My name is Rajesh Kumar and I stay in Hyderabad. I raised a complaint on "internet not working" with ACT Fibernet on 9th June vide request number SR[protected]. It has been now 4 days since that request was raised and it is very disappointing that even after 4 days I have had no resolution to the problem. The worst part is that there has been no update from ACT on the request on when will the issue get resolved. Moreover when I try to call up their customer care number at: [protected], [protected], [protected] the first number is always coming busy and the last two numbers are non -existing. My question to ACT team is with such callous attitude how can they portray themselves as BEING PROFESSIONAL. I consider this to be every unprofessional and keeping the customer at ransom, since the customer is at your mercy by not being able to connect with anyone nor anyone from the company bothering to call up the customer to let the customer what the issue is and how much more time will it take since I live in a housing society where there are other people also using ACT services and there services are working fine. Just because a customer is an individual does not mean that ACT team can take issue / complaint raised so casually. I would appreciate if the ACT team behaves more professionally and get my issue resolved else I will certainly be forced to move to another service provider.

    Hi,

    Please refer to ticket #SR[protected] where we have stated that our internet is not working.

    We had given a request on 4th of June and the request mentioned that the service would resume by 5th June in the morning before 10 am. To solve this request 3 days were taken but since then we have had to reopen the ticket more than 3 times due to frequent disconnection of service.

    More importantly, no person has called to verify if the service is working and we just get messages that the ticket has been closed.

    On asking for refund, we have received multiple messages that Rs. 0 has been credited into our account due to the company's issue whereas the customer care clearly told me that refund will be given on pro-rate basis.

      It's been already 3 days but still they have not done the setup, whenever I call to area manager he Discconects my calls. At the time of taking connection he told by next day end of the day it will be done. But still no resolution, I called to customers care but no use, I just told them to update one thing in form but it's been 2 days but no update, even customer care doesn't have proper information.

          I paid Rs 7500 (reference number: 2382577) on 19/05/19 for new connection. Team told me that it is not feasible so l will get the refund and i received a mail for the same. Till now i have not received my money back. customer service and Nodal officer are not replying me on my mails. I am tired of waiting. Whenever I call customer service or Nodal officer their number is busy. It been a month and I don't see my money coming back.I don't even know what to do apart from going to consumer court for all the trouble that I went through because of these people. Their sales guy who false promises me about the new connection even though it was not feasible is not even attending my calls. His name is Nutan([protected]).

            Respected Sir, ISP provider ACT Fibernet has conducted fraudulent business with me. I paid the firm around Rs. 9000 upfront for connection and broadband charges for 6 months. Post taking the money, the company and its sales executives have refused to provide an update on the installation status even though their guarantee is 2 business days. I have tried contacting the below officers from ACT Fibernet 1. NODAL AUTHORITY 2. APPELLATE AUTHORITY 3. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER All of them are ignoring my calls/mails. The company has now gone ahead and blocked my registered number from their helpline so none of my calls are getting routed to the customer care. I cant reach out to them to even get an update on the situation. Ive tried all forums like Twitter and Facebook - they are ignoring me and my request for refunds. At this point Im being subjected to great mental harassment as the firm has technically taken my money and refuses to give it back or provide their service in a timely manner. I have registered multiple complaints but they are not responding to me. Im afraid my hard earned money is lost in this scam.

                Hi,

                I have been constantly following up customer care and there is no response. I have asked them to change the plan to 425 and they did not. For upgrading the plan there is an option but there is no option to downgrade the plan. Please do it immediately. I did not find any difference in speed after i upgraded my plan.

                  “You are not authorised to login from this location”. This is the message I am getting when trying to login to my ACT account and I couldn’t work today because of this issue… My Username is :[protected]. Kindly solve it asap or I would be forced to resign next month since I am having network issue on a daily basis in addition to that!

                    ACT marketing person promised the internet broadband connection would be setup in 24-48 hours and this was the sole reason I paid the complete Amount(Rs 3750/-) of 3 months on 1st June 2019, I tried to reach out to them plenty of times in last 10 days but could not reach to their customer care as its always busy .

                    Only today I got the call from staff after escalation but nothing happened as staff did not have any clue on the junction box.
                    request to setup the connection immediately or refund me soon so that I can try other available options

                      It’s been a week since a ticket was raised for no internet connectivity (Region -Srinagar, Bangalore South; Ticket ref - SR[protected]. There is no proper response on when it will be resolved. The customer care is never reachable and always busy!

                      I have suffered in my work life due to this. There was an emergency and I had to do a work from home for a week as I was advised not to travel. This issue has resulted in me not fulfilling my work responsibilities leading to productivity loss.

                      I wish to take a legal procedure against the company.

                        My Internet connection is not working from 4 days. I have raised a compliant on 7th June and till date nobody has contacted me to resolve the issue. I have also dropped email to Nodal office, ACT support team but there is no response from them on emails too. Customer care number does not work too which is ridiculous.
                        This month alone internet was not working for more than 6 days which is very bad.

                          I am using ACT Broadband and i am facing the dis-connectivity issue in my area Sadashivnagar, Bangalore for the past 10days. I tried calling Customer Care, Nodal officer, local service representative.

                          I get only one message:
                          All our customer service executives are busy attending to other calls, not available, stay connected. Pl stay online, we will assist you shortly.

                          I heard this message hours together, never the representative comes on line.

                          No response to mails.

                          I paid Rs. 7500 recently. It is proving to be a wasteful investment. Terrible service.

                          Never faced such a situation.

                          Hope atleast single person from that organization will see this mail and respond.

I am receiving no reply on emails. Calls are not even going through! I keep waiting on calls for more than half an hour and no associate gets assigned. This is horrible service.                                 I took New internet connection with ACT fibernet on 06/2/19.
                                I submitted request via ACT website and i paid for a month and took 40Mbps connection.
                                I cannot access internet as of 06/08/2019. I have called numerous times to the call center all the times hitting the waiting line with no one answering. I tried online chat which gave me a request number(included in email below)
                                I've been sending emails to the support group and the nodal officer but no response. Not even acknowledgement over email.

                                Is there any regulation on these broadband services on how much time they can take to service a consumer?
                                I am paying for the service that's broke and the service provider isn't even acknowledging the problem, Can anyone suggest how i can proceed. I should ideally get refund or compensation for the time lost, but probably won't get it.

                                I am utterly disappointed with ACT support system. I had very urgent need of e-signing some documents related to my Job but i couldn't access internet since last Saturday.

                                I tried reaching below support numbers
                                4 times to the number, +[protected] and ended up staying more than 15 mins waiting on call before disconnecting.
                                8 times to the number, +91 [protected] and ended up staying more than 15 mins to speak to customer care but no luck.

                                I called the ACT agent that i took the connection @ +91 [protected] and the contact that did the installation at my home +91 [protected], didn't help as well.

                                How long do you expect me to stay put with out service? I also want refund to the days service is not restored.

                                  Since 4-5 months continuously I'm facing a broadband connectivity issue. Initially it was 4-5 times in a month but since last month mostly every night after 10:30 pm or 11pm my internet speed reduces to 15-20mbps and some times even goes to horrible like 400-500kbps.

                                  My story goes like this:
                                  As I said above since 4-5 months im facing an unwanted interruption in connectivity, So I got another connection from ACT itself, thinking if in some cases one line goes off/dead I will be having other line live to continue usage of internet.

                                  But since I got the another line services has became even more horrible.
                                  When ever my one line goes off, other line also dies, its a clear case of same junction/switch box where 2 lines are connected into.

                                  I raised the request for split of junction/switch box or shift it near my home to have continues power supply to junction/switch box.

                                  Its almost a month now continuously I'm raising the same complaint repeatedly still no action has been taken instead every time I get a false statements from CC service that issue will be resolve with in 24 hours and very next day ticket gets closed without any proper problem resolution.

                                  If both lines goes off then what is the use of having multiple connections?

                                    This is regarding #SR[protected] that was raised on 7th July about internet not working. It has been 4 days since i raised the ticket on the app (as suggested by ACT) and i have not got a response from the team, let alone a resolution on this issue. My family members work from home and it is important we have our internet connection up and running. Despite numerous calls (customer care just puts you on hold endlessly and no one attends) and emails, there has been no response from the customer service team. They take the money in advance and keep following up promptly when payment is due for the next cycle, but provide pathetic customer service.

                                      I am resident in ChandraLayout Bangalore. First it happened a month back, when the service went off for 4 straight days.
                                      Second time it happened a week back, service was off for 3 days.
                                      Now it’s happening regularly during night times right after 11:30 pm. I won’t get connection till morning 8:00 am. I believe these so called Act providers, are so inconvenient and bother less even to look at the problem. They have provided the common connection hub at a local shop which I believe shuts off their power by 11:30 pm. So we won’t get any kind of connection till the shop opens. This is one of the most ridiculous and careless customer service from Act.
                                      We as consumers are literally wasting money on a connection like this. The payment was s scheduled right on time as money is much more important than the type of service they are providing. We are working IT employees and without internet we can’t even do anything.

                                      Hoping some responsible individual to look at this problem immediately and provide a solution.

I have paid money on 04062019 but still there is no installation...if i call also those people not responding..i try to call customer care but that also always telling busy.. It very worse business manner and not at all understanding the situation. And i went to ofc. There also no person is there to respond.                                         Hi.. I have requested service from Act fiber, then person came and paid money. As said 6 we will install butvstil there is no Installation and people also not responding ..these people have very poor communication . jam requesting kindly take on action and do the needful
