I had applied for connection on 21th May 2019 and they have taken 6 months subscription paid 4600 rupess by cash and till now - no connection, no call - nothing has happened. If we call sales guy who had taken the application with cash, is least bothered and says some issues are there and it will get resolved, otherwise - take the money. He is just money taking agent. . I had registered on may 28th with : SR[protected]: ; User ID :[protected] . I had called today also, same response and no action. This company advertize and does bother about customer value, money and sentiments. Even If Management are really interested in taking care of customers, then they need address operations properly. We are let at mercy of these guys by paying our hard earned money and also we have to call up and Send Emails to refund team as well as support team but there is no responce Ideally, the refund process should have been initiated. But I had to call the customer care (which btw has unbelievable waiting times) multiple times over 4 weeks and still have no clue on the refund process. The sales executive only care about filling out the form and getting the money and don't really care about the customer service. I don't no what to do now as my money got struck and no response from any of ACT team.
Internet is not working for past 5 days no response from support team as well
In July month 3 times I raised request, every time I was told that switch box issue..
Need refund on the bill paid/advance paid and want to disconnect the service..
