I have sent multiple requests to act broadband to disconnect my act broadband connection immediately, due to repeated poor performance of act broadband in my apt and i have switched to someother broadband already.
Despite several requests, i am still being harassed by act thro various means, email, sms, calls asking me to pay for renewal etc..,

If my connection is not terminated within 48 hours i will have to send a legal notice
Please disconnect, termanate my connection and confirm. Stop harassing me.
