I am using ACT Broadband and i am facing the dis-connectivity issue in my area Sadashivnagar, Bangalore for the past 10days. I tried calling Customer Care, Nodal officer, local service representative.
I get only one message:
All our customer service executives are busy attending to other calls, not available, stay connected. Pl stay online, we will assist you shortly.
I heard this message hours together, never the representative comes on line.
No response to mails.
I paid Rs. 7500 recently. It is proving to be a wasteful investment. Terrible service.
Never faced such a situation.
Hope atleast single person from that organization will see this mail and respond.
