My previous contract with act was over by november 2018. I made the next payment (Around rs.14000+) by the end of dec 2018 for 18 months plan. So my current plan's validity extends till june 2020. I was using act since more than a year. Account id[protected]. Recently i shifted to a different apartment on 1st jan in the same area but act connection was not feasible there. So they told disconnection will be done and refund will be given after prorated deduction for 15 days. I had paid ~7100/- for next 6 months just 15 days (15th dec) before this shifting.

We have paid for the new act connection in dec' 2018 but till now connection is not established. No proper response by any personnel inspite of calling number of times to manager & other staff of the company. Made complaints daliy regarding this issue but they say within 24 hrs action will be taken. But no response for the past 15-20 days.

I want to downgrade my ACT plan to 999 from 1099 I hardly use 200gb and1000gb is too much for our usage.hebce I raised it with ACT customer care.But his answer was shocking..he said there is no option to downgrade from 1099 to 999plan only upgrade option is possible.while initiating the connection ACT executive said if you think 1000gb is too much you can change your plan to 999 añytime.Hence I proceeded with 1099 plan

No follow up no update not a single call back from customer care a services good as there techncians.

My account has been suspended few months ago becoz i was not using the data plans.. But i got a call 2 days before from act consumer executive she offered me data plan as i was disinterested she convinced me to take tha data plan.. Within half an hour she sent a boy to collect the amount.. Its been 2 days my internet is not working and account is still suspended.. Act customer service is not responding...

As usual my i used my computer and switched off during the night before sleep.
There was a loud sound in the middle of the night and when i woke up in the morning tried to turn on my PC it did'nt.
Later when i opened my CPU cabinet it was burnt.

When we ask for rectification - they will reply problem is for every one in your area just wait and they will bang the call on face. (Is this the way we getting treated after paying 3500 rs every month to them)

I raised a deactivation request for the above said number on december 23, 2018 and i was told the refund cannot be processed as the connection is still active (Which is not my botheration) could you please take into account the date of last payment and the date of deactivation and refund the balance money. I’ve had enough harassment and miscommunication by a bunch of careless people... Nodal officer exist for the sake of compliance only...

I had not use my internet for a while since i was out of station. I have paid the dues immediately after getting back home but my internet is still not working. I cant even log into my account as it says my account is deactivated. It says i have to pay due amount but i already have paid the due amount. Whats worse is that now i have no way of contacting them....
