Hi,

My Internet connection is not working from 4 days. I have raised a compliant on 7th June and till date nobody has contacted me to resolve the issue. I have also dropped email to Nodal office, ACT support team but there is no response from them on emails too. Customer care number does not work too which is ridiculous.
This month alone internet was not working for more than 6 days which is very bad.

    I am using ACT Broadband and i am facing the dis-connectivity issue in my area Sadashivnagar, Bangalore for the past 10days. I tried calling Customer Care, Nodal officer, local service representative.

    I get only one message:
    All our customer service executives are busy attending to other calls, not available, stay connected. Pl stay online, we will assist you shortly.

    I heard this message hours together, never the representative comes on line.

    No response to mails.

    I paid Rs. 7500 recently. It is proving to be a wasteful investment. Terrible service.

    Never faced such a situation.

    Hope atleast single person from that organization will see this mail and respond.

      Hi team,

      Account number: 11265869

      I have been continuously complaining about shifting my location and then finally getting frustrated to get the account closed. But there is no option to get anything done. I am receiving no reply on emails. Calls are not even going through! I keep waiting on calls for more than half an hour and no associate gets assigned. This is horrible service. PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. I am super frustrated with ACT.

        I have requested for the fibernet service from the online . ACT agent came and collected the money with in couple of hours from the time of request. But the service not provided since 10 days . whenever i call the customer care. They are taking 24 hours TAT each time and the are not providing resolution

          I took New internet connection with ACT fibernet on 06/2/19.
          I submitted request via ACT website and i paid for a month and took 40Mbps connection.
          I cannot access internet as of 06/08/2019. I have called numerous times to the call center all the times hitting the waiting line with no one answering. I tried online chat which gave me a request number(included in email below)
          I've been sending emails to the support group and the nodal officer but no response. Not even acknowledgement over email.

          Is there any regulation on these broadband services on how much time they can take to service a consumer?
          I am paying for the service that's broke and the service provider isn't even acknowledging the problem, Can anyone suggest how i can proceed. I should ideally get refund or compensation for the time lost, but probably won't get it.

          Hello,

          I am utterly disappointed with ACT support system. I had very urgent need of e-signing some documents related to my Job but i couldn't access internet since last Saturday.

          I tried reaching below support numbers
          4 times to the number, +[protected] and ended up staying more than 15 mins waiting on call before disconnecting.
          8 times to the number, +91 [protected] and ended up staying more than 15 mins to speak to customer care but no luck.

          I called the ACT agent that i took the connection @ +91 [protected] and the contact that did the installation at my home +91 [protected], didn't help as well.

          How long do you expect me to stay put with out service? I also want refund to the days service is not restored.

          Can anyone respond?

            Since 4-5 months continuously I'm facing a broadband connectivity issue. Initially it was 4-5 times in a month but since last month mostly every night after 10:30 pm or 11pm my internet speed reduces to 15-20mbps and some times even goes to horrible like 400-500kbps.

            My story goes like this:
            As I said above since 4-5 months im facing an unwanted interruption in connectivity, So I got another connection from ACT itself, thinking if in some cases one line goes off/dead I will be having other line live to continue usage of internet.

            But since I got the another line services has became even more horrible.
            When ever my one line goes off, other line also dies, its a clear case of same junction/switch box where 2 lines are connected into.

            I raised the request for split of junction/switch box or shift it near my home to have continues power supply to junction/switch box.

            Its almost a month now continuously I'm raising the same complaint repeatedly still no action has been taken instead every time I get a false statements from CC service that issue will be resolve with in 24 hours and very next day ticket gets closed without any proper problem resolution.

            If both lines goes off then what is the use of having multiple connections?
            This is how the customer service you are providing in Hyderabad.

              This is regarding #SR[protected] that was raised on 7th July about internet not working. It has been 4 days since i raised the ticket on the app (as suggested by ACT) and i have not got a response from the team, let alone a resolution on this issue. My family members work from home and it is important we have our internet connection up and running. Despite numerous calls (customer care just puts you on hold endlessly and no one attends) and emails, there has been no response from the customer service team. They take the money in advance and keep following up promptly when payment is due for the next cycle, but provide pathetic customer service.

                I am resident in ChandraLayout Bangalore. First it happened a month back, when the service went off for 4 straight days.
                Second time it happened a week back, service was off for 3 days.
                Now it’s happening regularly during night times right after 11:30 pm. I won’t get connection till morning 8:00 am. I believe these so called Act providers, are so inconvenient and bother less even to look at the problem. They have provided the common connection hub at a local shop which I believe shuts off their power by 11:30 pm. So we won’t get any kind of connection till the shop opens. This is one of the most ridiculous and careless customer service from Act.
                We as consumers are literally wasting money on a connection like this. The payment was s scheduled right on time as money is much more important than the type of service they are providing. We are working IT employees and without internet we can’t even do anything.

                Hoping some responsible individual to look at this problem immediately and provide a solution.

                    The company did not install broadband and is not refunding the Rs. 7000 which they have already taken from me.

                    They took the amount from me on May 13th, with the assurance that my broadband will be installed in a week

                    It's been almost a month and no action from them.

                    Every call to the customer service team is ignored and they don't event have the decency to update or call back!

                    Worst customer service!

                      I am an existing ACT broadband user having consumer ID[protected]. From last one month almost every day there is a service disconnection . I have to raise a complaint in their respective Mobile application than after few hours they used to resolve it. From last 3 days(8th June 2019 - 10th June 2019) the issue became severe and hardly 10 hours of internet service I could avail. While calling local engineers I used to get answer like there was a fibre cut. For few days such excuse is understandable but for such a long time these things are becomning unfathomable. I tried to call their customer care number [protected], but it's always showing busy. Luckily one time I was able to get connected to their customer care representative(10th June) and they told they will resolve the issue but almost after 8-10 hours the issue still exist. The disconnection procedure is also not cleary mentioned. I have done a advance payment for six month and now I found myself cheated. Please take necessary action against this service provider so that they can't make people fool, further.

                        Hi, I am new to act fibernet. I requested for a new internet connection 2 months back. At the time of request they told to me we will provide service with in 2 days. I waited for 15 more days but i didn't get my service. Then i requested for my money back, but till now i didn't get my money back. I waiting for my money from last 45 days but i didn't get any response from ACT. They are cheating customers with their service. ACT is fraud company, don't believe ACT.

                          This is regards to to the complaint i raised in link(https://www.consumercomplaints.in/beam-telecom-act-no-internet-connection-f... They closed the Ticket citing the connection is restored but the modem is faulty. The service man who came promised a Modem in 2 days. Till date no contact from him. When i raised the concern in the Help-desk they started specking rudely telling that modem fault is no there concern and they will not help and disconnected the call(even after repeatedly telling that i am still under warranty). When i called up and raised the same complaint they mentioned i must raise another ticket. WHY THE SERVICE OR THE PREVIOUS HELP-DESK PERSON DID NOT MENTION ABOUT THIS????
                          I raised a Ticket SR[protected] on 28th May 2019. and when it didnt get resolved i raised escalation on SR[protected]. Till-Date i have no solution. i am not able to use the internet. and no one is giving me a answer as to why they are replacing my Modem(which is under warranty)

                            I have taken a net connection from ACT. For providing I have paid money for Aprox May 20 after number of follow ups I got the connection and it is activated on 30th May. After it is worked for 1 or 2days then after I dint get the net connection for 2dyas I have raised service request the provider as per the norms it should be resolved by 24hr but it is not happened. After number of follow up it's got resolved more than 48hrs.After that it is worked for 1 or 2days once again got disconnected for 55hrs.I have called customer care and also local managers but my issue not resolved. I have requested for remove the and return money but they convenced me issue will resolved. Once again issue is started 9th June afternoon onwards. I have called to Dilshuknagar Nagar brach manger Mrs Santhosh to explained my concerns but he is saying that this is very late night I am hope less. Asked him why the issue is again and again. He said that he is not aware. I lost my money and also struggling with this service provider. I want to put a complaint against to this service provider and also sale person Mrs Kiran as well.

                              Continuous requests raised to remove junction box that provides connectivity to many other customers in the vicinity as rain water seeps in from the wire. No action taken since April 2019. Multiple calls made and service requests raised on the app, posted on social media accounts as well. The service provider does not seem to be bothered - this is causing extreme inconvenience. Please help

                                Hi team,

                                ACT broadband my complaint no is #SR[protected] registered under the name Vineeta Tekwani it’s been since May 30th there is no connectivity and customer support is useless and un profession to get this resolved, Now the only option left is to file to consumers court regarding this matter if not resolved at the earliest as my work depends on the connection.

                                Please this gets resolved as soon as possible as I am running out of patience.

                                  We are not having internet for last 4 days, not able to connect customer care number for existing customer, however raised complaint through app, sms but till now no resolution.

                                  whats surprising is customer care for new connections gets connected easily but for existing customer its going for infinite waiting loop. pretty annoying service.

                                  we will wait for resolution today, if not dump ACT and go for new connection from reliable service provider.

                                    I have been calling, sending emails and raising tickets to disconnect my ACT connection. It's been 10 days now and I have got no response till now. I talked to a customer care executive and he said he'd get back to me but he didn't. You have your customer care numbers and emails for namesake only. No one responds ever. We're fed up of ACT now. Could you help us? Or will I get no response from this forum also?

                                      We installed act fibernet 6 days ago and ever since the payment was done none of the service executives who contacted us regarding the connection responded to our calls. One of them lifted the call and placed the phone aside while we were still speaking. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They called us 5-6 times before the payment

                                        Internet not working from 7 days and everyday i call helpdesk they say within 24 hours they will resolve the issue but they have not resolved or nor provided any update.
                                        Helpdesk say they escalated and i am not sure whom they escalated it has been really hard to rely on mobile data for 7 days being a IT proffesional.
                                        None of helpdesk representatives giving proper update. Being a customer we can only cooperate if we are given proper update if you give irresponsible ETA and all our work will be really affected because of your delay.
                                        Today again got message as issue will be resolved in 48-72 hours. Left to you to lool into this issue or keep igonoring.

                                        You have time till sunday EOD monday i am going to discontinue ACT subscription enough of your subscription.
