Moved to act fibrenet 12 months + 2 months and free router plan on april 30, 2019. Made payments for the plan on may 2, 2019. But till today evening i. E. May 5, 2019 did not get the router. Called act service center numerous times but getting the same parroted response that escalating this give us 24 hrs.in spite paying the amount not able to use act internet.

Today again I called the customer care and they again told me that router will be delivered by tomorrow END of the day. This is the answer I am hearing since last so many days when ever I am calling them. As I have paid the entire amount I am trapped with them.

    One month back i took act fibernet internet connection. I m facing vpn connection dropping issues, i called customer care, always they say the complaint assigned to someone to fix the issue by visiting our home. They mentioned complaint will be resolved in 24 hours but it’s been 3 days, no one visited our home to fix the issue. Whenever i call customer care executive say same story. No one takes the customer complaint seriously. It’s really worst service.

    4 days no Internet! They keep saying issue will be fixed within 24 hours but it's 4 days now! First they said it was a wire cut, Now when I called the customer care they're telling me that they're waiting for some permission for the box but Infact the box is fitted in my building only!!!

      ACT fibre net attended two days before again out of order. internet is not workling.
      Within 6 days 3times break down.
      this is the quality os service.they dont know how to solve and rectify problem.Totally un skilled person posted to attend complaint.

      this month i will not pay due to frequent break down.
      Airtel, Bsnl are better than act.
      requested complaint forum to take up to higher authority in Act.

        It's irritating that there is no one to talk to in act. I have been in ivr over 30 minutes no one pick call.

        My internet is not working from past two days and i have raised complaint already, still do not find any communication from act about the resolution and what is the issue. I have my pending work which i cannot do without internet and i m loosing my job on it

        If you cannot take my calls n answer my doubt please take back your connection i will find other internet provider who gives better service.

        Very bad customer service
        Get my internet back or take off the connection and i need refund of my payment which i made yesterday

        I just spoke to an agent in customer care with name Praveen on +918042840000 I must tell the person is really disgraceful he do not have manners to speak to customer.

        Personally I have been in customer services myself over decade I have never seen anyone speaking to there customer like this. I was asking regarding my issue he mocked me and said tell me what should i do? (Well Mr Praveen should do his job first to speak to his customer in decent manner) I said if he cannot do his work then transfer call to manager his reply was amazing...!!! Asked me to do my job itseem I have already done my job paying for service which I am not getting, raising complaint and following up for three days. So do not tell me to do my Job...!!! I asked him to transfer call he raised his voice and said wait and disconnected the call.. Hope less service I never expected...!! I feel so bad getting treated like that by a unprofessional person...!! I am so pissed off if it's not getting resolved I will throw this junction box in dustbin and file case again your company.
        I am relocating and want to disconnect the current act fibernet connection. I have contacted customer care many times but they are not taking any action on this.

          I was facing a issue due to local junction box issue, and they said they didn't find a place to fix the local junction box and said wanted to fix at my place and thats how it runs. They had a long story of waiving off the bills (With least amount), probably rs.50. But am not sure how will they measure the power that has been consumed by the local junction box.

          Now checking with other service providers they say the connection from them can be availed without any local junciton box being placed at my home.

          To relinquish the connection from act have been trying the customer care for about 2 days now no response.

          Even the nodal officer (At chennai), not resonding properly.
          Beauty is that the incoming facility has been barred to the nodal officer number that is displayed on their web site (Lol).

          Technically good the original act may be worst to the core with customer serivce

            Poor management and in attentive.
            Every month i have to raise 4 or more complaints.
            Every time 3 days taking.

            Act is totally very bad service.

              We requested for a new broadband connection on this month 03.04.19, your executive visited my location for documents and payment on 09.04.19, i got an account no.[protected] in the same day, from that day your executive ([protected]) not answering my calls and we called act support so many times but nobody not responding,
              Your executive confirmed me after 10 days there is no space in your switch, he knew the information before 16.04.19, but he didn't inform us and he processed ours cheque, we have loosed our business (Rs.50, 00000) for 15 days without internet due to delaying of your executive (Act), kindly refund my amount back through same medium.

              Note: already i mailed you on 22.04.19 and 25.04.19 but still now nobody not responding on it, this is very sad to see how careless and irresponsible the act support, already i mentioned above fraud act person mobile number.

              I have requested for new connection and paid amount 1943. After it was said they can't give the connection and they will refund the amount. it's been 20 days I haven't received any amount even though I have provided account details to them.

              I had made payment for new connection after contacting ACT SALES PERSON but later act technician confirmed no connectivity available at my locality and had processed for refund on 15 July 2020 since now I haven't recieved my refund amount of 4491 and everytime customer care on call inform me it's under progress
              Request your support on the same . I have escalated several mails including Nodal officer and above but no reply from them.

                Worst service please don't get on trap with act fibernet. I raised a request 2 weeks back fro relocation service and after 1 week received call that i need to get disconnection & refund of amount as service is not available in the area i am moving. The process should have been simpler to disconnect and refund my amount.

                It's been more than 1 week i am following with customer care and someone called paramesh [protected] on disconnection of services and refund. There is no response at all and i am being charged for the services i am not using.

                Don't get on the trap with act as they will be behind you while taking the connection and will harass you if you would like to disconnect or any refund.

                I am going to police complaint by tomorrow on act and paramesh for harassing me and not disconnecting / refunding my own money.

I have been trying to call but it says our customer care executives are not available but when the bill time comes they will ask to pay.                     I have raised a complaint with act fibernet regarding connection issue on 27th of april. They have mentioned that they will resolve the issue with in 24 hours, but it's been 4 days but they are not trying to resolve the issue. Everyday i am calling them regarding resolution and they simply mentioning that they will resolve in 24 hours. Every month they are charging 800rs from me but not providing proper resolution when issue comes. This is the 3rd time that i am facing these kind of issue with act which they are failed to resolve my connectivity issue with in given time.

                      I am facing some funny issue with this service provider (Act), which i will categorize as highly "unprofessional", "irresponsible" and "unethical" in nature.

                      Last 2 weeks i am in deep pain because almost 5-6 days i experienced service outage. Moreover every time i raised a ticket they asked for 48 hours. And one instance, they took almost 4 days (96 hours) to address my issue.

                      Whenever i call the contact centre it keeps almost 10 minutes in the queue. I am not sure whether it is false or real traffic that i experience.

                      But this company promised "uninterrupted" internet connectivity while taking the connection. But in reality almost every 3-4 days i am facing connectivity issue.

                      I am paying them the entire bill amount but while getting the service i am not enjoying what they promised me. Every month regularly they keep reminding me about the bill payment, but they cannot ensure the connection quality with same interest and enthusiasm.

                      I do have every mail where i can show the communication that took place. Some governing body should penalize this irresponsible organization and ensure us a smooth service.

                          I had requested ACT customer care for Internet connection on 23rd of March 2019 and got registered with the help of sales representative on 24th of March and he promised that the installation will be completed by Evening 24th March, but when i tried to contact during 24th and on 25th march i see no response from the sales rep and technical team of ACT, i raised a concern / complaint for the installation but i got only one response from Customer case "We will escalate and it will be done within 24 hours" . i was thought to switch to different network as it was getting worse everyday (During that week).

                          On 05th April, I informed the customer care that i have switched to different network and i want refund, i got a response "within 15 days the refund will be completed and within these time accounts team will contact me ", But i did not get any response so contact them again on 15th April where i gave my
                          bank account details to get the refund over the call .
                          On 16th April i received mail asking for bank account details over mail which i responded with the details again, the mail has a disclaimer "Within 7 business days the payment will be processed" .

                          Starting from 22nd April i am contacting customer care everyday to get the status of refund and even asked for call back if i may help t get the refund cleared but i have got few responses below "
                          "We will escalate", "Within 24 or maximum 48 hours refund will be processed", you will get message when you receive the amount".

                          Review :
                          * Seriously, such a low class answer to normal questions.
                          * Refund is not the only work i do.
                          * Also please contact me to get some money for your clock cell where 24 or 48 hours are still not completed. i think the issue is more than a month.

                          Today (5/2/2019) 3 PM I got a call from "as the caller said ACT representative" [protected] asking my credit card details and i shared few information once they asked me to give CVV number, i told them that i will contact SBI customer care and then i can share, they arranged a call from SBI (+[protected] as they said from SBI bank credit card department who ws trying to convience me to give the CVV and share OTP aswell which i didnot give. i had to block my card and report these numbers to SBI bank.

                            I am from shamshabad hyderabad state telegana. I have an internet connection provided by act fibernet. The internet connectivity in my area is so pathetic. Each time i call them regarding the connectivity, either the customer care people will be rude or the will say we have registered your complaint and it will be resolved in 24 hours to which as expected no action is taken. I paid an advance payment towards the internet for three months, since then i m facing internet connectivity regularly. Each time i complaint they say the local area network is have so problem n we are working to resolve it. After the problem is not solved for more than 3 days they will say our technician will visit your place, to that the technician will call you n say turn off the modem than turn on the modem n will tell you to do n number of things but still nothing will happen n you will be facing the some problem. After all this technician will say i will come to your place after 20 mins to which he won't show up for 4 hours. After calling the technician again after 4 hours he will say i will be there in few minutes n then as expected he won't show up. Then technician will switch off his phone n our whole day of waiting will go to waste.
                            These having happened to me for last 15 days n still i m not able to use the internet as there is no connectivity.
                            Many people are facing the same issue here.
                            If you go to act fibernet facebook page, more people are facing the some issue.
                            Kindly take some action against these pathetic internet providers who are just fooling people and just to add if some one is shifting to hyderabad, please don't think about taking internet connection from this pathetic company.

                              Since last one week I have registered 4 to 5 compliant but till now now response and very poor support. Customer care representative is not knowledgeable and service person no idea about what is the issue.

                              I already paid ₹4200 for three month pack. I want money back. Also last few days internet is not working and losses my home use purposes.

This is ongoing issue, 5 days back i have called Act support informing that there is a problem with internet connection not working, they informded that there is a huge cable cut and field team will fix this, after that i waited for 24 hrs but no use there is no response from anyone in ACT. I have to call them again to support and one of the worst support i have ever seen in my life. They keep repeating the same story again and again. No supervisor available no resolution available only call back placed but still no call back . This is pathetic . After couple of hours field engineer came to my home and informed that the outside router where is placed that building owner is cutting cable and he is not allowing to patch the wire back to stable. Called support again this time the call got transferred to next level they told but not sure how true it is. I explained the same what field engineer told me then that lady "Triveni" from Rajaji nagagr branch informed that they need to put the extention box in my building but they are gonna charge 2000 for that box... Come on act this is what you are saying to customer, why should customer has to pay for that box to get an connection. Its your headach since you are selling the product. I can pay only for Internet. I[censored] can’t give me service then disconnect the line and return my monthly amount that i paid. U guys are disgusting . I have to go to the consumer forum if this is not rectified at the earliest . This kind of service for such a huge amount.

                                I am receiving continuous messages from ACT inspite of having disconnected the internet connection two years back. It is harrassing. I request ACT to immediately stop sending messages as i am not interested in ACT anymore.

                                  Hi, i'm facing huge issues with the act fibernet team and with their lack of customer centric approach. The internet was not there for 2 full weeks and yet there is no support from them and without resolving the case, they are closing the case.

                                  My case refs are: sr[protected]/ sr[protected]/ sr[protected]. I have escalated the same to their nodal office and have been calling them repeatedly to get this issue fixed and yet no respite with the only resolution being an abrupt closure of the call

                                    Hi team,

                                    This is in regards to the horrible service by act internet services.

                                    I wanted an internet connection & registered myself on thursday i. E on 18/04/2019 & got a call from your rep named sagar in few minutes. He told there was an offer on the day of election & i paid for the same & was told that on saturday i. E on 20/04/2019 guys will be sent for installation.

                                    Those guys came on 20/04/2019 & said that they had to install a main board & they would come on sunday i. E 21/04/2019. It was a festival for me & the whole day we were at home waiting for the technicians, but eventually nobody came nor was there any update by any of your company people.

                                    Later i went to the nearest act office, horamavu branch & they said that my phone was switched off & they could not contact me. My phone was not switched off it was an issue with the airtel network. The manager there said that by eod on tuesday i. E 23/04/2019 or by wednesday they would install it & also mentioned that on tuesday it would rain & they cannot install it at that time.. So what the hell are your people doing during the day when it does not rain??

                                    Till now no response at all. There is one guy called chethan who said my phone was switched off, he is such an irresponsible person in your company who does not pick the call, nor does he calls back.

                                    Everyday i can't tell my brother to take leave for his college & stay at home for ur irresponsible people at your company to come & install it & will ur people come & do my office work?? I want the service installed by today eod & i need a compensation for the delay which delayed my office work.

                                    One last question, if i delay the payment after usage, will u guys keep quite?? Won't u send 100's of messages & email. The same way here.

                                      Date of incident - since 17/03/2019 till today (More than 40 days)
                                      As i had already paid the amount of rs 2018/- online for the new broadband connection through their website.
                                      No one is taking responsibility for the connection needed.
                                      Hence i have cancelled the connection.

                                        I wanted to bring up my complaint on not getting my internet services and other issues addressed.

                                        - the internet is down for more than 3 days (Since april 17th 2019) and every time i call the customer care, i am being told this will be taken care on top priority and will be done the same day. Here i am writing my frustration after 3 days.
                                        - there has been frequent intermittent connection issues when the power goes off. I have registered a complaint for this multiple times this year and i am being told every time that a permanent fix would be done and yet this issue continues.
                                        - act has to reimburse the power and rent charges for storing their junction box at my premises and making use of my place, security and power. This fee is pending for more than 5 years now. Act has made may one month payment of around rs.50 which is better to not receive. I need the entire arrears to be paid.
                                        - most of the times i encounter some unprofessional behavior from act customer care. Today again, some customer care guy who wasn’t even able to converse with me put my call on hold to check what the issue was and after a couple of minutes disconnected the call. This clearly shows the unprofessional behavior of the act customer care and their willingness to support their customers. (Side note – i now realize why amazon is where it is today and others struggle to get there).

                                        There is no option available to close the account from Mobile App. It is hard to reach customer support. Need to wait for more than 10mins to connect with customer support even if we dial in using the mobile number.
