act fibernet activation not done

My account id is[protected]. I have raised a shifting request on 8th Aug 2019, and promised that it will take 3 to 7 days for this.. It's almost 10 days and still activation is not done yet.. Fiber connection box fitting and Internet connection are done but still no activation.
I called to customer care and the call center is always busy.. I have called so many times to the person who gave connection to us, he even not lifting my...

act fibernet has taken 6 months advance but not giving connection

I have paid 6 months advance on 2nd august 2019 for an internet connection. After that the agent is not responding to my phone calls and whats app messages. When i call customer care, they said they will resolve the issue within 24 hours every time i call but no action is taken so far. They are simply cheating the customers and stealing money and wasting our valuable time....

fraud in port connection by act fibernet

internet down since two weeks

My internet is down since two weeks. I have opened an sr. They fix it temporarliy which will work for 15mins and gets disconnected and they will close the sr. I reopen the sr and the cycle continues, this has been happening since two weeks. I requested compensation for 2weeks down time (Still down), they gave 180rs, for the monthly bill i pay, i am supposed to get 600rs.

activation not done even after the payment done

I’ve activated my connection at my new place by paying the amount on 22.07.2019. They asked to wait for a day, later asked to wait for 10 days. It’s been so many days now and i don’t have internet inspite of paying. They’re not even responding on calls. They are just insisting me on waiting more. It’s almost a month now since i’ve paid the amount. Please help....

very poor service and no internet from more then 48 hours

regarding internet service

Sir i have been facing problem with act fibernet since a long time the are not even responsible to tell me a answer. Even their costumer care is not responding please do something. This is frustrating me a lot. They don’t even know how to respond to the costumers. This is not the way how to maintain their service. I see many people in my area are facing this problem...

shifting request being not taken care

User id[protected], even though several complaints made and call made to customer care, only thing i get is will be sorted as early as possible. It never happened. They are ready to give new connection in 24 hours, shifting means they are not bothered. I have already paid for six months, if i delay to pay one day also they will cut the connection. So who will compensate for delay from your side.

Their internet connectivity has been degrading over time, and they keep expanding to new cities, without even upgrading their customer service. If you call their customer service number +91-[protected], your queue would be over 30+ and then by the time you reach a single digit number in the queue, it will be over 10...

no connection after making payment

Booked for a connection 5days back. 1st they said 24hrs to provide the new connection. After 24hrs customer care lady said the issue will get resolved in next 24hrs. Called them after 2days again they said this issue will get resolved in next 24hrs. Still waiting for connection and the sales agent srinivas who took money for new connection is not even answering the calls after payment...

internet not working since 3 days

connection and refund

I have requested for a new connection on 10th of july 2019. But no one came for the connection so i requested for a refund on 14th of july 2019.

Till date they keep on stretching the time frame like 7-10 days/ 24 hrs / 48 hrs.

One of the worst customer experience.

Ps: never make the payment for the new connection in advance to this particular provider....
