The sales executive only care about filling out the form and getting the money and don't really care about the customer service. I don't no what to do now as my money got struck and no response from any of ACT team.

              Wow it’s really surprising you people gave response after 3 months for the first time. you people had failed to install the connection on time even after six days I call to the person who collected the amount is not even responding to the calls and he was so rude to me (do what ever you want to do)then I approached the customer care and I launched a complaint on 21st of May you people said within 15 days the amount will be refunded back to your account from our refund team seriously still now it’s almost 3 months I’m repeatedly call to your customer service just simply read the read the script within 48 hours you are amount will be refunded really stepped up with this words when I came to the public forum you people started responding now tell me when you people are going to refund my amount plz don’t say you’re scripted words with 48hrs or 24 hrs we will refund

                  Hi,

                  I have took the connection on 5th july-19 from act and paid an amount of rs.4380/- to the sales executive.

                  On 7th july-19 got a call from feasibility team that connection is not feasible for our house and suggested to apply for a refund. I have called the sales executive on the same day and asked for refund. He said he will process the request.

                  I haven't got any further update so raised a request & sent a mail to support team on 8th july-19. From that day, i was in a follow up with support team and the request was escalated several times.

                  Till date there's no response and its been already 20 days since i have raised the request.

                  I don't know when you people will refund my amount, but i receive multiple email addresses to which i need to share my account details to initiate the transfer.

                  I have received one email address over text and another email address over mail. No proper communication & response.

                  When i call up the customer care, IVR keeps me on hold for 20mins and disconnects my call. Don't know how you have setup the things to address the customer complaints.

                    I have 2 connections with ACT CORP. from 2 months I have no internet. I have always paid my bill. I opened many complaints. They close them without resolution. I am unable to understand why. They tell me they will resolve for sure when I reopen the complaint and yet close it without resolution. I live in Aditya Greenfields B508 in Kondapur, Hyderabad
                    Paid for broadband services on 14th of this month, initially sales guy told it takes 7-8 days for installation, after mentioned time also no response from them, after continuous follow up installation was done 5 days back still account not activated, worst experience from cheap act playing with customers and wasting their time

                        Customer service is not connecting to the technical team, i was on call for around the 2 hours still they are not connecting the call and they are disconnecting the call after a certain time.

                          Noninternet service fo r last three days even after complaining the issue for so many time. They keep on giving excuses and not resolving the issue. Other people in our building is able access internet except us. They are not all sending any technician and lying about it. There service is pathetic. They promise to provide 24 hrs of service but that is crap.

                            I on 8th july 2019 registered for new connection by paying rs.3888 (Six months package). The sales executive said that he will give connection in 3 days. After3 days he asked to wait for another 3 days. Again after 2 days when i called them they should that there is no feasibility for me connection at my home. I asked them to refund my money then. They said that they initiated the process and i will be credited amt with in 10 days. After 1 week when i called them to inquire abt refund status they are now asking me to wait for another 15 days. Till now 3 weeks passed. No response from them.

                              I have been using act fibernet for around 4 years now and i had raised a relocation request in june 2019 post which an executive had called me and confirmed that he would provide the connection on the relocation date 10th of july. On 10th, the executive had arrived and told he would not be able to provide the connection and thus i had to re-open the request on 10th of july again.

                              Act customer care had charged me the relocation charge as part of my bill and i was forced to pay the same since i would be subject to late fees if the same was not done. Also kindly note that i was only able to utilize the service up till the 9th of july.

                              I was following up the relocation request everyday since it was raised on the 10th of july and the customer care executives had always assured me that the relocation would be done within 7 days i. E. 17th of july at the latest.

                              Later on 17th of july, a customer care executive had informed me via call that act would be unable to provide service in my current location and thus i had raised a request for connection cancellation which has been closed on july 19th.

                              I have been in contact with an act executive ever since july 19th regarding refund of the amount almost everyday and he just keeps informing me that i would be receiving a mail in relation to the amount refund but i have not received any such mail as of yet.
                              And now, since 25th of july the executive is ignoring my calls and i have also sent a mail to the act helpdesk mail id provided on the act webpage

                              Also i have just got to know that even though the cancellation request was closed, my connection is still active even though relocation was not provided and i will be getting a bill even though i have not been able to utilize any ACT service for the whole period.

                              Please correct me if i am wrong but how am i expected to pay the bill for a service which the provider itself was unable to provide ?

                                I applied for cancellation before I shift and they said we will process your request but after few months they are calling me to renew the account also I told just cancel my account, but they are saying we don't have right to cancel, again I asked them to connect to your support so I will talk to them but for that also they are saying sorry we can't transfer to other support you only call to support and drop your details so they will cancel.
                                here the point is when they need connection they only do all things with one call but here whenever we need to cancel they have multiple teams and also they can't have internal connections and finally, we have to make a call and ask them to cancel.
                                I am getting daily one call from act to activate the account but why don't they till call me regarding my cancellation request.

                                  I have changed my house to kphb. When i have called to the support team, they it takes 48 hours. After 48 hours i didn't get any connection, immediately i have contacted support team. Then i got update like again it will take 72 hours.

                                  Support team very rude and providing false information to the customer.

                                  Hi ACT,

                                  I am facing big issue because of you. Please don't give any false promises to the customer.
                                  I have raised request for RE-LOCATION. Almost 6 to 7 days completed but no one taking any action on this issue.
                                  Almost i have called to support team() more than 12 times for addressing this issue but no use, every time getting updated like within 24 hours issue is resolved(FALSE promise).

                                  Document verification is done by 4 days back. That time i got update from him like " ISSUE RESOLVED BY TODAY". Now one week completed but issue not resolved.

                                  Below mentioned ACT technician guys behavior not good.

                                  Final feedback is ACT is more than worst. My suggestion to new customers "Please don't use ACT".

                                  I know you people wont take any action on this. But it will help to some one before taking new connection.

                                    With act, customer support is never really a support. They don't have any control and they never really could say when connectivity be resolved. I have been calling them everyday and receive 24 hours excuse, for 4th day in a row. I was informed my current issue is a multiple outage (6-8 connection are affected) hence it is a high priority issue. And the lethargic approach to a high priority issue shows their work modal. And the worst thing is i have to call them and take updates. Basically, customer will be put in darkness with no hope when the issue will be resolved. One thing i really appreciate about act is their sarcasm in their message 'our team will ensure fastest possible action'

                                    After prolonged hope and frustration. Decided to switch to a better service provider, raised a disconnection request - sr[protected] hopefully they disconnect on time and save me from a next month bill.

                                    Amazing, this is what the customer support said as well. Coincidentally THEY DID NOTHING as well! I just like to know one fact, Does ACT has same 24 hours as us or you guys follow a different clock. As I could notice 144 hours passed, but your 24th hour hadn't happened yet

                                      Hello,
                                      I was very happy hearing about Actfiber net hence i went ahead and took the service .
                                      Now there is some issue near my apartment which is causing no internet connection . I have called the cust service many times, they always say your case have been esclated and will be resolved within 24hrs however nothing has been done so far .
                                      have paid 3500 for 3 months service now its just been 15 days and iam left with no connectivity to the internet .
                                      my apt ppl have also complaint however no response .
